We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.
Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.

Absolutely love the stump. Reminds me of a mind once possessed in the neighborhood. Kind of twisted and aged. Weathering brings out the beauty. Stark in the primary colors.
This red-breasted nuthatch visited my suet feeder the other day:
This is only the third time I've ever seen one, and they have all been at our house. I heard him go "beep beep beep beep!" when I came home from work, went to the window to see if it would go to the feeders and grabbed my camera. I hope it sticks around.

Thanks for Friday Photos
Have a good weekend everyone. Here are two miscellaneous photos from a while back.
Good afternoon Bollox. Love the black and white, once again. Was it originally b&w?
There is a tree cutter up in this Eucalyptus. They were cutting the trees near our house. He is about 150 - 200 feet up.

Loved walking this trail

Just outside Hobbiton?
It has that Peter Jackson feel.
Oh, wait, wasn't I just looking at a b&w photo of path through trees?

As I stated before my edit
