Lose, Lose, Lose
We're losing on so many levels...Losing dollar dominance, Losing elections, Losing wars, Losing credibility (as we steal Russian assets), Losing our rights as citizens, and much more. Joe Biden is emblematic of our decline, as he wanders around at the G7 and apparently craps in his pants at the D-day celebration.

Let's begin with the fate of the dollar. The economy drives geopolitics after all.
Tom Luongo lays out the battle between nationalists and globalists on the world economy...
G7 “Steals” Russian Assets in Effort to Destroy China, Save EU From Collapse (46 min)
“Who’s the real target of the seizure of Russian assets? It’s not Russia,” asserts Tom Luongo, publisher of the Gold Goats 'n Guns Newsletter. In an interview with Daniela Cambone, Luongo argues that Biden’s plan to freeze Russian assets and fund Ukraine is actually aimed at China. The message to China is clear: comply with our trade demands or risk losing your US Treasuries, he explains, noting China’s gradual divestment from these assets.
Luongo criticizes the Biden administration for not acting in America’s best interests, describing them as vandals influenced by Europe. He also highlights Singapore’s growing importance, noting its role in Chinese Yuan settlement and trade clearing since 2012.
Let's see how well have the sanctions against Russia worked? Russia is now the world's fourth largest economy overtaking Japan according to the World Bank. But Western leadership has no reverse gear, they only double down on dumb.
The Duran discusses Russian economy continues to surge (22 min).
In the first quarter Russian GDP grew by 5.4%
Russia’s economy is booming. In the first quarter, Russian GDP grew by 5.4%, higher than in the fourth quarter of last year, albeit boosted by an extra day in February. The economy is on course to expand by over 3% this year or more, ahead of expectations.
Do the new US sanctions mark Russia’s final divorce from the dollar?
Washington’s policies are simply pushing Moscow further along a path it has already embarked on...the Russian central bank has declared the yuan, already the most-traded currency in Moscow, with a 54% share in May, the country’s main foreign currency. The yuan-ruble rate will become a benchmark for market participants and will help set the trajectory for other currency pairs, including the euro and dollar. In other words, market participants will rely on the cross rate of yuan-ruble and yuan-dollar and yuan-euro to determine the fair market rate. It’s also possible that in some conversions the yuan could find itself in the previously almost-unthinkable role as the pivot currency in ruble-dollar conversions: rubles would be exchanged into yuan and then from yuan to dollars, for example.
Saudi Arabia Ends 50-Year Petrodollar Deal with US
Saudi Arabia has decided not to renew its long-standing agreement with the United States, under which the Kingdom would sell its oil exclusively in US dollars. This arrangement, known as the petrodollar system, has been a cornerstone of the global oil market and the US dollar’s dominance in international trade. The deal set up joint commissions for economic cooperation and Saudi Arabia’s military needs.
Impact of Not Renewing the Deal
The decision by Saudi Arabia to end the petrodollar agreement is poised to have far-reaching consequences:
Global Currency Realignment: The end of the petrodollar system may lead to a decrease in global demand for the US dollar. Other currencies, such as the Euro, the Chinese Yuan, or even cryptocurrencies, could become more prominent in international trade, potentially diminishing the dollar’s hegemony. Saudi Arabia has become a participant in Project mBridge, a joint initiative aimed at developing a digital currency platform for use by central banks and commercial banks.
Volatility In Exchange Rates: A reduction in demand for the dollar could lead to greater volatility in exchange rates and financial markets. This might affect countries heavily reliant on dollar-denominated trade and debt.
US May Face Financial Challenges: The US may face challenges in financing its deficits and maintaining its economic dominance without the constant influx of petrodollars. This could result in higher interest rates and a reevaluation of fiscal policies.
Jimmy discusses the situation: Saudi Arabia ABANDONS Petrodollar!
The Petrodollar, which is probably the most important economic concept that the vast majority of Americans are completely ignorant of, is on its way out. Saudi Prince Mohammed bin Salman has refused to renew his nation’s agreement to sell oil in dollars with the United States, and the potential repercussions on the U.S. economy could be catastrophic.
Jimmy discusses how the petrodollar allows the United States to sanction other nations, which serves only to drive other countries to want to abandon the dollar. (18 min)
Elections in the EU and around the world
The EU elections broke their minds...According to the MSM, it was a far right wave.
The EU Elections: The March of the Right
An unanticipated phenomenon has manifested: younger voters in France, Portugal, Belgium, Germany and Finland folding at the ballot box for parties of the right and far right. The pendulum has well and truly swung. Europe’s right, bulked by the young, is on the march.
To my mind the terms left and right have lost their meaning. For example, far left Pelosi? She's a capitalist whore and a warmonger, not far left.
I've viewed myself on the left for most of my life. I now find myself aligning with the so called right more often as the dims have become warmongers focused on personal profit. Check out the last clip today on Tom Massey as an example.

