Have you been naughty or nice?

As of 00:00:01am EST, marijuana is legal in Michigan.
I've been helping those who need it since medical was legalized in 2008. Now I can help anyone without going through the legal maze that medical was. You can't buy it yet but I never made a dime anyways while giving it away for free. That, to me, is the best part now. I can legally give 2.5 oz to anyone 21 and over as of this day.
Now that's something to be thankful for in the coming holidaze.
Peace to all.

Do you post overseas?
Congratulations to you and your patients. Happy Holidays!
What do you mean

I think "post"
I thought as much
but I tend to avoid federal penitentiaries.

Damn,
now I know I should have put that smiley face in.
No harm done
I've dealt with narcs before.

Great news!
I was surprised at Michigan's medical law honoring medical cards from other states. It saved my son, who moved from AZ to NY and preferred bud to edibles. He's in MA, now, but I was certainly impressed with the openness of the MI law.
Congrats on helping others. I am hoping New Mexico legalizes recreational in the new year with our new governor. We'll see just how progressive she claims to be.

Good to hear this news!

yeah for michigan!
I know several folks celebrating this in my home state. Let's go green!
Can you sell your tomatoes in Michigan?
Pretty funny that you can grow up to 12 plants but only possess 2.5 ounces. How's that work, grow pygmy weed plants?
Ya, it's progress, but the legal bullshit involved with the slow, slow legalization of the weed is plain stupid.
Possession of 2.5 means only on your person.
10 oz total and the ability to give away whatever overages you have legally.
Happy dayz for a happy haze.

A little better. Still,
But hey, as they say, it's a start. In WA state, those that organized the referendum chose not to put growing your own in it, the reason given was fear it wouldn't pass. They said, like Obamacare, that it would be easy to follow up and get that approved later. Right. Doesn't work that way. So we can't legally grow (recreationally) here in this state. Not that that stops me or many others.
And of course, we citizens should be able to sell whatever the fuck we want to that we grow as long as it's safe. Nothing wrong with making some extra bucks doing that. I go to the farmers market here regularly, that's what they do. Saying all you can do is give it away is a setup for the big boys and girls to come in and make the big bucks off it.
Bring em.
The med growers hated me because I gave it to my clients free. I'm sure most of them voted against this because of the all mighty dollar. The med users loved me and reciprocated in other ways.

As to how much each plant puts out, it depends on your selection. I started growing the female auto flowers 2 years ago because they each put out between 90 and 120 grams. I just couldn't handle the monsters anymore. I do all the growing and harvesting myself. The last year I grew the photo period ladies, 4 of them put out over 6 lbs.

I see where you're coming from.

Can't I be both?

Oh how I wish!
I'll be dead before it's legal in Texas. Medicinal is so very limited here, it might as well be illegal. I came across some medicinal vape oil called Blue Dream that was from California. If I could get a doctor to prescribe that, it would be great, but I'm not going to Cali and it ain't happening here for me, so meh.
Congrats to you, though!
I never realized we were neighbors!
I am nice but I want to be naughty in that I take CBD oil but want the real thing which of course in my assbackward redneck state would be naughty! Upper or lower?

Meanwhile in Utah
We passed medical marijuana, but the legislature along with the Mormon church rescinded a lot of the legislation and decreased the number of diseases that it can be used for. Yep. The Mormon church sat in on the discussion and decided what the law could be.
It has to be dispensed by a pharmacist at 7 places in all of Utah and it can't be toked. Just edibles and lotion. Oh yeah. Oils.
The lawsuit against the act has already been filed. One reason is because the damned church sat in on how it works. Rocky Anderson was a very liberal mayor who sued Bush a lot for various reasons.
Congrats to Michigan and all the other states that have made it legal. I like what Vermont did. No votes. The legislature just said that it's now legal and be responsible adults.
