Election Fraud Lies: The Kraken Part 1 - Who Stole The Spellcheck?

Denys_de_Montfort_Poulpe_Colossal.jpg

Sidney Powell, PC, famed Texas attorney, has Released the Kraken! The long-awaited cephalopod emerged from the depths Thanksgiving Eve and splashed down like month-old fish on a Cryptocaryon-infested deli counter.

Because the lawsuits and their remora "affidavits" are very long and redundant and fact-devoid, I've separated this Election Fraud Lie into multiple parts. This part concerns the misspelling, inter-word spacing failures, and other formatting errors that make these court filings on the most important legal matter of our lifetime questionable at best.

The Lie

During the past month we've witnessed the vast majority of the MSM and Democrat judges ignore or downplay true facts conclusively proved in court filings and affidavits describing serious criminal acts committed in Georgia and other states with the intent of defrauding President Trump of his guaranteed re-election.

Thankfully, Texas attorney Sidney Powell has stepped up to the pier and unleashed the Kraken into the public pool. The Kraken is the loosely matched pair of Georgia and Michigan lawsuits that provide irrefutable proof of the massive fraud perpetrated against OUR PRESIDENT.

The Action Locations

Sidney Sez: Oh, hell. You know what I meant.

Nature of the Action (MI)

Sock it to 'em, Sidney! Demoncrats have gone TOO FAR this time!

This civil action brings to light a massive election fraud, multiple violations of the Michigan Election Code, see, e.g., MCL §§ 168.730-738, in addition to the Election and Electors Clauses and Equal Protection Clause of the U.S. Constitution violations that occurred during the 2020 General Election throughout the State of Michigan,1as set forth in the affidavits of dozens of eye witnesses and the statistical anomalies and mathematical impossibilities detailed in the affidavits of expert witnesses.

EdG grammatical edit of stricken text above: in addition to violations of the Election and Electors Clauses and Equal Protection Clause of the U.S. Constitution that occurred

Paragraph 16 (GA)

Sidney Sez: Grammer iz hard!

Additionally, incontrovertible evidence Board of Elections records demonstrates that at least 96,600 absentee ballots were requested and counted but were never recorded as being returned to county election boards by the voter. Thus, at a minimum, 96,600 votes must be disregarded.

The Rebuttal

The above mistakes in Sidney's complaint do her no favors. I have used WordPerfect, the word processing software of choice in the legal profession, since 1983. Spellcheckers have been available at least that long. But somehow, a professional attorney and her staff failed to spellcheck what may be the most important legal case since Bush v. Gore.

And if you want to blame the legal secretary, keep in mind that the attorney bears ultimate responsibility for all work product. Here are a pair of amusing rulings from US District Court judges regarding attorney writing skills (or lack thereof): [EdG Note: I would cite these cases in my motion to dismiss if I were the defendants.]

Kuzmin v. Thermaflo, Inc., Nos. 2:07-cv-00554-TJW, 2:08-cv-0031-TJW-CE, 2009 WL 1421173 (E.D. Tex. May 20, 2009).

The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas sanctioned the plaintiff’s attorney for poor writing and violations of ethical obligations. The court noted that counsel’s brief was badly formatted and contained numerous spelling errors. Id. at *2. The court admonished the plaintiff’s attorney, stating, “By submitting a poorly written brief, the attorney fails the Court as well as the client.” Id.

Sanfilippo v. Comm’r of Social Sec., No. 8:04-CV-2079-T-27MSS, 2008 WL 1957836 (M.D. Fla. May 5, 2008).

The United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida greatly reduced the plaintiff’s attorney fees requested in accordance with 42 U.S.C. §406(b) and the Equal Access to Justice Act (EAJA). The court found that the attorney’s work was not of high quality because it did not reflect the preparation time claimed to have been invested in drafting the legal memoranda, it was replete with spelling and grammatical errors, and it contained conjecture and hyperbolic editorializations, which do not belong in legal pleadings. Id. at *4.

I'm not going to waste any more of your time here, just ask one simple question: Would you trust a law firm that doesn't know how to use a spellchecker?

I liked Jeff starting with the Yardbirds and continuing on to Beck, Bogert & Appice. I've been getting back into music myself. Bought a Fender Precision bass and amp last year and I'm working on getting my licks back after a 35 year hiatus.

