The current working assumption appears to be that our Shroedinger's Cat system is still alive. But what if we all suspect it's not, and the real problem is we just can't bring ourselves to open the box?
What does it mean,
that in the tightest orb Warren and Biden are so close together?
Biden straddles...
the Incrementalist (Obama) and Reactionary (Her) circles, but doesn't position himself to appeal to the Progressive circle.
Warren positions herself to appeal to all three circles, playing the Progressive policy Incrementalist technocratic Reactionary IP candidate all in one folksy Aunt Eller package.
That's why she's in the middle section where all three circles overlap.
The current working assumption appears to be that our Shroedinger's Cat system is still alive. But what if we all suspect it's not, and the real problem is we just can't bring ourselves to open the box?
Now I see
Thank you for your very clear explanation!
I don't think Warren is gonna pull many Bernie votes.
And, oddly, Steyer's lack of endorsement of Biden suggests to me that he might have been exactly what he said he was: a billionaire terrified by climate change. IOW, his money hasn't stopped his brain working.

Agree...
My guess is most of Warren's Progressive support has bled away by now, and what's left are a hodgepodge of soft technocrat Incrementalists and woke feminist Reactionaries (both of which are more likely to support Biden than Bernie)
Warren's also may take the bulk of Kobuchar castoffs now that she's the only establishment female candidate remaining.
Once again, the establishment playing it too clever by half.
By contrast, it will be interesting to see where Steyer voters go. If climate change truly is their issue, Biden and Bloomberg have a tough sell.
The current working assumption appears to be that our Shroedinger's Cat system is still alive. But what if we all suspect it's not, and the real problem is we just can't bring ourselves to open the box?
Also too: re Pete.
If you're an IP oriented voter who was supporting Pete primarily because he is gay, which candidate are you more likely to shift to?
The current working assumption appears to be that our Shroedinger's Cat system is still alive. But what if we all suspect it's not, and the real problem is we just can't bring ourselves to open the box?
the SBSD went off tonight
that's the Shahryar BS Detector. Biden, saying Mayo was just like Beau. Oh my FSM!!!! Hey-zeus crease-toes!
Isn't it interesting how it's gravitating towards Her?
Yup.
Yang has moved into the Biden camp
He has been on CNN talking crap about Bernie. And he has endorsed Biden too. Funny how so many people who ran this cycle are now endorsing Biden isn't it? How many of them will we see in Biden's administration?
If ICE were hunting down Trump’s critics, that would be bad but would make sense.
But ICE is hunting down Israel’s critics.
#YangGang4Biden
Somehow I can't see that hashtag ever trending, can you?
The current working assumption appears to be that our Shroedinger's Cat system is still alive. But what if we all suspect it's not, and the real problem is we just can't bring ourselves to open the box?
Nah
But lots of yang gangers are not happy about it. Yang ran on things differently than Biden did I believe..
BTW if anyone is interested in what Moosetits has to say about Bernie
Kos thinks that's an attack on Reid. Oh Markos you need thicker skin if you think that was an attack. But I'd love to see the look on kos' face if Bernie goes all the way. He's also bitching about Bernie not getting more than 30% of the votes. Guess he hasn't noticed that lots more people are running this time. It's worth a read to see what else he considers an attack.
D'oh!
LMAO..he says he's showing something Bernie said when it's something someone else said Bernie said. Sorry guys I just had to share this with you. The pie fights have been epic and people get away with saying "f'ck that person and the horse they rode in on. Some times it's directed at Tulsi.
And in case you forgot:
Bernie isn’t a Democrat -he’s an independent who has glommed onto the Democratic Party that’s he likes to demonize, then set himself apart as a democratic socialist. It’s called hypocrisy - maybe he should be wearing red. He’s an angry, flailing old white guy with ideas that inflame a low information segment of disenfranchised voters too blind to realize he has NO plan to cure their collective indignation. He’s Trump with an IQ! 30 recs.
It goes downhill fast.
I guess this qualifies for DCOTN.
If ICE were hunting down Trump’s critics, that would be bad but would make sense.
But ICE is hunting down Israel’s critics.
Read accurately, that's a nice self-portrait
by the dollar-comfortable but stumblingly unequipped analyst himself
If Bernie were a democrat
You won't see any of them in JoJo's admin
Don't Ignore ...
Brand New evidence-based news blog launched March 1
They are cracking Ukraine wide open RE: 2016 election meddling. Unlike the Russia Hoax, this investigation has actual physical evidence to back it up.
"Just the News" ran with this headline yesterday:
.
These folks are trying very hard to use a neutral tone in all the reporting and avoid and rhetoric. They don't source feature stories from other news outlets. Stories have first-hand evidence, documents, letters, videos, interviews, etc posted with the news. They are covering the news the media refuse to.
_____________
This from the Ukraine government Press Office on Friday:
Criminal charges have been filed against Joe Biden by Ukraine's Justice Department. Charges include Obstruction of Justice, Money Laundering, and perhaps attempted murder. Greece is also a party to the complaint.
_____________
French investigative group, Via Les Crises, offers the most detailed explanation covering the criminal charges the Biden family are facing:
Ukrainiain 'Son Of A Bitch Who Got Fired' Files Criminal Complaint Against Biden For Abuse Of Power Shokin writes in his complaint:
_____________
Meanwhile, the Mueller Report Team are being referred for criminal charges by Republicans on the Intelligence Committee.
Awe but that is just more Russian meddling don't ya know?
Yep Vlad is once again interfering in the election by getting Ukraine to open an investigation into Biden's shenanigans in Ukraine. How do I know? I read it on DK. Everything about Hunter and Joe Biden is just conspiracy theory and if you don't believe it you are reading right wing talking points. No matter that many main stream news sites wrote about long before Russia Gate was a twinkle in Obama's mind.
But if Russia is fighting Ukraine then how can they have power over what they do? Don't know because it doesn't make sense, but there it is.
Thanks for posting the links. Democrats know what is waiting in the wings for Joe if he gets appointed, but they don't care. Another distraction while Trump is doing his things will be what they want. We have seen that from the gitgo, but others haven't.
If ICE were hunting down Trump’s critics, that would be bad but would make sense.
But ICE is hunting down Israel’s critics.
I think RussiaGate is Killary's invention
Please, also, give credit where credit is due: Robby Mook and "Skippy" Podesta deserve your recognition.
Interesting ...
This is the kind of stuff you don't see on the MSM, you have to dig on the internet for it. Reminds me of the stuff about Kamala Harris as California AG not prosecuting coverups of Priest abuse, Bootyjizz covering up evidence on investigations about racist cops in the South Bend PD, or the Ian Henderson testimony to the UN about the OPCW whitewash of the Syrian chemical gas attack investigation that contradicts the "Assad is a brutal dictator" narrative.
I think the consensus view in Europe
is that our president will be re-elected. It would make sense, then, that Zelensky would want to be on his good side. I don't know how this investigation will affect the Dem primary, see snoop's reply above, but if they nominate Biden, Trump will beat him over the head with it in the general election.
We wanted decent healthcare, a living wage and free college.
The Democrats gave us Biden and war instead.
Kyrstal highlights Biden's talking screw ups
[video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xft-dwhw7Vo&list=TLPQMDMwMzIwMjCZYvMK2r3...
And just yesterday he tried to say, "We hold these truths to be self evident under gawd...."
and he couldn't remember it and just said, "You know the thing."
The greatest hits start around 5 mins. Saagar also has a segment on Biden's thought processes. The only reason I'd want Joe to win is to see the debate between him and Trump. But I bet they would rig it to be filmed the day before so they can edit out Biden's FU's and let him have a second go. Why not? We are witnessing kabuki theater at it's finest already.
If ICE were hunting down Trump’s critics, that would be bad but would make sense.
But ICE is hunting down Israel’s critics.
What about her problems?
I guess we're supposed to ignore those too. This is a time when the VP position is way more interesting than usual...

