An interesting tidbit about Imran’s judge
U.S. judge may consider gag order in case of accused Russian agent
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A U.S. judge said on Wednesday she may consider imposing a gag order on lawyers for accused Russian agent Maria Butina after prosecutors complained about statements by her lead attorney to the news media and expressed concern about turning over evidence to the defense.
U.S. District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan gave the prosecution until Aug. 8 to file a proposed protection order to prevent the public disclosure of evidence in the case. During a hearing, prosecutors accused defense lawyer Robert Driscoll of misrepresenting the case in television news interviews.
“I certainly don’t want to impose a gag order,” Chutkan said at a hearing, but added that she would consider the step if Driscoll’s public statements about the case “cross the line.”
“I’m cautioning you,” the judge told Driscoll.

The Judge in the Imran Awan Case Was Kicked Off the Fusion GPS Case
In the weird news of the day, the judge currently overseeing the Imran Awan fraud case has a weird former connection to the Fusion GPS case (the one looking into the Russia/Trump dossier): she was removed from the Fusion case back in November, and then somehow wound up involved in the Fusion case again, at which point she voluntarily recused herself.
eiff wrote about Tanya Chutkan, U.S. District Judge for the District of Columbia, back in November when she was booted off the Fusion case the first time.
In a lot of circles there has been concern expressed about the fact that Judge Tanya Chutkan is handling the case where the House Intelligence Committee is trying to pry open the bank records of Fusion GPS to determine the scope of their direct involvement in the Trump Dossier including which journalists they paid to push the Trump dossier story.
Chutkan was troubling because she was an Obama appointee whose law firm represented Huma Abedin and other Democrat insiders. She’s also the judge that orderd DHS to procure an abortion for a pregnant illegal teen.

Chutkan, who is presiding over the Imran Awan and Hina Alvi fraud case, was appointed to the federal bench by Obama after she kicked thousands in campaign donations to his presidential campaign when he was a U.S. Senator in Illinois, records confirm.
Obama also appointed Chutkan’s husband, Peter Krauthamer, a judge to the bench in the District of Columbia Superior Court in 2011.
Krauthamer’s mother, and Chutkan’s mother-in-law, also contributed campaign cash to Obama, records confirm.
And Chutkan’s former law firm, where she worked until her appointment to the federal bench in 2014, currently represents Huma Abedin, the wife of disgraced former Congressman Anthony Weiner. The firm also is stacked with Democratic lawyers who worked for Hillary Clinton, John Podesta, and Barack Obama’s White House, just to name a few D.C. insiders.

Awan Judge Violated Federal Law on Homeland Security Case; Failed to Disclose Close Relative Works for Homeland
The federal judge in the Awan case dismissed a crucial H-1B immigration case against the Department of Homeland Security while failing to disclose to the court that a close family relative is employed in a high-ranking intelligence capacity with DHS, federal records show and sources confirm.
U.S. District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan is presiding over the Imran Awan and Hina Alvi bank fraud case in D.C. Last week Chutkan made headlines when it was reported she was appointed to the federal bench by Obama after she kicked thousands in campaign donations to his presidential campaign. Obama also appointed Chutkan’s husband, Peter Krauthamer, a judge to the bench in the District of Columbia Superior Court in 2011.
Now Chutkan is being accused of “many conflicts, direct and indirect,” according to a Justice Department source familiar with the Homeland Security case.

Federal Judge Obliterates Fusion GPS’ Attempt To Hide Info From Investigators
A federal judge in Washington, D.C. has recused herself from a second case involving Trump dossier firm Fusion GPS.
Tanya S. Chutkan, an Obama appointee, recused herself on Monday from a case involving a dispute over subpoenas issued for Fusion GPS, the firm that commissioned the dossier.
*
Chutkan recused herself last month from another case involving Fusion GPS. The firm had filed suit against its bank, TD Bank, to keep it from complying with a subpoena issued by the House Intelligence Committee, which sought Fusion’s bank records.
*
Chutkan has presided over the case involving the lawsuit against BuzzFeed since Aug. 31. Her replacement is Trevor McFadden, a Trump appointee who assumed office in October.
The reasons for Chutkan’s recusals remain a mystery.
*
At the firm, Chutkan represented Theranos, a medical technology company. Fusion GPS also appears to have worked for Theranos and BSF.
Chutkan represented Theranos in a 2013 malpractice lawsuit. She left BSF for the federal bench the next year.

You ‘probably’ won’t find any of this in the msm. I’m still working on this.