Rejection of Putin's Peace Offer 'Exposes' True Motivations of NATO's Proxy War in Ukraine
Russian President Vladimir Putin reiterated the country’s conditions for an end to the Ukraine conflict during a lengthy address at the country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs Friday.
Moscow’s central demands are the same as those put forth during previous rounds of negotiations sabotaged by the United States: Ukraine must become a neutral state not aligned with Western powers’ crusade against the Russian nation. Additionally, Kiev must be demilitarized and de-Nazified, Putin stated, and the country must formally renounce plans to join NATO.
The offer was rejected almost as soon as it was extended, leading Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova to jokingly ask whether it had even yet been translated into Ukrainian. “With such statements they want to deprive the citizens of Ukraine of a real chance for peace,” said the Russian official.

Gaza Genocide continues
Their Rules-Based International Order Is the Rule of the Mafia
In defiance of the International Court of Justice, Israel continues to bomb Gaza. Like the United States, Israel refuses to abide by international law, exposing the hypocrisy of the ‘rules-based international order’.
Despite a 24 May order from the International Court of Justice (ICJ), the Israeli military continues to bomb the southern part of Gaza, particularly the city of Rafah. In blatant disregard of the ICJ’s order, on 27 May Israel struck a tent city in Rafah and murdered forty-five civilians. US President Joe Biden said on 9 March that an Israeli attack on Rafah would be his ‘red line’, but – even after this tent massacre – the Biden administration has insisted that no such line has been violated.

Gaza Horror: UN Finds Israeli Forces Guilty of Sexual Abuse and Torture
“Sexual violence has been perpetrated throughout the OPT [Occupied Palestinian Territories] during evacuation processes, before or during arrest, at civilian homes and at a shelter for women and girls,” the report stated.
"Sexual acts were carried out by force, including under threats, intimidation and other forms of duress, in inherently coercive circumstances due to the armed conflict and the presence of armed Israeli soldiers.”
In February, a UN panel of experts stated there was “credible evidence” of sexual violence against Palestinian women in both Gaza and the West Bank. This followed a UN report noting two cases of rape and various other cases of sexual abuse against Palestinian women.
Was the US military involved in Israel's heinous market massacre?
The Grayzone's Max Blumenthal and Aaron Mate examine open source evidence showing that the Israeli military made use of the US Army's dysfunctional "aid" pier in Gaza, as well as a fake humanitarian aid truck, to conduct a hideous massacre in the course of a hostage rescue operation. (18 min)
When Israel Burned Refugees Alive, Establishment Media Called It a ‘Tragic Accident’
them to go to “Tel al-Sultan through Beach Road,” an area set up by the UNRWA refugee agency and designated a UN humanitarian safe zone. The leaflet added, “Don’t blame us after we warned you.”
Nevertheless, without warning, Israel hit the camp with at least eight missiles spreading fire though the encampment of plastic tents (Quds News, 5/26/24). Some refugees burned to death, mostly women and children, leaving them dismembered and charred.
The world saw the terror of the massacre on international and social media. Images showed the area of the strike engulfed in flames as Palestinians screamed, cried, ran for safety and sought to help the injured. “They told people to move there then killed them,” Richard Medhurst (5/28/24) posted.
Will Israel Invade Lebanon to Distract from Failure to 'Defeat' Hamas? w/ Laith Marouf (24 min)
When Israel isn't killing 200+ Palestinians in a single day, it's escalating tensions with Hezbollah, with Israeli officials acting as though they're considering an invasion of Lebanon.
Palestinian-Syrian Journalist Laith Marouf noted that Hezbollah is sending plenty of signals that if Netanyahu chooses to pursue a full-scale war in the north, it will be infinitely more embarrassing for Israel than the failure that has been their pledge to "defeat" Hamas.

