MAGA bitched when libs said that being mean to trans, ect was dangerous, but now they support kicking out foreigners because their speech is dangerous. Plus they are ignorant about the constitution and who is covered under it.

As the judge says, the constitution covers every person in America. No wonder the PTB dumbed down education system.

America has 3 branches of coequal government powers and federal courts are part of that. But MAGA is upset that courts are ruling against what Trump is doing. They call them activist judges, but then libs do the same when courts rule against a dem president which MAGA cheers. Take the courts ruling against Biden’s student loan forgiveness…

People really need to get over their tribalism where their side can do no wrong.

I only saw orange state being critical of Biden when he kept failing to get his agenda passed, but once they failed one by one they moved on to the next agenda…and after they bitched and moaned…time after time they just moved on and then stopped criticizing anything dems did or didn’t do. But now there are daily diaries about the evil republicans.

And wars are only good when dems are doing them. I remember when OT was against the Afghanistan war until Obama not only continued it, but expanded it by sending more troops.

Oops. Guess I went on a rant. I’m just fed up with tribalism.

Along the same lines, I found this Harvard professor discussing a law suit filed by Harvard professors against the administration compelling, too.

"This is an effort to try to take over the ideological agenda of the country by taking over universities," says Andrew Manuel Crespo, professor at Harvard Law School and general counsel of the Harvard faculty chapter of the American Association of University Professors.

He told the IRS to do it, but it’s up to them to decide if they will.

I’m not sure that he has the authority to do this, but we’ll see.

Bernie Sanders has been repeatedly uttering the phrase “Israel has a right to defend itself” on his “Fighting Oligarchy” tour with Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, which in the year 2025 can only be interpreted as blatant genocide apologia.

Israel does not have “a right to defend itself” against an occupied population in a giant concentration camp. Under international law it has a right to end the occupation, and that’s it. “Israel has a right to defend itself” is just a slogan people say when they want to justify supplying an ongoing genocide.

Wow…even orange state is kudoing Bernie for his oligarchy tour. One person who went to it said that the line to get into the event was 2 miles long.

I don’t get why people are listening to him and the AOC since democrats are out of power and they have done all they could to have the oligarchy doing what they are doing.

Bernie finally got to head one of the important committees and just what did he accomplish? No raise in minimum wage. No public option to buy into Medicare. None of the things democrats have been promising for the last 3 decades. In fact I don’t remember him offering any legislation that would help the working class.

But if people want to be herded back into the dem party by Bernie lying to them then who am I to tell them to do something else?
