Solar powered conversations

Before the night breaks us
makes tarnish of gold
remember when we were old
striving to understand
the winter's cold
being bold, as told as we can be,
perfection.
Can we agree,
by other compunction drawn
genetically,
and not by social desires
ruling language of the net
with regrets
with love
with distance;
ethereal friends
moving in, moving out
pushed to shout, pile on,
even
damning the slight
'differance?'
Light daunts the ordinary
conjuring,
mixing souls behind the screen of sunshine.
Centuries bleeding into dust raising generations anew
and we worry.

Thank you, smiley!
We use those small solar lights outside. I love them. Your words were right on. Why worry? You cannot guarantee any future outcome...

Thanks for reading RA...
the photo is from my concrete table at the campsite at Melton Hill where I lived for two months this Spring enduring Proton Therapy, which worked as I've just shared with Joe and community on the EB.
When the campsite was crowded, most of the time, unfortunately, many folks waved Confederate flags and used POWERED LIGHTS that reached for miles. During the day, I witnessed widescreen TV's and fishing boats with gigantic sound systems; wasn't a happy camper, then; the experience challenged me.
Congratulations on the success
of your treatment. Your challenging experience strengthened you.

Thank you, QMS...
Beautiful poem, smiley
I really enjoy how you distill the essence from the complexity that is life. Sort of like how solar converts sunlight to power.
That piece that you linked to about Michelangelo’s David is a truly amazing piece of writing and reflection. Thank you.