'Two Ships Hit': U.S. Admits 'Failure' In Fight Against Houthis; Fresh Attack After Ships Set Ablaze
The U.S. military on Monday made a big admission about fresh Houthi attacks. The U.S. confirmed that two commercial vessels passing through the Red Sea were hit. The American military stated that Houthis used ballistic missiles to attack the ships. The admission comes hours after two ships caught fire following Houthi missile strikes. After the attacks, the two ships, which sustained damage, changed course.(3 min)
Many young people are rejecting the US- Israeli narrative. Caity explains...
It actually speaks to a healthy wisdom that young people have begun disregarding the narratives and sticking to what’s immediately obvious before the narrative spin begins, because mental narratives are how humanity has gotten itself into so much trouble throughout the ages. It’s not the immediate here and now that has caused us to commit genocides and mass atrocities throughout history, it’s the mental stories that have been put in our minds by the powerful telling us why it’s actually good and smart to do something evil and stupid. In the immediate here and now there’s nothing telling you it would be good to start raining military explosives onto a giant concentration camp full of children; such things only look reasonable after ingesting and believing copious amounts of narrative.
Manipulators understand that they can use narrative to promote material agendas if they can get people to believe those narratives, and it enrages them when people handwave away the narrative and stick solely with the raw data of material reality. If you’ve based your life around trading empty narrative fluff for real material resources and gains, having your narratives dismissed can feel like holding a huge pile of currency that suddenly got devalued to zero. Of course the manipulators would be upset about this.

Dennis Kucinich: America Prepares for Global War and Restarts the Draft for 18-26 Year Olds
I call to your attention a Democratic amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), which was slipped into the almost trillion-dollar Pentagon war spending bill, by voice vote, in the House Armed Services committee.
The Democratic Amendment to H.R. 8070, the National Defense Authorization (NDAA) reads:
Section 531. Selective Service System: Automatic Registration. SEC. 3. (a)(1) “Except as otherwise provided in this title, every male citizen of the United States, and every other male person residing in the United States, between the ages of eighteen and twenty-six, shall be automatically registered under this Act by the Director of the Selective Service System.”
These warmongering idiots just can't have enough death and destruction.
Are there any good politicians? Perhaps this is one.
Did you catch Tucker's interview with Thomas Massey? The interview is a bit over 2 hours. Perhaps the most revealing comment was almost all US Reps and Senators have an AIPAC handler if they take money from the lobby.

Off the Grid with Thomas Massie is an intimate look at a congressman’s quest for a self-sustainable life on his farm in eastern Kentucky. “My philosophy is live and let live: You don’t worry about what somebody’s doing in their holler, as long as they don’t worry about what you’re doing in your holler.”
Now I don't agree with all his politics, but he is the kind of person I want in congress.
So let's wrap it up. There's much more we are losing...how about our justice system, morality (if we ever had any), or sound electoral system just to mention a few more.
We're under a heat bubble for the next few days. We're having to water the garden, but on the positive side, grass growth has slowed and so has mowing. Hope this Sunday finds you all well and happy. As always, I look forward to your thoughts and insights below. Enjoy what's left of the weekend!
To all you Dads out there, Happy Father's Day! I hope you and your kids can enjoy one another today.

That video of Biden at G7

Is misleading, deliberately so. I'm not a Biden lover. But I hate deliberate disinformation about anyone.
Maybe so...
and if so I apologize for misleading. However, my trust of CNN is pretty low, so I'm awaiting more reporting.
Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
“Until justice rolls down like water and righteousness like a mighty stream.”
The video at the top of the column may or may not
be cropped, but it is not at all deceptive and clearly shows what was going down. There was an event that all those personages were watching and something happened off to the left (squirrel!). Several glanced over and then continued to watch whatever was going on in front of them. Joe, however, decided to wander over a bit toward the distraction and give somebody a thumbs up, possibly to try to show that he knew all about and appreciated what they were doing. He then sort of froze there, as if he didn't know what to do next, and somebody came over and directed him and his attention back to the thing that they were supposed to be watching. Now, he may have had intention and thought something like "I - think - I'll - go - over - toward - that / those - guy(s) - and - do - the - thumbs - up - thing", but, purposely or not, he still "wandered" away from the group and the thing they were watching. He still needed to be retrieved after his train of thought got dislocated. (and it was not until all of that had occurred that he donned his badass aviator shades)
I think "wander" fits his mode of locomotion which seemed almost slo-mo and hesitant. I am days short of my 78th birthday. I have a chronic bad back that is griping and acting up from recent overuse. I had a stroke less than a year ago that wiped out my sense of balance and my muscle control in my left leg. I still walk, even in sandals on rough and uneven ground, far better than Joe did; he all but shambled or shuffled. If I walked like that, I'd try not to do it in public. The dude is not well.

