FBI Director Comey will reopen the Hillary Clinton Case.

The FBI has learned of more emails involving Hillary Clinton’s private email server while she headed the State Department, FBI Director James Comey told several members of Congress, telling them he is reopening the investigation.

It's almost certainly too late for a pre-election recommendation to DOJ that Hillary be charged. Ten days isn't enough UNLESS it's already baked in the cake and they're ready to pull the plug and recommend charges right now, which is unlikely.

God only knows why it comes now. Is Comey trying to quell an outright mutiny in the Bureau? Were revelations about Terry MacAuliffe's "sponsorship" of the Congressional run of Jill McCabe, wife of FBI Asst. Director Andrew McCabe the straws that broke the camel's back? Was Comey sick and tired of being called a sellout? Something else?

I don't know how big this will be. Will it be Yuge? Or as a waitress friend of mine says "Just a fart in a windstorm"? I don't know about you, but I'm staying tuned:

As cited by CNBC, NBC's Pete Williams provides some much needed color, and says there doesn't appear to be that anyone intentionally withheld evidence or emails in the Clinton investigation; they found new emails after coming across a device in the course of an unrelated investigation and while looking at that device, that's what led them to the new emails. Williams adds that this is not coming out after Russian hacking or from the Podesta leaks.

WASHINGTON — Federal law enforcement officials said Friday that the new emails uncovered in the closed investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server were discovered after the F.B.I. seized electronic devices belonging to Huma Abedin, a top aide to Mrs. Clinton, and her husband, Anthony Weiner.

The F.B.I. is investigating illicit text messages that Mr. Weiner sent to a 15-year-old girl in North Carolina. The bureau told Congress on Friday that it had uncovered new emails related to the Clinton case — one federal official said they numbered in the thousands — potentially reigniting an issue that has weighed on the presidential campaign and offering a lifeline to Donald J. Trump less than two weeks before the election.

Mr. Comey said the F.B.I. was taking steps to “determine whether they contain classified information, as well as to assess their importance to our investigation.” He said he did not know how long it would take to review the emails, or whether the new information was significant.

Of course, we're all still expected to blindly accept Comey's judgment on all this. He is after all the self-proclaimed authority on what a 'reasonable prosecutor' would deem 'significant'.

Okay, here is what I think has happened.

The numbers from the early voting have come in, and Trump's landslide has overwhelmed Hillary's dead and illegal voters.

Now that they know she will never be President and not able to carry out her threats, the corporate media, FBI, and just about everyone else have shifted into survival mode to try and salvage their public image/reputations by actually investigating/reporting/prosecuting the Clinton crimes and corruptions.

Of course, Hillary is still safe on the espionage case because that secret would threaten the entire government, but pretty much everything else is fair game.

One question: Will Obama trash his own legacy by issuing a blanket pardon to save Hillary from Prison!

I don't believe that. I have never believed that. Donald Trump is still getting big crowds at his rallies--here in northern Florida, as recently as last week, he was in Sanford (which is near Orlando) and drew in the thousands, again. I think he also stopped in Tampa on the same trip. Tampa.

A tin labeled 'coffee' may be a can of worms or pathology identified by a lack of empathy/willingness to harm others to achieve personal desires.

Washington, D.C. – House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) today issued the following statement on the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Friday announcement that it has reopened its investigation of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server to send and receive classified information:

“The FBI’s decision to reopen its investigation into Secretary Clinton reinforces what the House Judiciary Committee has been saying for months: the more we learn about Secretary Clinton’s use of a private email server, the clearer it becomes that she and her associates committed wrongdoing and jeopardized national security.

“Now that the FBI has reopened the matter, it must conduct the investigation with impartiality and thoroughness. The American people deserve no less and no one should be above the law.”

1. Hillary is investigated
2. Hillary steals the election.
3. Hillary is convicted.
4. Hillary takes the oath of office from a federal pen.
4(a). Hillary blames Russia, tries to declare war.
5. Hillary is impeached. Bernie and Elizabeth Warren flip a coin to see who gets to cast the 67th "guilty" vote - Chuck Schumer steals the coin and does the honor.
6. President Kaine signs TPP, a national right to work vill, and deregulates the banks.
7. It's a win/win situation (for Evil Empire Inc.) they get to screw over the America people, and there are American people left to screw.
