Hillary breaks the glass floor

Hillary wanted to set a new standard for women, and she did.
Clinton's current favorable rating is just a few percentage points higher than her all-time low -- 38%, last recorded in late August/early September 2016.
Over the past quarter century, the favorable ratings of losing presidential candidates generally have increased after the election -- some in the immediate aftermath and others in the months that followed.
But for Clinton, this has not been the case. Seven months after her failed bid for the presidency, she remains as unpopular now as she was then.
An all-time first for women. Hillary 2020!
At this point, then, it is unclear when or if Clinton's image will recover. Americans have liked Clinton most when her role was less political -- such as secretary of state or first lady weathering her husband's public scandal -- and her ratings have suffered each time she has run for office.
... Trump, like previous winners, did get an increase in favorability shortly after his win, though his current 40% favorable rating remains low in an absolute sense.
Meanwhile, that Democratic Blue Wave is just barely over the horizon.
Keep talking about "Scary Russia" Dems. It'll pay off any day now.

Her ratings might have been better had she faded away
but she keeps pot-stirring and calculating. And complaining. I have no sympathy, and do not want to hear about Chelsea's plans for "public service".

Every single time I view that video, it becomes more and more
obvious why Hillary lost. Hillary lost because she WAS Hillary. The wrong candidate with the wrong platform for the times.

Been looking for an old political cartoon I can't find; Obama and MLK are sitting together, and King says: "So, that's my dream. You?" Obama replies "I don't know. I just kind of want to give rich people what they want."
That's basically what happens with all the Clinton-wing Democrats. That's why, if you notice, while failed candidates tend to gain ground after losing elections, both George H.W. Bush and John McCain gained A LOT of ground. And G.H.W. was not a guy who ever won many popularity contests.
You put a Clinton Dem in to replace a Republican, and 6-8 months in, suddenly the people go "What's this crap? I thought we voted for something different!"

You haven't heard that from her before?
Then there was her disastrous foreign policy view that saw millions more women and children being killed or having to leave their homes and countries.
At one time I admired her, but then I got to know her and what she stood for.
So no, sexism isn't the reason I abhor her anymore that racism isn't the reason I abhor Obama. It is their actions and their policies. And that the fact that both of them don't give a good goddam how many people they end up killing as long as the money keeps rolling in.

Her was supposed to be the Coronated Heir and Inherit The Earth! And Putin STOLE it by hacking the Electoral College and making them vote for Trump!
Edited because my Withered outrage led me to write 'supposed' twice, for emphasis and to show how deserving Her is to play Her appointed role as The Mad Bomber in those amusing War Games - while Trump now gets to kill innocent people and hogs all of the fun!

I've always said
I don't think Bernie or Hillary should run again in 2020 - it might be different if Bernie was 10 years younger and Hillary wasn't Hillary.
Some media moron was opining that
Chelsea would one day square off against a third generation Bush, a couple of years back.
I think we've dodged that bullet for good.

Democrats, face it
Hillary Clinton was not just a horrible candidate, but more importantly, she IS a horrible person. I do not understand how the Hillbots can continue to defend this corrupt, self centered and self serving, war criminal. And no we do not want to see Hill Junior in Chelsea who has never been exposed to real life and real suffering in her entire privileged life. Just go away, far away, all of you Clintons.

So Rush effectively stated on TV that he did not find one particular 12-year-old child sexually attractive? Why else would he be critiquing(edit: a girl's looks) and terming her 'a dog'?
Can we repeat-Flush any harder, please?

@Steven D I was pissed off about
That's by the old rules, which have now been flushed so far down the historical toilet that the rushing water sound is a distant memory.

Hillary thinks so very highly of herself,
that she is unable to countenance even the possibility that losing the election may have been in any way her own fault. She must spend hours and hours thinking about who else must have been to blame.

Hillary did takeresponsibility for her loss

Sure, six words before the "but"
and then several hundred after it.

She said decisions, but not the election loss
Notice how weasely - "every decision I made" ... and which decisions would that be? Don't ask!
In any case, her decisions are not why she lost, so they don't matter. But it's important to learn the "real lessons" from the campaign. What lessons? That it wasn't Her fault.
Hilz couldn't take responsibility for anything, even if her own life depended on it. She and her minions started coming up with their blame plans on election night. The people swallowing her bullshit, and especially those regurgitating it, are missing a few critical skills, like thinking, as well as their conscience.
You'd hope that people like Nina Turner
would be given the torch to move forward.
Her Royal Clintoness should be consigned to her footnote in history.
Gëzuar!!
from a reasonably stable genius.
That's because she kept campaigning.
Would be bad for anyone, but it's particularly bad because this is probably the least popular campaign--that was not perceived as a fringe campaign--of my lifetime. Possibly since 1932.

Purple Strategies LOL! How you make a number go up?
I know I shouldn't laugh but purple keeps haunting, it's all I can do. Clinton can't shake the incumbent label, can't lose it the woods, can't drown it chardonnay, can't buy it a new face. Well maybe, I don't know.

Almost as unseemly
as our current president. Creatures like Clinton and Blair could easily live in luxury on the wealth they have "earned", and hang out with their 1% friends for the rest of their days... And their kids and grandkids could pick up where they left off, the latter certainly qualifying for reality shows.
Who knows maybe C. Clinton and her hedge fund manager hubbie could actually do something useful in later life that doesn't entail self-aggrandizement of some sort. Doubt it, but people can change.
The entire upper management of the Democratic Party needs to go. Or we will go. Actually, I've been gone for several years now. And definitely no dynasties, be it Clinton, Bush, or Obama.
