With Senators like these who needs enemies?
Take a good look at this list of Democrats who voted yes on this bill.
- Bennett - CO
- Carper - DE
- Casey - PA
- Donnelly - IN
- Heitkamp - ND
- Manchin - WV
- McCaskill - MO
- Tester - MT
- Warner - VA
Not voting: Reid - NV
If you're a constituent please let them know how unhappy and pissed off you are at how they voted. It's unlikely they care what you think, but use your right to let them know anyway.

It is usually the same names
Are these sorry people really Democrats or simply sell outs?
Do I hear the sound of guillotines being constructed?

I might
consider giving say Tester and Heitkamp some slack given the pipeline is going through their states and there are some strong constituent feelings about it. But come on, Delaware? I have some family there and they live in the SE county which is more conservative than the other two. I'll just bet here's no way they support a pipeline in large numbers.

Well, mostly corporatist Dems,
and big time fiscal conservatives.
The majority have been DLCers.
I often mention "killed" links (or urls).
Tom Carper is a perfect example of this.
He was definitely a DLCer--I've seen his "New Dem Of The Week" photo.
Just now, however, I couldn't bring up several of his DLC-related links.
There were about "modernizing" (read slashing) Social Security.
But here are two items from my search (the links--killed).
And Mark Warner--Yikes!
I've posted his bill from March 2014 that proposed "abolishing or drastically reducing the Estate Tax"--in a fiscally responsible way. (of course)
Meaning, he wants to 'off-set' this, with a cut to middle class benefits (most likely, anyway).
I 'fear' that we ain't seen nothing yet from this bunch of conservadems.
(Which is not to say that these Dems don't have at least one issue that they are 'good on.' Frankly, though, I've come to pretty much eliminate fiscal or war hawks--they will do little more than aid the One Percent loot this nation, IMO.)
Mollie
Everyone thinks they have the best dog, and none of them are wrong.
What the F is wrong with Carper?
Does he *want* Delaware to sink into the Atlantic?

I assume
he traded this vote on the pipeline for one from someone else on another topic he supports - most likely one of the credit card companies that call Delaware home.
