Lockdown Protests in Berlin, London, Paris, Dublin
The pressures of lockdowns seem to have been building over time, and while protestors seem to be attending for many different reasons and issues, what I find astonishing is the veritable seas of humanity in attendance, especially in Berlin and London. Somehow I’ve lost some of my links to Paris and an aerial view of Trafalgar Square, but the smaller one will give you the gist. Mouse fail: seems I’ve lost it, too, but have found another.
Are their governments failing to provide financial support for their joblessness, businesses shuttered, the inability to feed their families, while their Plutocrats make obscene amounts of filthy lucre as in the US? Do they fear forced fast tracked Covid-19 vaccinations, as well as in Australia, forced seasonal flu vaccinations? ‘No jab; No UBI!’ Do some believe that it’s all a techno-tyrannical Plandemic, as one sign I’d seen? Or that so many tests are showing both false negatives and positives for both Covid and its antibodies?
Or that Bill Gates essentially owns the WHO (World Health organization), and his chosen Head Tedros __ __, also not a doctor) as well as stock in all the BigPharma vaccine developers? And the atrocious results of some of his philanthropically gifted vaccines in the global south?
What will follow? More cases, more deaths, changes in financial relief? In any event, I’ve chosen to feature Tweets related to RFK, jr.’s Childrens Health Defense, as he’d spoken in Berlin, but I’d just wanted to feature the millions who were out protesting. Kennedy also objects to the dangers of a certain Covid-19 vaccine under trial.
The Italian PM says "there will be no new lockdown under any circumstances". The Italian politicians attitude is forced by citizens that have made clear that if new lockdown there will be the revolution, and the opposition pressure. pic.twitter.com/4ho6Az0OGV

August 29 was a landmark day for health freedom advocates. While MSM is mischaracterizing as "radical right wing" & grossly underestimating crowd sizes, the truth is clear: people everywhere are waking up & will not allow their freedoms to be taken away.https://t.co/TV1kauFXjD

well tweaked, amigo.
how brilliant of you to have linked
RFK,sr and his Goering quote. it's knocked me for a loop, especially as i'd never heard it.
do you suppose the millions in berlin and zurich etc. might have been only too keenly aware of it, thus such pushback? we can only guess at the combinations of incentives afoot, but i will offer that i will never take any vaccine again in my life. forced vaccines and health passports? good gawd all-friday, as the old 'uns around here used to say.
did you know some are being tested on kids as young as five years old? how barbaric can it get? and most (if not all) have already been given immunity from civil awards...just in case.
thanks, magi.
To show some images and video clips from demonstrations
in Berlin and other European cities, doesn't explain what exactly the 'medical tyranny' is supposed to mean.
To enforce mask wearing in public, schools and indoor gatherings is not tyranny, but necessary common sense measures to try to keep the virus from spreading freely.
To have a little mask over your mouth doesn't even take any freedoms of speech away from you. Contrary you have to speak up louder to be understood. Those protesters surely don't mind to shout out their opinions a little louder from under the masks. I do not take any claims of victimhood from those who have to 'endure the tyranny of having to wear a mask' seriously. Poor kiddos. And yes, some of those 'kiddos' are the new generation of neo-nazis in Germany. People, who can't admit that there are quite some neo-nazis among the agitators, are in dangerous denial. They may not be in the thousands, but not anymore to be overlooked.
The videos don't show, who is undermining those protest, who is using them for what purposes, and who managed to get that many peope on to the streets with whose funds.
So, I would not get too impressed with those protests. It is more or less the usual sises for protest in Europe for issues that go under their skin.
If same pictures were taken in the US cities, I would judge those differently.
Putting people on furlough, because businesses do not generate enough income from their customers anymore, as those customers have to stay home, is to me emotionally unacceptable. If distance requirements and mask wearing can be controlled and enforced, that would be enough.
Lockdowns are not necessary. That is victimization. It is not medical tyranny, but political tyranny, imo. Lockdowns in apartments over weeks is like caging people. People are no apes.
Kids should go to schools and be forced by their teachers to wear masks. Hygine and distance keeping should be organized by the schools and endforced. Homeschooling through parents because both kids and parents are asked to stay in their homes and appartments, is the worst measure and pretty much psychological tyranny for both, kids and parents. It is not necessary imo.
I have my doubts, when heroes and martyrs and victims are created simultaneously. Something is in the air that doesn't smell right, when this happens.
RFK Jr. speech I agree very much with in its content. He is very kind to bestow the Berlin protesters with so much love and support. I thank him for it, because he didn't have to be so kind to us.
But RFK Jr. speech in Berlin is a campaign speech for the American voters.
So, I have the question:
Could RFK Jr. have made this speech in Washington DC ot NYC, get the same crowd and with no violent police force and with no undermining political agitators?
If your answer would be no, then the RFKJr. speech in Berlin was a necessity for RFK Jr, because he couldn't have held it inside the US. If true, that would be the real tragedy here, imo.
Peace and love to my American neighbors, friends and teachers. I learn a lot from you every day.
Thank you Wendy to put that discussion on the table. It hits a nerve, so to speak.