No longer in any group. Been a loooooong time since I was. Used to play in R&B outfits, but not bass. I was a hot-shit horn guy. In the last of one of those groups, at one practice the bass player couldn't make it. They had me do it. Now, I knew jack about bass - or anything with strings on it. Still, they showed me some root/five stuff or something to get us through practice. Anyway, I liked the instrument. Have ever since.

At some point back in those days, I picked up a cheapo guitar. Been messing with those ever since, most seriously in the last 15 years or so. A few years ago, I became enamored with an old Ibanez Jet King Bass - kind of a retro thing - and got one. Crazy looking, but good. Not long afterwards I picked up the little Jag base I mentioned. Dirt cheap, brand new. Very good, too. I run those through a cool little Ampeg practice amp which sounds way better than it should.

Had to give it up. My teeth couldn't take it anymore. Bought my first bass at 13, was in a rock band through most of HS. Switched to 6-string acoustic in the Army because it wasn't practical to tote around a bass and amp. Then I played bass and electric mostly for fun and occasional jam session. Quit altogether when I got married in 1985 and then last year, wife and I took a road trip and 3 of the people we visited play bass. Gave me the itch to get back into it.

Ibanez does have some crazy shapes. I wonder what kind of drugs the designers use. Smile Or maybe they're University of Texas fans.

That Ibanez Jet King of mine looks like a 60s escapee – in some Japanese designer's imagination! Quite a few of the newer ones look as though they belonged to Prince or something. They do make good instruments, no matter what they look like.

The thing that stopped me with the horns (primarily trumpet) was the noise when practicing. It got really hard to find somewhere to play every day. My big Getzen is a pro model and loud! These days they have these crazy electronic mutes and you can wear headphones. Wish I'd have had that option. About a year ago, I had a brass shop go through the big Getzen Eterna. Now it's better than new! Funny thing – the owner of the shop has an identical Eterna of his own with a serial number just a few digits different than mine! He took extra time with it, I could tell.

...that I have watched.

However, in the interest of intellectual honesty, let's look at a professional analysis of the 2020 exit polling statistics:

Exit Polls Versus Reported Vote Counts

By Theodore de Macedo Soares

The United States remains one of the few major democracies in the world that continue to allow computerized vote counting—not observable by the public—to determine the results of its elections. Countries such as Germany, Norway, Netherlands, France, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and many other countries protect the integrity and trust of their elections with publicly observable hand-counting of paper ballots.

::

According to the exit polls conducted by Edison Research, Biden easily won the presidency. As in past elections, the pattern of overwhelming discrepancies between the exit poll results and the unverified computer vote counts, always favoring the more politically conservative candidate, continues in this election. Incorporating the exit poll results in the New York Times interactive Electoral College map, Biden wins the presidency with a count of 328 electoral votes versus 210 for Trump.

Exit polls were conducted in 24 states. In 22 states the discrepancies between the exit polls and the vote count favored Trump. As the table below shows, in 12 of these states the discrepancies favoring Trump exceed the margin of error of the state’s exit poll.

As in the 2016 Democratic Party primaries and general election (and prior elections), the overwhelming discrepancies in the 2020 Democratic Party primaries and general election, always favoring the more politically conservative candidate, are a near statistical impossibility. The source of the problem is systemic. Either the exit polls and the pre-election polls have been improperly conducted or the vote counts are corrupt.

The exit polls conducted by Edison in this coronavirus pandemic year used the same methodology as in previous years. In 2016 absentee and early voting represented about 40% of the votes, this year it will exceed 60%. Early voters were submitted the exit poll questionnaire at their voting locations same as on election day. Telephone interviews were conducted of absentee voters as in previous years.

The possibility that our vote counts are corrupt cannot be dismissed off-hand or ignored. Computer vote counts are never verified by full hand counts and the vote counting software is proprietary—hidden from view and inaccessible to the public.

Election results in the United States are determined by vote counting systems supplied by three private corporations: Elections Systems & Software, LLC, Dominion Voting, and Hart Intercivics.[1] According to the Pew Research Center, 94% of all voters in 2016 voted on electronic voting machines or optically scanned ballots nationwide.[2] Members of Congress observe the fact that their proprietary software, inaccessible to elections officials and the public, undermine trust in our elections.[3]

The possible means to corrupt the vote is not hard. As every vote counting machine has the vendor’s software custom updated for each state prior to every election, the votes can be corrupted by hacking/altering this software at the source and either the vendor or state functionaries will install this software in all the state’s machines.

.

It is reasonable for a majority of Americans not to trust the US election process. We're looking at a Failed State here. Typos aside.

