Bill - an anchor, or an asset?

I've been trying to keep track of Clinton's appearances of late and came to two conclusions.

1. He really is not the same man. His choice of words, his mannerisms, even his demeanor aren't what they used to be.

2. The media is studiously ignoring or refusing to comment on it.

In an AOL article, the purported topic was his inability to deal with current technology, but the real gem was right there to be read:

"Last Thursday as I was leaving school, I passed by a motorcade of black cars," Olivo said of his chance encounter.

After asking a stranger on the street what was going on, he learned that Bill Clinton was hosting an event at the United Federation of Teachers building to support Hillary's campaign.

As luck would have it, he "walked up to the sign-in station with a friend and we got in, since they needed to fill seats."

Wow. That says it all. A former two term president and hubby of the current (ahem) front runner, and they cannot fill a teacher's union meeting? Organized by Bill?

I would certainly say he looks very unwell, and there is something off with his speech pattern. [catty comment] Maybe no one goes to see him because they don't want to see him collapse on the stage.

Hey! my dear friends or soon-to-be's, JtC could use the donations to keep this site functioning for those of us who can still see the life preserver or flotsam in the water.

since the last time I saw him. He came to my town to support a candidate 6 years ago and gave a speech. He looks like he has been really sick. I know he has had heart trouble. This is more then growing old because he is frail looking. I also think Hillary looks like the campaign is too hard on her. She must have her health issues. It is something to think about.

have really aged her. Go take a look at last year's pictures of her and then now. It is very apparent. Her face seems to be puffy also, and I have been trying to remember what that is a sign of as well as the fact that she seems to have gained quite a bit of weight. Diabetes? Kidneys?

For her, possibly also intense and growing frustration from the unlikely impediments of Sanders and uncooperative voters on her way to the throne denied her in '08. She strikes me as a core-less person, so it's all about the mirrors reflecting her back to herself. [end of psych 001]

I had forgotten that stress also leads to increased weight and could also along with lack of sleep ad the puffiness. I hate to think of what will happen to her when that mirror shatters.

“Until justice rolls down like water and righteousness like a mighty stream.”

this is a medical fact: major heart surgery such as he had (quadruple bypass) damages the brain. The personality changes, loss of skills, are due to that brain damage. He did reportedly change his diet since then but who knows if he's sticking to that, anyway the damage was done in 2004, he had another surgery in 2010 for two stents.

Dr. Dean Ornish (who knows Clinton pretty well; he consulted for him) begged him to change to a heart-healthy diet and avoid the surgery. That surgery COULD have been avoided. But that is the way most Americans think--they think medical science can 'fix' them, not realizing the terrible consequences. Prevention is such a bore.

Bill Clinton may have, at one time in his life, been the leader of the free world. But when it comes to technology, he might as well be your dad

But...but...she sent him 30,000 emails.

This was there, and then it wasn't. Maybe I pressed publish by accident a second time?

Oh, well.

Some of the comments on the 'tubes about Bill are pretty telling. Empty stadia and arenas, poor responses to his disjointed commentary, and many comments about both he and she are really looking like they need a long vacation.

More than a few are wondering if Bill's heart has acted up again, affecting the blood flow to his brain.

she's not just getting the nomination. He's PISSED about her being called out for their corruption. He is PISSED this is not going the way they intended. And I'm sure he's equally pissed that HE no longer seems to be able to draw large adoring crowds. The jig is up and he's not happy about that, at all. She looks tired too and she should be - must take one hell of a lot of energy just to keep all the lies straight.
