Snowing here
As usual, my blooming daffodils will have flowers smashed to the ground. It is supposed to be 80 by Wed when I get to spend that day in an OR. Adult disappointment. But ulcers and colon will be surveyed.
I will be having a phone conversation with a potential housemate today. My house is currently too filthy to show off, with every day bringing a new disability. I am literally falling apart. I got my CBD oil, 500mg/ml. It helps with pain. I am also a dealer (LOL)if anyone wants some. It is also made for pets.
Hey! my dear friends or soon-to-be's, JtC could use the donations to keep this site functioning for those of us who can still see the life preserver or flotsam in the water.
I can't do the easiest things anymore
I used to take photos in my dkos times and put them up to flickr, which had easy and nice editing functions back then. I tried to do the same with some photos for you, riverlover, and everything has changed. Nothing works as it used to do. I am supposed to learn everything from scratch again?
Jeez, it breaks my spirit. Sorry, for not being able to upload the images I took, they are too large, I can't find an easy program to just adjust sharpness, contrast etc. I have never learned to use photoshop and look for something more basic.
I have forgotten everything.

Hi there, riverlover, I am such a nervous wreck,
In my garden in Germany looking westward for riverlover.

Seems like a nice pic without editing.

Hi riverlover, an old birch tree in our garden for you
Look at the size of the chairs beneath and the height of the house. When I left Germany they were may be 4 meters high. We are all getting old...

Wonderful trees. A great setting for a picnic, and tons of
space.

I'll send you and riverlover a pm about
the garden etc.

Hi riverlover, an old cherry tree in our garden, blooming just
for you.
This one was one and a half meters high, when I grew up. Now it's may be twentyfive yards wide.
Old glory, here I am.

for riverlover, a last kiss ...
PS, if you wonder of the banality of my photographic lacking skills, I hadn't take a photo since 2015, had no camera and didn't touch the new one for months. One day i will be there.

good morning all
I'm glad to read you are getting a housemate RL. I figured you could arrange to trade rent for a little help in a university town. Good luck with your plantings too.
All is well here on the mountain. It's a lovely day. We had over 4 inches of rain this week so I'm staying out of the garden today. I re-graded my road yesterday. It was just wet enough to move nicely and hopefully will repack in place. It is time for more gravel in spots. The long and winding road is a pain to maintain...but after 30+ years it is just another chore. I weathered the entire winter without having to do road work this year, but last weeks rain changed to situation.
Hope you all have a good day. Full "pink" moon tonight

Jupiter at opposition
Good morning, QMS, Thanks for the reminder about
Jupiter being at opposition. Hopefully our overcast will break by evening.

Thanks. I'm going to wipe them off of the irrigation hoses with
soap and use a lemon/tabasco spray where I see them on the soil. All of the large plants went into the trash except for the bottom of the stems which I hope will regrow. I have 2 tiny regrows that have very few, and they too will get the lemon spray. Then no planting for a week or two and see what happens.

Morning EL and all
This is a more hopeful song from that time:
I want a Pony!
Good morning, Arrow. Thanks for the song clip. I picked
crimson and clover because of this little bit of cleverness:

Highest paid singer in the world 2017-18. Guess who?
I just happened to swerve into this - and frankly found it somewhat hard to believe:
Tommy James Highest-Paid Singer in the World
Still not sure I believe it, but there it is...
It looks like they're counting
income from all sources, including investments, but it is still surprising.