(Although, the typos in that document were pretty disrespectful. Sheesh. There are some courts that will charge you a fine for that kind of sloppiness. Or, throw you in the clink for contempt.)

There were 3 hand counts in Georgia. All matched the computer vote counts. There were hand counts in 2 Wisconsin counties. Counts matched.

the votes can be corrupted by hacking/altering this software at the source

Memory cards are initialized to 0 by the admin when voting machines are prepared the day of voting. The counts then accumulate for as long as counting takes. Sending preloaded votes wouldn't work for that reason. Hacking the software products of multiple vendors and versions -- different states have different certified versions of the software -- would be extremely difficult. I may do a Lie essay on this in the future as it keeps coming up.

...in at least one or more of the 50 fiefdoms that control who votes (without Federal oversight). In fact, I cannot recall a modern presidential election without a hand count somewhere.

Mr. Soares point of reference, of course, is the world's democracies where ALL votes are counted by hand in order to determine the winner.

The point he is making, and the implications, may not have been clear: Biden did win enough electoral votes to become President in a close election. However, the exit polls consistently indicate that Biden's vote counts should have been much higher. The clear objective of the rigging of the US Presidential election failed this time. But it did manage to consistently suppress the Democratic vote counts in the House and Senate. A narrow electoral vote win effectively cuts off the coattails.

All democracies use Exit Polls to confirm their elections to the world. World Leaders do not want to welcome a fraudulent leader into their midst. A contested leader who will not produce exit polls to certifiy the vote is marginalized at the UN. Exit Polls are very serious and closely watched. Austria had to redo its most recent election because the Vote Count Decrepancies exceeded the Exit Polls margin of error.

The world can see, in black and white, that the US elections are rigged. Not only are the US discrepancies unacceptably large, but they occur in a repeating pattern that is statistically impossible. (The same precincts, the same pile of unaccounted votes, representing the same political bias.) In any other democracy, an election like the one shown below would be nullified. The reason it is not challenged is because the vote count was rigged against Biden and he still managed to win. And the Republicans don't want to talk about it since they were the beneficiaries of the vote discrepancies in every state. So, systemic rigging remains a feature of US elections. It's something the American People can count on.

From TDMS|RESEARCH

The Top Rigged States in the US can always be found at the top of this chart in every Presidential Election. This information is widely reported and discussed in special interest journals and debunked by the worst of the corporate media.

Perhaps all of the many polls conducted prior to Election Day 2020 were not completely and utterly wrong. What if they were right?

It appears the early polls may actually match the exit polls.

What does that say about the US elections?

I must add that election rigging is more of a money-grubbing middle-management game. It is definitely not directed from the top. The war profiteering Empire-seekers have already selected the candidates and their key advisors. They are good with whoever wins. For the same reason, I am indifferent and have no dog in this hunt. There is always a concern that the People might notice and become radicalized. They might, but I seriously doubt it. Your memes could be helpful in that regard.

Onward.

even if accurate, are meaningless if improper ballots have been injected and/or if ballots that should be counted have been improperly rejected/thrown away. What's the point, if the goal is election integrity, to just reaffirming a tainted outcome?

Key to preventing the above occurring is the (most places legally mandated) presence of challengers from all major parties to observe the process and there are plenty of testimonials to the effect that did not occur in key swing states, especially in Atlanta, Philadelphia, Milwaukie, Detroit and probably Maricopa County AZ.

In Clark Co.,Nevada, all ballot signature matching was done by machine, itself probably not legal, but beyond that was done with the Agilent machines run on settings outside the manufacturers recommended parameters because 80% of ballots were being rejected at the recommended settings. So they just adjusted down to where everything passed...

See points 17-23 (pp 5,6) of the Trump campaign lawsuit (Law v. Whitmer) in Nevada.

How would this work? You'd have to know the ballot layout for every voting jurisdiction because voting scanners don't read the English words on the ballot, they read the XY coordinates of the mark the voter places. Since the outcome of the "real" election is unknown beforehand, you'd need to guess at a believable amount of votes to add. The counts wouldn't match the paper ballots or the tally sheets used by election officials. You'd need to do this to secured source code control systems at the locked offices of at least 3 different vendors. And that's just the bare minimum. It's not quite so easy as Bev Harris makes it out to be.

And Bennie Smith is full of crap. Read my essay about Fractional Voting to find out why.

