I'm so hesitant to bring this up, but I'll kick myself if I don't

Hey, everybody!

This will be a TL;DR kind of post, I suspect, but I think this is important.

Spoonamore-Duty_to_Warn_letter_to_Harris

This is a letter from Stephen Spoonamore to Kamala Harris, describing what he believes was a hack of the election, explaining how it could be accomplished, and also how a hand recount could put all doubt to rest. A couple of other similar letters have been sent to her by other clued and careful observers, but I can't seem to find the link, right now. Anyway- I've been aware of this guy since 2005, following the sudden, last minute loss of Kerry in Ohio, with exit polls well outside the margin of error, a "tell" that usually causes our State Department to tell other countries: "You've had a fraudulent election".

Spoonamore is a comp-sec pro, with long experience trying to protect systems like banks and governments against things like hacking and credit card fraud. He has also been concerned about election integrity the whole time. This is not just some random IT nerd. He has seen how exploits are done, how they are mitigated, and what to watch for. I recommend following the link, and reading the whole thing. In short, he sees statistically-unlikely evidence that the Swing States were hacked. -All of 'em.

This business of voting on computers is tons more secure than it was in the early two-thousands, partly due to various State governments finally listening to people like Spoonamore, and enacting systems like they have recommended. I am currently not worried about the voting machines themselves, at least not in my home state. That part of the system is indeed secure. Four people from the suburbs tried to vote twice this year, and our State AG has them up on felony charges. That's four people, not four million migrants. FOUR.

However, the hack Spoonamore suggests is an end-run around the machines themselves, and sounds at least rational to me. -And the beauty of it, is that the systems could find out if he's right with a hand audit. The systems have improved enough that this can be definitively proven, one way or another. The biggest problem would be getting the Dem's attention about this, and convincing them to push for audits.

-And that's the part that has me hesitant; nobody wants to consider this ugly possibility, especially after listening to the redhats whineing that their boy won for the last four years. But they had 61 court cases FAIL for lack of evidence, and Spoonamore didn't see anything wrong with 2020 OR 2016.

But anyway, silly me; I just want to see whether Don-Don did indeed actually win. I have this insane need to find out actual facts and shit. Plus, it would be so cool to have nice, boring Cabinet picks that aren't sexual predators... -or Science deniers... -or religious fanatics... -or...

If you agree that it's worth pursuing, PLEASE repost elsewhere, and hope that somehow, it gets through, and gets the donkeys off their ass, so to speak. Thank you for your time.

We have now passed into the epistemological nether world, where the inherent problem of words never precisely equaling the "reality" they purport to describe has escaped from the realm of faculty lounges and French intellectual cynicism. Nowadays, you can be called to serve on a jury and be required to watch video depictions of the event that you and 11 fellow jurors are supposed to find the pertinent facts about. But, you may also be asked by the opposing lawyer to ignore the video, arguing that geeks can now use "AI" to hoke up any moving picture desired -- such as framing some Enemy of The State or, in this case, my client.

Welcome to the world of The Sorcerer's Apprentice, HAL from 2001, the WOPPR from War Games, and 21st Century politics.

I did not vote in either 2020 or 2024 because, among other reasons, I have no confidence in the vote count. Just as I wish aging weren't winning the war against my youthful exuberance, I wish I could figure out a way to find the truth about how things really happen.

Good luck to you. I hope you arrive at a satisfactory conclusion.

I cried when I wrote this song. Sue me if I play too long.

have distrusted election results for several cycles
as our system is fraught with illegalities
perhaps better to question than to accept or deny?
they won't even give me a receipt of my vote anymore
even though I ask very seriously and politely

But they had 61 court cases FAIL for lack of evidence, and

Most of the court cases weren’t even heard, but not for lack of evidence, but those that were Trump won. This was another corporate media lie to make Trump look bad.

Russian assets, right?

The harder they fight against the picks, the more I like them.
I've never voted. I'm 50 this year.

Even though I tried to ignore all news, I knew from the moment they shoved Kamala in, they had lost. Didn't matter how many superficial celebrities she paid to endorse her. She was never going to win.

Seriously, Snoopydawg?
I just wasted about three hours looking for those many 2020 election fraud cases that Trump won, and couldn't find them. One case, involving dozens of votes, yes, but not most of them, or even more than one. URLs to where you are getting that info, please? I will read them. I can be convinced; just not easily. Thanks!
