pretty gruesome indeed. funny how so many terrible people say that god is on their side and approves the awful things they do.

saw Kigali, the mountain gouriallas and lake kivu. It was peaceful and to the foreigners like me (us) the upcoming violence could not have been visible or seen. I think it was in 1992/3.
Would have to dig it up. There was boiling water bubbling up at the shoreline of lake kivu and people cooked their potatoes in it.

I really enjoyed the 'Big Daddy Kinsey' album. He had a nice tribute to Mississippi Muddy W. and a nuclear war song too! I listened to his album 2x while I got some work done. Made for a pleasant hour or so. TY Smile

Donald Kinsey also played a ton of reggae music with bands such as Bob Marley and the Wailers also Peter Tosh's Word Sound and Power. Here is a video of his guitar work playing with Peter Tosh on tour in the 1980's. "Jah, Drive them away"

WHY didn't they? This is an important question whenever genocide happens.

Trillions of our tax dollars pays for an army. Once in a while its crystal clear that we should use it. Rarely, but the Rwandan Genocide was one of those times.

Why didnt we send our troops in there to stop the killing?
