Do you kinda get the feeling that since the two-party trade-off scam is failing, a new variation may be to have the President Of (Desperately) 'Hope For Change' opposed by his own (or TPTB's) cabinet picks, Congress and Senate on anything at all potentially benefiting The People so that some will still be suckered by believing in one of the corporate parties while the world expires? The Dems also tried pushing the same Oppose Everything The President Proposes meme the other corporate Party used on Obama...

I also keep thinking of Dune and the Baron Harkonnen planning to place the Beast Rabban over Arrakis and to encourage the infliction of the worst cruelties-for-profit so that in future his nephew would be welcomed as a saviour...

Honestly, with the 'legalization' of US government propaganda use against The American People and with the Orwellian Homeland Security taking over elections, does anyone think any elections TPTB bother to run in future to keep The People quiet will ever matter again? There wasn't much pretense of democracy this time, was there, with the TPP (ready-signed by everyone involved, even when outgoing public officials) still set to go, illegally and unconstitutionally offshoring law and turning government into corporate enforcers under global corporate law? Once having forsworn the oath to uphold the Constitution which is necessary to hold/retain high public office, the oathbreaker obviously can no longer form any part of any legitimate government.

I suppose we just try to hold on until Android Hillary comes out in all of her potholder glory for the Coronation finally so securely nailed down by Homeland Security/State Department/MIC/corporate media, etc. that the Truly Deserving really do NOT need any votes at all to be declared the landslide winner. Then, if this has not already long since occurred, find the nearest desk to crouch under while awaiting the nuclear flash. Or, if we're lucky enough to be in the right spot, maybe never even know what hit us.

What else can we do?