given that you live in germany,
i'll offer that you may be correct, although given that you've brought so much into your comment, it may take me to read a few more times to understand the applicability of various ingredients. (i admit i'm reeling after reading snoopy's new rochester lynching by pigs, so the fault is likely my own, (and yes, i use the term advisedly).
peace and love to you as well, my sister.
thx, I guess the difference in sensibility towards
the political aspects of your essay is that I speak of my German surroundings. The most imporatant thing Germans never experienced the way Americans did and do, is 'to get fired on the spot' for no legitimate reasons.
Germany has today a much more diverse and way more dense population than the US. Many working people here are from former Eastern European countries (white enough to not be discriminated for their racial markers, but groups that speak their own language among each other, which Germans do not understand, which again causes doubts and suspicions among the native German population) So they create their own clan-like sub-groups among each other to compete with the next clan-like sub-group. And since the big fear to lose one's job is a fear-causing threat to native German white workers, these sub-group clan-like are felt as a compeition to tthe German native white worker now. That was not the case and not so strong some decades ago.
The native German white workers are suddenly feel more resentful, because the native white German voters fear for their jobs and consider the non-native subgroup clan workers as their unwanted competition. This looks like race-based feelings. Something many Germans fear, they fear an unwanted resurgence from their past Nazi history.
So far (before the covid corona virus made its appearance) very few businesses had to terminate work contracts of their employees. The biggest fear in the German population is to have no paid job. I guess that is the same as everywhere, just that it didn't happen to them as often as in other countries. Now, because of the lockdown it happens and it is loathed.
Keep in mind that the sanctions the US imposes now on European based businesses increase those loathing fears.
Trump became known as the 'You are fired' TV entertainment show master. Even average unpolitical Germans had heard about that show.
The fact the Trump is now the producer of a masterful real life show to force thousands of buisnesses to 'fire their employees' because of the ordered lockdown, is the main reason for German or other Europeans to be not in support of Drumpelstilzchen lustful agenda of 'firing people'.
Now to increase racist feelings among Germans is a hidden political interest of the "not-do-gooders" among the powers that will be or the powers that are in power right now.
So the tyranny of creating fear is political and not medical. That's all I tried to get at. I am not good in one-line explanations of what my thoughts are. Please bear with me and have mercy.

