– Greenland opened a diplomatic office in Beijing in 2023
– China is now one of Greenland’s biggest seafood markets
– U.S. obsession with acquiring Greenland resurged under Trump who still insists:

“We’ll get Greenland. 100 percent.”

But Greenland just had elections. A new government, new PM, and a very different outlook.

And instead of bending to American strategic demands or bribes, they’re pivoting east — to a multipolar world.

So while MAGA influencers are still whooping it up about annexing the Arctic, Greenland is cutting deals with China, MAGA's number one enemy.

Call it what it is: a strategic humiliation.

In "resolute solidarity" with the people of Palestine, the Maldives Parliament has approved legislation ratified by President Mohamed Muizzu to ban the entrance of Israelis into the country.

President Muizzu announced on Tuesday that the country banned the entry of the Israelis into the archipelago, calling the move a “firm stance in response to the continuing atrocities and ongoing acts of genocide committed by Israel against the Palestinian people.”

President Muizzu ratified the legislation shortly after it was approved by the People’s Majlis (the Maldives Parliament).

He described the amendment as a “clear reflection of our stand against the ongoing atrocities in Palestine,” adding that the Indian Ocean nation “reaffirms its unwavering solidarity with the Palestinian people.”

“The Maldives continues to advocate for accountability for violations of international law and remains vocal across various international platforms in its condemnation of Israel’s actions,” the statement said.

“The ratification reflects the government’s firm stance in response to the continuing atrocities and ongoing acts of genocide committed by Israel against the Palestinian people,” his office said in a statement.