gee, all it took was one primary. So what will they say tomorrow
?
Bernie should be a couple hundred delegates ahead of the field, although California is so large we might not know for several days how it ends up.
I should say that although I don't like Biden I really detest Bloomberg so the best outcome would be voters rejecting that guy. The people who supposedly like Bloomy now do so only because they've bought into the commercials (which are insulting and make me want to punch my computer screen). If Bloomy does badly and quits then those people are likely to just sit down and go "huh?" rather than support Biden or anybody.
Bloomie around 10%...
helps Bernie. Non-viable and mostly pulling from Biden.
Gonna be fun watching the PTB try to move Bloomie out, after they just convinced him to spend half a billion to jump in.
The current working assumption appears to be that our Shroedinger's Cat system is still alive. But what if we all suspect it's not, and the real problem is we just can't bring ourselves to open the box?
NHK, you forgot--the Dems are nothing if not loyal
TPTB are supporting Biden, they didn't enlist Bloomberg
Bloomberg is just Hillary's Frankenstein.
I think Obama has much more control over the present DNC than Hillary although she certainly still wields considerable juice.
Bloomberg didn't enter the race to cut Bernie's vote down but to cut down Biden's to ensure a brokered convention where anything goes.
And if and when anything goes, Bloomberg's moola comes big into play.
I can see a Hillary - Warren ticket if Biden falls short. Unless of course, the Bernmeister pulls off a miracle today.
Well, them, and the people
he paid to like him.

