King Trump
There’s a transcript of an NPR interview of this author online. Not a station I listen to anymore, but I thought it was a good discussion. This statement from it points to a Nerd Reich belief that Trump should retain power (though Trump is becoming so erratic and unpopular that it seems unlikely)….
“ DURAN: Curtis Yarvin is definitely panicking and saying it's time to leave the country. But if you look at what he's saying underneath that, it's that Trump needs to go further - that Trump needs to be full authoritarian, full fascist and make it clear that this is no longer a democracy and that he won't be letting go of power, and that if he doesn't do that, there will be great punishment later for everyone who was involved in this. So it's an argument for being more extreme.”

I dread
Trump getting more extreme...
I did hear Joe Kent say Trump prefers Vance to Rubio stepping up to run for Prez. That sounds like he will not hang on to the office after his term ends.

Two interesting individuals.
Always the attention hog Trump spouts fact free statements.
In the second video near the end of it he admits that the war was about protecting Israel.
Well, don't exactly see any good news up there,
or elsewhere, either. Perhaps it's time to fire up ye olde sudoku machine or listen to some old classics.

Trump has a deep rooted inferiority complex so he has to have
his name plastered everywhere.
The "USS Bonespurs" does have a ring to it, honoring
draft dodgers throughout the decades and underscoring how one of them could rise to be supreme commander without ever ever serving. It only lacks adding some oddball little useless fillip such as an onboard catering truck to justify calling it a new class of warship such as "loser class".

Even worse than Trump are his sycophants
suggesting and pushing for sh!t like this, when there are various dead Presidents (and Admirals too) who have never had an aircraft carrier named for them.
There is no justice. There can be no peace.
The unspoken word,
of course, is "deserving". Many have earned that honor through their sacrifices, and deserve to be so honored.
Usurping that honor is the lowest from of dreck, and besmirches the entire concept of honor itself...
Oh, well- I was born in the wrong era. For some reason, and despite all, I still cling to the concept that honor has value, and must be earned.
Twice bitten, permanently shy.
