Finally! Proof of Russiagate collusion

Yes, we have finally uncovered actual evidence of collusion regarding Russiagate...collusion by the DNC.

Congressional investigators have confirmed that a top FBI official met with Democratic Party lawyers to talk about allegations of Donald Trump-Russia collusion weeks before the 2016 election, and before the bureau secured a search warrant targeting Trump’s campaign.

Former FBI general counsel James Baker met during the 2016 season with at least one attorney from Perkins Coie, the Democratic National Committee’s private law firm.

That’s the firm used by the DNC and Hillary Clinton’s campaign to secretly pay research firm Fusion GPS and Christopher Steele, a former British intelligence operative, to compile a dossier of uncorroborated raw intelligence alleging Trump and Moscow were colluding to hijack the presidential election.

The dossier, though mostly unverified, was then used by the FBI as the main evidence seeking a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant targeting the Trump campaign in the final days of the campaign.

Yeh, that looks suspicious as Hell.
In a world with justice, the DoJ would now be investigating the DNC.

It means the FBI had good reason to suspect the dossier was connected to the DNC’s main law firm and was the product of a Democratic opposition-research effort to defeat Trump — yet failed to disclose that information to the FISA court in October 2016, when the bureau applied for a FISA warrant to surveil Trump campaign adviser Carter Page.

“This is a bombshell that unequivocally shows the real collusion was between the FBI and Donald Trump’s opposition — the DNC, Hillary and a Trump-hating British intel officer — to hijack the election, rather than some conspiracy between Putin and Trump,” a knowledgeable source told me.

Baker was interviewed by lawmakers behind closed doors on Wednesday. Sources declined to divulge his testimony, other than to say it confirmed other evidence about the contact between the Perkins Coie law firm and the FBI.

This is starting to stink as much as Saddam WMD's and ties to al-Qaeda.

is the collusion of the media in this, the willingness to buy into a story without asking obvious questions and repeat it over and over as if it were fact.

But they also know that timing is everything in politics. Ya know, like a month before an election?

@vtcc73 has been discussed for months by Tucker Forrest, Sean Hannity, and Laura Ingraham. I guess it is going mainstream now.

@dfarrah @dfarrah Ignore the obvious until there is something to be gained like affecting an election. You’re right though. This has been discussed since “Russia!!Russia!!Russiia!!” became the Dem battle cry of distraction. Hell, its been discussed in these pages for half of forever. It just doesn’t matter until the official media says it.

you are interested in a well-researched timeline of the FBI/DOJ Russiagate series of events, I highly recommend Jeff Carlson's writing at https://themarketswork.com/.

FISA warrant and the other things that Trump was going to release? Is it true that he made a deal with the democrats to not release them in return for their not fighting Kavanaugh's* confirmation? How long has it been since he said that he would release them?

Which AIPAC/MIC/pharma/bank bought politician are you going to vote for? Don’t be surprised when nothing changes.

@snoopydawg
that publishes Jeff Carlson's essays. On the release question, he has written:

Why Are Brennan, Comey, and Rogers Transcripts Being Withheld?
Is the inspector general's ongoing FISA investigation a factor in withholding testimonies of top Obama officials?
BY JEFF CARLSON
October 3, 2018

… The transcripts of Comey, Brennan, and Rogers, originating from closed hearings, may inherently contain some classified information. But the decision to withhold didn’t pertain to any decision from Coats regarding declassification issues.

Reasons other than issues of declassification may exist for the withholding of those three rather significant transcripts. One possible explanation might reside with the ongoing investigations by DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz and U.S. attorney John Huber—who was tasked by Sessions to investigate potential abuse of power by the FBI and DOJ.

Brennan and Comey were both central figures in the surveillance of the Trump campaign, including the FISA warrant on Carter Page and the ongoing promotion of the Russia-Trump collusion narrative. Brennan, who, in an August interview with MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow, appeared to admit to reverse surveillance targeting, played a key role in instigating the FBI’s counterintelligence investigation. Brennan also appeared to be coordinating his efforts with UK Intelligence on a less-than-official basis, including a meeting with then-head of Britain’s GCHQ, Robert Hannigan, in the summer of 2016.

Nunes has said in multiple interviews that “there was no official intelligence that was used to start this investigation … there was no intelligence that passed through the Five Eyes channels to our government.”

Despite the lack of any official intelligence, Brennan specifically stated in a May 23, 2017, congressional testimony that intelligence he had in his possession “served as the basis for the FBI investigation.”
