All of them, in addition to looking into whatever stuff they looked into also routinely checked out all of the competing news sources and, at different stages of their careers were assigned for a while to the beat that includes the police blotters. They all agreed that if the reports to and in the cop shop and the items reported in the press can be taken as evidence, then the crazies do indeed come out at such times in much more than normal numbers.

For an entire decade — from the time of Hillary's Presidential bid to the current year — the spoken truth about political events, past and present, was deliberately ignored, shouted down, or dismissed as a conspiracy theory. The media black-out of truth and logic became especially noticeable after 9/11. It went hand-in-hand with neoliberalism, the failed economic trend that showed up in the 1980s, along with the mentally-defective Ronald Reagan and the Neocon psychopaths that attended him.

We're on our third (or fourth) mentally-defective President in recent history — all of them succumbing to Neocon handling, disasterous diplomacy, catastrophic tax cuts, disastrous military spending, poverty growth, and public stupidity. The Presidents who weren't brain-addled, studiously ignored the corrupt activities around them. (The Kennedy legacy.)

The year 2025, however, coincides with the global ascendancy of China across every spectrum of human achievement — diplomacy, space exploration, science, technology, civilization, transportation, economic success, human happiness, alternate energy technology, environmental restoration, and education and literacy. China has also maintained regional peace through strategic weapons superiority — hovering exactly one scientific step above Western military capability, at all times. Almost every week this year, China announces scientific breakthroughs, technology advances, medical cures, and important discoveries. (I should copy them here, since they are ignored by Western media.)

At the same time, people are making truthful statements again, many about the lies and gaslighting abuses in the past. The US public, which has long been engaged in reality denial, seems to have regained an appetite for more truth. Even the economy is being reported with less deception. And the US war effort reports contain some verifiable truth, finally. Reports about the results of last retaliation-attack by Iran on Israel have become truthful (after the initial lies). The Western powers have learned a lot about those missiles that US technology cannot defend against. Now, Iran is gaining what it needs to achieve air superiority in the Middle East.

Historically speaking, first Germany, and then Israel, have driven home an important lesson about aggressive warfare.: When a nation elects an irrational monster as a leader, it has set up the conditions for its own destruction, by unleashing the power of Global Rejection. The US has yet to come to terms with this reality, but then a huge percentage of the US population is either in denial, or is suffering from mental illness. I would say that if Neocon Rule persists in the Federal Government, and if AIPAC remains politically dominant in DC, then sane families ought to get together and discuss a managed exodus to a better nation for a better future.

The vintage Constitution and the Supreme Court are far too dated and degraded to protect the human rights and current interests of the people living in the United States.

I did not and still do not have antipathy for Bernie Sanders. I cannot get my nose out of joint because somebody doesn't slay the dragon that murdered Jack Kennedy.

The lesson is there for us all to learn. As some people like to phrase it -- the emptiness of our politics is "on us." Sanders demonstrated the absurdity of our democracy. I am grateful.
