A riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma
Good evening, Joe, enjoy the heck out of it. We're still
cleaning up and doing follow-ups like making stock and such.

Made some Peanut Butter/Oatmeal Cookies today...
But in general still just chilling.
Thinking we could really use another c99 meetup next month... if anybody's interested, I can make plans.

OT but FWIW last year in Santa Fe there was a snow event
This year at Tday weekend according to the NWS forecast discussion the temps are running 15-25 degrees above normal. Highs in the 60’s. Hope it doesn't mean another epic drought.
IF anyone is interested http://droughtmonitor.unl.edu/ has US map with drought areas by state.
Speaking of snow and ice
Hope you get to meetup!

But Norquist et al want to return to the rate during colonial times, thinks that would be great.

Have fun js. Evening, all.
When we are home for a few months at our place in Santa Fe we volunteer with WildEarth Guardians.
Recently we were assisting with an event in Albuquerque and met Robert Kennedy Jr. He was there to promote a new partnership for the Rio Grande River.
Perhaps you know that this mighty river, which runs from Colorado to the Gulf of Mexico, is the border between TX and Mexico and is fed by a tributary from Mexico. Some years it barely reaches the Gulf.
Humans yeah, but also much wildlife depends on it. One of the greatest wildlife spectacles in North America occurs at Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge on the Rio Grande near Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. Thousands of Sandhill Cranes, Snow Geese and other geese and ducks migrate there each winter. Seeing them all lift off at dawn with the cacaphony of sound is truly amazing. Bald eagles and coyotes feed around the edges. Something else!
If you are interested in what Kennedy was up to check out this article about the work ahead.

We went to Bosque del Apache once, it was wonderful.

Hope everyone had some time to enjoy life.

Good evening joe and bluzerz!
We had a spectacular day. The temperature here in Safford AZ was 77. Fabulous! We went rock hounding and will head home with a few treasures. Lots of soaking in the mineral waters. I'm enjoying life.
Have a beautiful Friday evening and weekend, folks!
