It's all about framing

We must stop Russian adventurism in Libya!
What are we doing in Libya? Not adventurism, that's for sure.

OK, sure. The primary butcher in Libya is a Trump-backed CIA asset, but we're not doing adventurism in Libya.
Just ask Hillary.

Seems the Russia hysteria has gotten worse lately within the Anglo world. Ukraingate is as much about Russia as it is about Ukraine/Trump. Is it all a diversion from the false flog of chemical attacks in Syria? The military coupes in South America? Or the impeding sanctions on the companies working on Nord Strom 2?

Good article on effects of Nord Stream 2 sanctions. What was interesting is that sanctioned companies may stop work, but it will not stop the completion as alternatives are being put into place.

Which AIPAC/MIC/pharma/bank bought politician are you going to vote for? Don’t be surprised when nothing changes.

Amazing how Dem Darlings Obama and Hillary destroyed Libya, yet I don't see that mentioned? But watch out for those Ruskies? Obama and Hillary should have to spend the rest of their lives fixing Libya.

We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.
Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.

The framing is just the hook for the malware.

This hit me the other day when I stepped completely off a liberal friend of mine's political spectrum - my point didn't have a hook for the program to run on - so the program hung, like the spinning beachball of death.

I was going to try to post an article here, a rather serious piece on it, but the metaphor kind of escaped me. I'll try to put some thoughts together here in the hopes that you freaky-deaky pol junkies can follow it - I won't hold my breath though, because the ideas and metaphors involved have been running away from me while thinking about it.

Demographic Specific Political Spectra

It hit me while talking with a friend that the Right/Left political spectrum isn't one spectrum. It's actually 2 distinct spectra. From "Right to Left" and "Left to Right", where Right means correct and Right means wrong respectively.

Not only are they different spectra, different political continuums, but they're in entirely different rooms. The issues in between the bookends are more than differently framed arguments, they are the hooks that the program runs from: immigration means protecting culture for RWers while it means protecting humans for Lefties. Protection is the shared value, but the hooks hijack the value and start the program. Solid framing can't stop the program. It just becomes the hook that initiates the program.

It then hit me that the conservative and liberal spectra are not the only political continuums: SJW, gender activism, peacemongers, white nationalism, economists, neoliberals, anarchists, libertarians - all of us have our own political continuum today, and the political spectrum is uniquely tailored and mapped to each demographic.

The program is designed to run in multiple demographics based upon a trigger: issue or frame. No trigger and the program hangs.

Makes it all the more important to choose framing and memes wisely.

I hope this isn't too weird or esoteric for you guys. I found it extremely enlightening immediately, and then fell apart wading through the details. I'm working on collecting my thoughts on this, and was even thinking I could write it in BASIC - if I knew BASIC, lol.

Maybe I'll get to it, maybe not. But I thought I'd share it here as it seemed to fit this piece, and like framing and memetics, it opens up another metaphor for cutting through our pre-programmed communication.

Peace~