Nope. Nothing fishy about any of that
Just a lot of incestous contact between, well between too many players and cases. You might be still working on this, but I'm having trouble following the players and cases. But it sure looks like there are lots of shenanigans going on.
Was Maria Butina a Russian spy when she met with the Obama treasury department? Russia is saying that she is being subjected to human rights abuses in prison because of how she has been kept in solitary confinement and has been refused medical treatment. Good grief. She's being accused of using sex on some horny NRA dudes and she is being treated like Matta Hari. Marina has been involved with many different administrations and the departments in them. Fishy.

I quit for the night. I’m thinking what I might
Start looking up tomorrow.
That judge was in the tank. Her shenanigans with the Butina case stinks to high heaven.
You have to wonder about her possible past contacts with Fusion GPS. Now that’s a coinky-dink.
I might see what I can find on Manafort’s judge next.

Some suspect that the FBI is trying to bully Butina
I wouldn't put it past them
I don't remember what the original charges against her were, but right now I don't think it matters much. Just like Russia Gate is a con played on us by the deep state or whoever is running this shit show, the charges against Marina don't seem to based on facts. The Russian lawyer who met with Don Jr also had a history of meeting with other administrations. But she wasn't allowed to come into the country because she had done something that got her kicked out. But Comey or some one else in the intelligence agencies fixed her passport so that she could meet with Don Jr in order to "give him dirt on Hillary."
Do you have more information about Elizabeth Holmes and her connections to Kissinger and others? Boy. Those people who used to work in government sure don't seem to just retire to play golf or with their grandkids do they? Nope. They stay involved with things but their roles are hidden from us. Just look at who is involved with the Atlantic Council.

I think you can just google her.
I think I figured out why she had to recuse
Herself (or maybe the reason she was thrown off) the Fusion GPS cases.
I am confused about the order of things, but I’ll try to figure that out later. I just think it’s interesting that she tried to hide Fusion’s bank records.

Theranos was a seriously fradulent company
They claimed to be able to carry out many diagnostic tests on very small blood samples. The claims were false and their tests on diluted samples were sometimes dangerously inaccurate. The company was headed by a young woman, Elizabeth Holmes, who attracted a lot old men like Henry Kissinger, Sam Nunn, James Mattis, etc. to serve on the board. She was found guilty of fraud and should be in jail but is not.
Now I remember her
Another person who should be in prison but isn't. Reality Winner was not given bail after she sent the intercept information from her job. Something about Russia phishing websites and now she's been sentenced to 5 years. The espionage act should be ruled unconstitutional. No one gets to put up a defense. Wrong.

The biggest takeaway I have gotten
from the researchers into the Q posts and people like George Webb is just how incestuous Washington DC is. Everyone is an insider and the doors between various positions within the government and judiciary are revolving with the same people showing up over and over. This is how corruption works. It appears that this judge was way too compromised. I suspect that is the case with nearly anyone in DC. Corruption runs very wide and deep there. It ensures that the two tier justice system is maintained and those with connections will never pay the price for their crimes.
Do I hear the sound of guillotines being constructed?
“Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable." ~ President John F. Kennedy
Pretty blatant, isn’t it?
It’s so obvious and long standing that most just shrug it off and vote for one or the other self serving party. No revolution brewing on the horizon that I can see.
Sad.

Thanks, Amanda! I knew the judge had to be a lackey
And she most certainly is. Fox watching the hen house. You have an Obama appointee as judge, whose former firm represents Huma, and a DA or assistant DA as "prosecutor" who is DWS's freaking brother.
Wouldn't this be a job for Jeff Sessions? Maybe an attorney can chime in and educate us on who has the authority to stop this bullshit falacy of justice. How does someone even bring it to the right person's attention? I'm tempted to tweet the damn president, but I might have a shadowed account or whatever it's called when you're not banned, but no one can see your tweets.
Thank you. The ruling that judge made and
the speech that accompanied it was outrageous. I figured something was up with her.

Not just the speech, but punishment too!
I'm still wondering why they even bothered with charges, much less a trial. Maybe to make it look like they're earning their obnoxious salaries? Maybe they got tired of railroading innocent people? Nah, the latter can't be true.
Oh wait! Double jeopardy! They did it so these slimeballs can't ever be held accountable. Now I'm super pissed! I'll have to sell my belongings and leave the country if they do this sort of fake crap with The Clinton Crime Family and Foundation.
Yep. She dismissed all the other charges ‘with
prejudice’. That means they can NEVER be refilled.
(Posted upthread) I also found all this and I’m sure this has something to do with her being first bounced off of, and/or her being forced to recuse herself from the two Fusion cases
Will you just look at the places I have to go for info. It’s what I assume dumpster diving must be liked.

I'm so pissed!
*Nah, I've been a scavenger and dumpster diver since my grandma used to hoist me in, and she died when I was 6, but I did it way before she died. It's actually fun! You're taking one for the team lol, so thank you.