mimi, I appreciate your perspective very much.
It is personal, and experientially inclusive of different cultures. I find it valuable, and thank you for expressing it. All your comments here are quite informative, and this is just a single example ...
i admit that i'd never
even known of the Trumpeter's reality how until Hellary had invited him to run for President. as to all the lost jobs, lost businesses, unemployment compensation extensions...i'd thought lockdowns were state by state, not a federal demand, but i sure could be wrong about that.
he wants schools opened, and has mandated several 'industries' as crucial/no closures (forced work under firings?), but as far as schools opening w/ distancing and masks:
Colorado decides district by district. our town's district opened classes k-12 a week ago, with masks, social distancing (sort of). now a week later one middle school kid tested positive, 28 contacts are in quarantine for a week, then school may open again in a week.
is a week alleged to be the incubation time? i know a few here at c99% are experts on the virus, i know about zip of the science.
will infections be rampant in berlin france and london soon?
now here i'll get into some tricky waters, trying to blend a piece at RT that mr. w had said i should check out, and another at the NYTimes i'd seen mentioned on twitter, and lo and behold...was allowed to read.
Up to 90% of people who test positive for Covid barely carry any virus & are not contagious. Every stat about the disease is bogus;, 3 Sep, 2020, RT.com, Peter Andrews (Never mind, i'd missed his link that went to the NYT, which i'd meant to ask: is this same data and conclusion: he'd at least borrowed from if..., if not reached the same conclusions.) mine crap eyes are already crossed from reading so much this a.m.
beats me, mimi.
oh, but you would have loved an early morning visitor here today! just aftr the sun rose, the most gorgeous red fox i've ever seen trotted in on his (or her) black-stockinged legs, puffy golden red tail with a big patch of white on the tip. then the fox person trotted around the place, out into the hay meadow, sniffed for any unwary pocket gophers, said "rats, no brekkie here", then met a young fawn out in the driveway...who stood her ground. ; )

Wearing a mask is torture
For those with asthma. When shopping it's a race whether I will make it back to car or collapse on the floor. Usually I have stabbing pains in both lungs, a heavy feeling in my heart and snot blowing all over the inside of my mask, sometimes dripping into my mouth. Sorry for the imagery, but that's every day I'm masked for more than ten minutes.
My daughter sent me a link about a new mask from Korea with dual exhaust fans, a double filter and an intake tube. Not for sale in the USA. I'd pay anything for a mask that didn't choke me.
I've seen lots of changes. What doesn't change is people. Same old hairless apes.
jeeze louise;
how awful! i've read they use them in Gitmo as a torture device. would a large bandana handkerchief tied in back of your head do the same? later, out of a store, you can pull it down. mr. wd has both, as many do.
worth a try
especially since i see so many wearing surgical masks across their mouth only, leaving their nose fully exposed.
I've seen lots of changes. What doesn't change is people. Same old hairless apes.
the bandana would at
least cover your nose. if the virus aeresolizes, wouldn't sneezes be a big thing?
for certain that is torture, if you have asthma
but the torture is the unforgivable failure of the US to NOT provide their population with mandatory, almost free of cost health care. I am well aware of the differences in the medical care providing systems of the US and of Germany (or other European countries)
In Germany you would get devices to help you breathing, if you are asthmatic. If there are masks that are specifically designed to help breathing for those, who are asthmaitc, you would get them, if they are available (which they might not, if they are produced outside of Germany and not under German production control). It would not cost you extra beyond your regular contribution to your health insurance coverage. The premiums or contributions to your mandatory health insurance coverage are indexed to your income. If you are an elderly (like I am) and on SS or old age annuity coverage or pension isurance, the health insurance premiums are adjusted to what those insurances pay you on a yearly/monthly basis.
So to me it seems, it's your awfully lacking and undjust health insurance system and with it the lacking healht care providing ways.
I don't know which mask would be the best one for you as an asthmatic, but would go on the streets here to protest and demand you get them free of cost, no matter how.
Sigh, what a mess. I hate it. I hope there would be ways for you to suffer less.
PS: I explained my thoughts in a response to Wendy a bit as to what kind of torture we are living under.

