Friday Night Photos - Pizza on the Way edition

Gotta run....

But here are some recent clouds. Rather tornadic at the time I thought. Fortunately not.

I'm great at multi-tasking. I can waste time, be unproductive, and procrastinate all at the same time.

I believe that we both posted about the same breed puppy/dog last week. If I'm not mistaken, the adorable Pup was the young version of the dog below. Of course, he's a Tri-Color Red Model. Smile

Here you go,

Heh, BR, thanks for hosting. Also waiting for Pizza. If you haven't tried Marco's Pizza, might want to. Aside from independent pizza joints, they have some of the best we've had. (IOW, doesn't have 'insitutional' taste/flavor of so many major chains. It is a franchise, though.)

Hey, hope Everyone has a nice and safe weekend!

Pleasantry

Post Script: If photo looks blurry--it's because I enlarged it, since it was barely the size of a postage stamp! Smile

Everyone thinks they have the best dog, and none of them are wrong.

@Unabashed Liberal

I'm sure you're right about the breed. What a lot of colour variation they have.

Stay strong and well you three.

I’m slowly finding my way around a new photo editing program. I’m not comfortable or especially satisfied with my results so far, but I’m getting there.

Anyway, here are few from a day at Whatipu ...

I use the free/open source (photoshop similar) GIMP. I forget about as much as I learn so I never make any net gain, but there are lots of youtoob tutorials so there's that.

Compensated Spokes Model for Big Poor.

@GreatLakeSailor

It cost $25 and has good reviews.

My experience is very similar to yours - "I forget about as much as I learn so I never make any net gain”. Working in the darkroom was so much easier. Everything was simply black and white, even with its infinite gradations. The physicality of it was much more accessible to me. This technology confounds me, even though all I need are the same common elements, like exposure, contrast, burning and dodging, spotting. Oh well, at some point it will sink in and go more smoothly, hopefully.

@janis b I've had good luck with a free one called irfanview.
I don't like to mess around with my photos beyond shrinking the size to post or email them.
I'll post one from the pacific shore in CA during this time of reduced beach use.