I'd been seeing this for decades. It easily explains the bipartisan nature of election fraud in a way I'd noticed but did not quite realize - the more conservative, "establishment" pro oligarchy candidate always gets the invisible man vote, whether it's Bush or Hillary or Biden or Trump. And it's obvious how it's done, by programming the voting machines to report a predetermined result, or simply proclaiming the result TPTB predetermined.(though I'm not convinced that Trump was "more conservative" than Hillary or Biden. I see a slightly misleading label.

For example in CA before my votes are tabulated I am given a receipt that I can check to make sure I did not touch the wrong spot on the screen, but there is no way to tell if those are the votes that machine reports, or that those are the votes reported by the central system. (this was the way Ohio was stolen in 2004) And if there is a recount it is done using the same system. This is the equivalent of asking a bank robber if he robbed a bank.

Krebs was saying 95% of voters had either paper ballots or a paper receipt. Which is basically true. The machine counts are a separate issue.

As for Ohio, quite a bit of the steal was good old traditional Republican shenanigans and disenfranchisement of Democratic voters. Per Mother Jones's 2005 investigative report:

In the days after the election, newspapers nationwide carried accounts of how voters in and around Columbus, the state capital, had to stand in line for hours before casting ballots. It turns out the Franklin County Board of Elections had reduced the number of voting machines in urban precincts—which held more African American voters and were likely to favor John Kerry—and increased the number of machines in white suburban precincts, which tended to favor the president. As a result, as many as 15,000 voters in Franklin County left without casting ballots.

Mostly, their arguments boil down to two types:
A. There were opportunities for fraud, even though there's no actual evidence that any happened.
B. Gazillions of mail-in votes should have been disallowed for various technical reasons.

They might or might not be correct about B, but it doesn't change the fact that their strategy depends, not upon discarding ballots fraudulently cast by fixers, but discarding ballots submitted in good faith by voters, but then allegedly handled/processed incorrectly.

Press Release
UPDATE: Over 2,400 Californians Now Suspected of Voting in Nevada’s Election

Watchdog group claims 2,410 Nevada voters who later registered to vote in California appear to have voted unlawfully in Nevada’s November 3 election.

December 2, 2020 Reno, Nevada – Election Integrity Project, Nevada (EIPNv) has found 2,410 persons who are registered to vote in Nevada, subsequently registered in California, but voted in Nevada’s November 3 election. EIPNv had previously reported 1,411 such voters. An expanded analysis, matching mailing addresses and phone numbers, found approximately 1,000 more suspect voters. To lawfully vote in Nevada, one must continuously reside in the state and one’s county for 30 days and one’s precinct 10 days preceding Election Day [NRS 293.485]. Federal law allows persons to vote in their old state if they have moved within 30 days of the election.

These findings will be submitted to the Secretaries of State in both Nevada and California. The appropriate U.S. Attorneys will be notified:

There are 2,410 Nevada registrants who closely match a California registrant on first, middle and last name, and date of birth. Common names, which might be coincidences, are excluded.

Of these, 491 have a California mailing address that matches their Nevada residence address, 400 have the same phone number in both their California and Nevada records, and 46 have both a matching address and phone number.

These registrants’ California voter registration dates are later than their Nevada registration dates, indicating all 2,410 now reside in California. The California registration dates are 90+ days prior to the November 3 election, indicating the voters are not lawfully eligible to vote in Nevada.

As of November 24, Nevada’s official histories of counted votes show, despite their apparent residency in California, 1,390 voted by mail, 710 voted early, 224 voted at the polls on Election Day and 86 voted provisionally and were counted.

Of the 2,410 suspect voters, 615 had not previously voted in Nevada, though they were registered.

The number of suspect votes by district can be found here.

It is being determined whether these persons also voted in California.
EIPNv further identified 97 Nevada registrants who voted in the November 3 election though they are documented as having moved from their registration address or having never lived there. These findings were documented via canvasser interviews of current residents at these registration addresses.

The Kraken is the loosely matched pair of Georgia and Michigan lawsuits that provide irrefutable proof of the massive fraud perpetrated against OUR PRESIDENT.

The filings in those cases do not have to prove irrefutable proof of *anything*.

They do have to make a reasonable argument that the claimants have standing and the court jurisdiction. And to present arguments and evidence sufficient to convince the court that they have a reasonable chance of prevailing by presenting a preponderance of evidence that supports their claims.

Democrats (for whom voting machine vulnerabilities were a matter of concern as late as last year) are, of course, arguing for dismissal.

For some reason they do not seem too anxious to have their day in court and blow all those ridiculous Kraken claims out of the water. Wonder why that could be?