Here you go
I think Mimi's link had an extraneous "It" on the end of the link. It's right here. It's the very first highlighted paragraph, right below the first picture of J.B. Lenoir.
a few things that stuck
with me after reading your comment a third time, then sleeping on it are that i don't guess very few USian voters ever heard (or will hear) RFK jr's speech in berlin.
i'd also wondered if the the many neo-nazis in the crowd were AfD or similar, as in akin to Trumpista no-maskers.
i'd asked if thes nations were similarly ill-served by their governments during lockdowns as this nation is, i.e.: no jobs, bankrupt businesses if any, can't feed their families, and so on. i wasn't quite able to suss out much in that regard in your comment save 'furloughs'.
i really can't answer your Qs and assertions as to where and how, and the funders of RFK's speeches in the US, as i really can't even speculate on the answer, nor how he ended up in in berlin: by invitation, his suggestion, or what?
but you may want to read c.j. hopkins' first person account that lot lizard brought; it's magnificent, imo.
counterpunch used to carry his columns, but i can't recall seeing any lately.
holy sufferin' sailfish!
i think i finally got it! you'd written:
...and i'd flailed around wondering about Trump voters?
but my guess is that what you mean by 'voters' in the Rep [video:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joe_Kennedy_III], a great-nephew of U.S. President John F. Kennedy who just lost a Senate primary to Ed Markey. here's his Sept. 1 concession speech:

Sorry, my English is so bad,
I simply wanted to say the RFK Jr.speech in Berlin may have reminded American voters of the good memories they have of JFK's speech in Berlin in 1963 had, thus RFK's speech was a way to encourage American voters to vote at least for a Democrat instead of a Republican without explicitly naming names. It's just a thought which came to my mind and I may be totally wrong. It helped the German anti-lockdown demonstrators in that their event enhanced positive memories of JFK and the Germans were therefore listening up more intensely.
I found this video from the Gray Zone about the Navalny saga helpful,

For me it's too difficult to understand, excerpt, anylyze etc. It's long and Fred Weir, veteran Moscow correspondent for the Christian Science Monitor, has a kind of uneven way to talk. But I think he describes the situation quite realistically and well.

Nobody's right if everybody's wrong
I have been baffled by this night mare since I first heard the idea of "shelter in place." It struck me as the craziest idea I had ever heard in my life. I have no expertise and that is why my head did not explode -- I figured that there must be something going on that I did not understand. This was a "novel" virus, a new thing, so it makes a kind of sense to take new and different measures to cope with it.
From the start, there were various interpretations of what is really going on -- all dismissed as "conspiracy theories." I found none of them persuasive as I do not buy the idea that capitalism will create a Depression on purpose. Certainly not the greatest Depression of all time. I hear about buying up assets really cheap after previous tenants and business owners go belly up. Uh, belly up is belly up for good this go around.
Who knows anything? The only thing you can be sure of is that lots of special interests are buying their way into cyberspace with organized bullshit, counter bullshit and counter-counter bullshit.
Is Bill Gates THE Doctor Evil of this dystopian movie we are living through? Sounds plausible to me, but impossible to "prove" in this age of Universal Illegitimacy.
I cried when I wrote this song. Sue me if I play too long.
you've commented
similarly before, and whether or not he's the author of this nightmare, i'd say know, although some believe so. clearly he'd gamed out 'a novel corona virus' in 2019:
Event 201
The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security in partnership with the World Economic Forum and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation hosted Event 201, a high-level pandemic exercise on October 18, 2019, in New York, NY. The exercise illustrated areas where public/private partnerships will be necessary during the response to a severe pandemic in order to diminish large-scale economic and societal consequences.
(Statement about nCoV and our pandemic exercise)
In recent years, the world has seen a growing number of epidemic events, amounting to approximately 200 events annually. These events are increasing, and they are disruptive to health, economies, and society. Managing these events already strains global capacity, even absent a pandemic threat. Experts agree that it is only a matter of time before one of these epidemics becomes global—a pandemic with potentially catastrophic consequences. A severe pandemic, which becomes “Event 201,” would require reliable cooperation among several industries, national governments, and key international institutions.

now phil butler at NEO thinks he may have created it or close, but his piece strings gates into Zbig's book subtitled: America’s Role in the Technetronic Era, and the reason i done brung it up was your mention of:

I am reluctant to say, "Yup! That's it! Gates is the guy making all this shit happen."
Beyond that, I find the material and arguments you have been posting on this topic persuasive. But I also believe that we live in epistemological chaos and it is just as likely that some other Doctor Evil has created the "data" to support the Myth of Gates The Vax Master as a distraction from his own dystopian fantasy.
This extreme skepticism of course leads to madness and at least I am enjoying the ride.