Superb analysis, well illustrated and insightful
You have put into words and picture eloquently what I have been clumsily imaging for over the past 2 years. My humble prediction in 2017 said that the Dems were trifurcating prior to their terminal implosion and Whiggification. But you have provided the correct theoretical framework, in my view, byuu which to analyze my naive ideas about the trifurcation.
Your exposition of the interactions between the three groups helps explain the remaining, although increasingly tenuous relations between the three parties of the Left.
The symbology speaks well for the central thesis.
Well done. Wish I had read part 2 earlier--much earlier.
Thanks Ed!

I like your visual data, NHK
The entire series is very well mapped and interpreted. The logic is dynamic across time. And the processes yield the changing landscape. It's hard to say if these candidate alliances we see now were in actually in place from the beginning, or if they evolved out of political dynamics during the Primaries. I suspect if you composed this same diagram with these remaining candidates prior to Iowa, it would look somewhat different.
Certainly some of them repositioned themselves where they saw a political opening to future relevance. Some are fixed in place. Warren can change colors without moving. Tulsi's position is not intuitive to me. Is she emerging out of, or sinking into, the Reactionary Zone? Had she once been fully inside the Progressive Zone?
More than ever, I believe the Progressives/Left need to Occupy the Democratic Party, and eject the rest. By my calculation, the Left has the political numbers (inside and outside the Democratic Party) to defeat any Incremental or Reactionary Centrist who dares to run as a Democrat. Using one man, one vote democracy. If Centrists want to win an election, let them join the Republican Party or start another party of their own.
I'd like to see a similar diagram when FDR was strategizing the New Deal. That was probably the last time a TriParty configuration occurred. Also wonder how the Republican Party would intersect. Probably have to go 3-D for that.
Tulsi ...
Yeah, that's why they've been committing election fraud.
Without it, Bernie would probably have won the nomination last time. They can't compete. That's why they'll lose to Trump if it comes to that. He's willing to cheat like them, but not willing to job to them for profit.
Donald understands pro wrestling but in a Terry Bolia kind of way. Hulk Hogan wasn't fond of losing even though he knew it was a pre-determined match.

Most of the affiliations have been in place...
since the beginning. It's just now we're seeing these true colors more clearly.
For the most part the only candidate that has shifted significantly over time is Warren. As her Progressive veneer has worn off, she has shifted from Yang's spot to the middle spot.

You might enjoy this Hedges article
https://www.commondreams.org/views/2020/03/02/class-little-word-elites-w...
Hedges talks about how FDR saved capitalism last time and this election is whether we want to have the revolution that he derailed or if we want to continue be enslaved to the oligarchs.
I hope people will read this to see what is on the line this election. The elites are pulling out the stops to keep their massive transfers of wealth going with help from the dem establishment.
But what happens if they do steal it again will be interesting to see. I'd love to see the DP explode and a new one rise up. AOC has started the ball rolling with her PAC that has divorced itself from the democrat's status quo.
If ICE were hunting down Trump’s critics, that would be bad but would make sense.
But ICE is hunting down Israel’s critics.
All it takes to defeat and crush the Democratic Party
— in the event of a massive betrayal — is a single well-written manifesto, widely published, that pulls the Left into a voting block. We will end up with Trump anyway, might as well take the Dems out of politics by defeating all the Centrist candidates wherever they are running for office in the US.
Just need to give them plenty of warning so they are fully aware of the consequences of their actions.
Warren should be much farther down and to the right
I now believe.

Warren has drifted over time.
She used to occupy a similar spot to Yang, but is now moving on an axis toward the Her circle.
Remember also: this is a diagram about where the candidates position themselves during the election, which are not necessarily the same positions they would be in if they governed.
The current working assumption appears to be that our Shroedinger's Cat system is still alive. But what if we all suspect it's not, and the real problem is we just can't bring ourselves to open the box?
What you say is correct
The principle is that most of these "candidates" are lying a-holes. Many are in it to get a post in the new ain't gonna happen Dem administration. Liawatha for Secretary of the Interior, so she can be in charge of the Cherokees, Sioux, Navajo, etc. Amy Klobuchar for Secretary of the Environment so she gets oil pipelines for Minnesota. Andy Yang for Secretary of Treasury where he can try to block chain the Federal Reserve out of existence. The California Camel for Department of Justice--hoo hah, won't that be nice! Beto gets to be Secretary of Homeland Insecurity. Buttjiggle gets to be deputy head of CIA.
That’s an excellent picture of Bloomberg. He should
use it in his teevee ads.
"The object of persecution is persecution. The object of torture is torture. The object of power is power. Now do you begin to understand me?" ~Orwell, "1984"
