FBI Director Comey will reopen the Hillary Clinton Case.

The FBI has learned of more emails involving Hillary Clinton’s private email server while she headed the State Department, FBI Director James Comey told several members of Congress, telling them he is reopening the investigation.
It's almost certainly too late for a pre-election recommendation to DOJ that Hillary be charged. Ten days isn't enough UNLESS it's already baked in the cake and they're ready to pull the plug and recommend charges right now, which is unlikely.
God only knows why it comes now. Is Comey trying to quell an outright mutiny in the Bureau? Were revelations about Terry MacAuliffe's "sponsorship" of the Congressional run of Jill McCabe, wife of FBI Asst. Director Andrew McCabe the straws that broke the camel's back? Was Comey sick and tired of being called a sellout? Something else?
I don't know how big this will be. Will it be Yuge? Or as a waitress friend of mine says "Just a fart in a windstorm"? I don't know about you, but I'm staying tuned:

Williams adds that this is not coming out after Russian hacking or from the Podesta leaks.

Okay, here is what I think has happened.
The numbers from the early voting have come in, and Trump's landslide has overwhelmed Hillary's dead and illegal voters.
Now that they know she will never be President and not able to carry out her threats, the corporate media, FBI, and just about everyone else have shifted into survival mode to try and salvage their public image/reputations by actually investigating/reporting/prosecuting the Clinton crimes and corruptions.
Of course, Hillary is still safe on the espionage case because that secret would threaten the entire government, but pretty much everything else is fair game.
One question: Will Obama trash his own legacy by issuing a blanket pardon to save Hillary from Prison!
