I encourage everyone to join me in making this threat whenever you feel ready. America has become the central nesting space for an unelected power establishment which is threatening the existence of our entire species with ecocidal neoliberal policies and a neoconservative new cold war, and the Democratic establishment has been actively facilitating both. It is every human being’s imperative to fight these things tooth and claw lest we go the way of the dinosaur, and that means making threats and making good on them if they try to call our bluff. No matter how they try to spin it, another four years of a president who says rude things on Twitter is not worse than human extinction. Especially when he’s advancing more or less the same policies as Obama.

@Big Al She's dealt with that particular criticism, which I'll add here once I can dig it up (or, if anyone else has it bookmarked, please feel free).

I'm not entirely sure where she now stands on duopoly candidates who happen not to be "establishment." I think I've posted at some point (likely as a comment, not an essay) a few links illustrating her painful epiphany re: Bernie -- so I suspect she now sees the bigger picture. She may end up another sell-out (see: Sarah Silverman, etc.), but we'll see. For now, at least, she's amplifying a worthwhile message.

YMMV, and I welcome the discussion.

Oprah has her 'bunker' on Maui - she is ready to run

for President. There is almost no access to her compound on the island and very few people know where exactly it is. And the Hawaiian island will be or is owned already by the deep state and the Media and Wall Street oligarchs.

I miss the next big show on TeeVee: "Who wants to be President?" It's clear that only two categories of people will win: the very, very rich media celebrities or the very, very good con-artist schmoozers, the comeback kids, the little guy from nowhere with the funny name, or the from rags to riches self-made media empresses.

The next big media show on TeeVee will be: "Who is the biggest loser on paradise island?"