Excellent analysis...
that's exactly what I was thinking as well. He still lost focus and wandered off and had to be brought back by Meloni. The faces on the G7 group and their subsequent actions tell the story.
The spin is heavy on both sides of the aisle. It's like going for a ride in a washing machine.
Washing machine ride
The spin cycle indeed...
...and dizzy headed as result? As I said in the lead, Joe is emblematic of the state of our nation.
EL, I think you parsed it out well...wandering Joe.
I continue to think there will be a bait and switch ... maybe after the upcoming debate, but certainly by August. Will it be the $hill, incompetent Gavin, CIA attache' Mayo Pete, or some other dark horse? I got no idea, except the hunch Biden won't make it to Nov.
Take care!
“Until justice rolls down like water and righteousness like a mighty stream.”
Thanks. My apologies.
It wasn’t a one off…
Biden was out of step the whole event. Then he missed dinner with the group.
Bad enough that Biden blew off Zelensky's piss agreement gathering, but Kamala only flew all the way over just to leave a few hours later.
Sputnik reports that the piss gathering failed because only 93/162 countries invited showed up.
Lol…Putin offered a true peace agreement which Zelensky immediately rejected.
BTW you’d think Zelensky's handlers would get him to learn how to say peace instead of piss.
Good morning, dear friend!
Good thing I am not busy today and can devote plenty of time to reading and viewing all the goodies you brought today. Thanks so much for your effort to put this WW together.
As for the wander off video clip, it is obvious those leaders were gathered for a photo op. He either forgot and wandered away, or just didn't give a shit about the others standing together as they were told, awaiting the shoot.

You decide.

I think that the Zio-Nazis have become more vicious than the German Nazis. Instead of gassing the Palestinians like the Nazis did to Jews they drop bombs on them including incendiary bombs that burn children, women and elderly alive in tents. Israel is starving Palestinians just like the Nazis starved the Jews. 40 children are claimed to have died from starvation, but I doubt that number is accurate. Many children will be permanently damaged even if they get proper nutrition tomorrow. Nor is the reported deaths just 40,000. 1 million more are on the brink of starvation.
It’s unfathomable to me that a people who went through the hell of the Holocaust could now do the same thing to Palestinians and see them in the same light that Nazis saw the Jews. And it’s not just Zionists who are doing this. Many Jews are fully behind what Israel is doing to Palestinians. Not all, but too damn many.
Israel doesn’t have the right to exist when the cost is this damn high.
Max and others claim 80%+
Israelis want the genocide to continue. Max suggests it is a sick culture...Zionism not Judaism. All residents need the same basic rights and the apartheid Israeli government shouldn't continue into the future, to my mind.

Israel.
In this video, Shir Hever does a good job detailing the deep trouble Israel has brought upon itself. But such trouble does not exist in a vacuum.
So here's what I think can be predicted: the elites currently act to "stay the course" and to preserve whatever illusions they think they can preserve, so they can "stay the course." You know the routine: Biden is a competent leader, Israel is winning against Hamas, Ukraine is winning against Russia, and so on. None of it is true but if they repeat it often enough maybe they can slog through the year.
But it's possible that the situation in Israel gets bad enough that they wake up and recognize that Israel is collapsing. At that point you're going to see, proposed in Congress, a really big, really expensive proposal to save Israel. Watch for that military draft too.
The ruling classes need an extra party to make the rest of us feel as if we participate in democracy. That's what the Democrats are for. They make the US more durable than the Soviet Union was.
Their only strategy is escalation...
As I suggested earlier...double down on dumb. Too bad we're controlled by them, TPTB...their interest is in personal profit, and these forever wars are a giant grift.
Perhaps the people are waking...at least young ones seem to be.

Great column today, as usual, thanks.
We are losing, btw, precisely because we wanted to WIN and to win it all. Had our goal been to do well for our country and populace and for the global community as well we wouldn't have landed ourselves in this mess. Empires always fall, nations and communities, not necessarily so

I note that
the Zerohedge folks have finally noticed that Da Gummint is getting ready to reinstate the draft. The comments are priceless- it is so amusing to see them heap hate upon the Other of their personal choosings. But one thing is interesting: the sentiment of “this is where the lead will begin to fly” is very common, despite the lack of consensus on exactly who to shoot at.

That might well be the necessary spark to start a civil war. In any case, this new draft effort will go down as having been advocated for and implemented by your kinder, gentler dem administration. It’ll certainly contribute to the Biden/HRC defeat, come November.

LYRICS:
I ask you what chance have I
When each love I meet just makes me cry
He loves awhile then says goodbye
I've loved and lost again
To be true to one alone
Don't seem to matter anymore
They tell you you're out of style
Unless you've had three or four
I've loved and lost again
Oh, what a crazy world we're livin' in
True love has no chance to win
I've loved and lost again
To be true to one alone
Don't seem to matter anymore