This very pro-Israel AfD guy I know was at that Berlin protest
with his wife and a big Israeli Star of David flag (he showed me a photo on his cellphone).
The version of events he and other participants shared with their Stammtisch (table reserved for a group of regulars who frequent a bar or restaurant) agrees with what C.J. Hopkins is describing here:
https://www.unz.com/chopkins/new-normal-gleichschaltung/
He and other people in his neighborhood political karass sounded fully convinced that the “storming the Reichstag” incident was a government and media false-flag psyop to distract from and discredit what they believe is a real incipient mass mobilization — against physical, mental, economic, and web-communications “lockdown.”
oh, my;
thank you so much for C J Hopkin's first person account and german background history background redux in august 2020. i' meant to ask mimi if she'd thought most of the folks at the protest were AfD sorts (are they the neo-nazis?)

Here in Saxony the AfD gets around 1 out of every 4 votes
So a couple of years ago, instead of becoming crazy and paranoid imagining every fourth person I see to be a potentially murderous neo-Nazi xenophobe, I started going to some of the local right-wing populists’ open-to-the-public events to see who and what all the fuss might be about.
Very interesting. The people here and the upscale, boom-town, more cosmopolitan sort of folks in Berlin or in the Rhine-Main area around Frankfurt (M) where I used to live are definitely living in two different movies or parallel universes.

it's a matter of class? sorry if i'm not following your drift.
Yes, it’s class. If my friends’ 16-year old goes to university,

Basically, in eastern Germany it’s the whole being-socially-disadvantaged thing but with the region’s traditional inhabitants, white people “left behind” in the post-reunification money-grabbing free-for-all, rather than immigrants or minorities.
On parent-teacher night at the Gymnasium (= college-prep high school), my friends, working-class parents, already have to overcome the feeling that other kids’ PMC (professional-managerial class) parents are kind of looking down their noses at them and their less well-schooled background.
i thank you kindly
for your longer explanation, and hope i can remember it. i feel like such an idiot never having thought of 'reunification' of east and west.

Steve Jobs’ adoptive parents were working-class, unlike
most tech tycoons whose family and social background gave them a leg up from the start.
In fact, one could argue that that fact was key in Jobs’ path in life, since it led directly to him dropping out of college midway through the very first year. He was very aware of how hard his parents were having to struggle to pay for his education. After he realized that college was a waste of time and bullshit, he couldn’t see continuing to drain off their life energy for a big pile of nothing.

Kennedy's notion that the pandemic is obedience training coincides directly with fears I'd expressed here before. Little kids, wearing masks, confined to their seats in school and warned against interacting with other children is a development-stunting act of malfeasance.
OTOH, Parents choosing to keep their kids home are probably doing what's best for their family. Home school them if you can and get them outdoors to playgrounds and parks as much as you can.
slave training doesn't seem like an overstatement, does it.......

it was a shortened version
that sliced out the german translation by the bloke with the mike. i'll need to listen again, as spoken words go in one ear and out the other or me, save for any mind-pictures the words evoke. but even the longer version on youtube didn't quite start at the beginning.
i doubt any USian MSM media would be allowed to feature the speech, save for pre-warnings that he'd be: speaking to nazis, etc., as he'd laughed about, much like the german press had in c j hopkins's epic narrative miz lizard had brought.
Gates has totally denied any involvement with

that he pays thru the nose for. who ya gonna believe: lyin' bill or Defense One? ach, another mouse fail;, i lost the link, but it's in the tweet in the OP.
he also denies ID2021: as in ya aren't really a person until bill says ya are.
I need to look up more stuff on Gates!
