The three pincers:
1. Nascent Congressional perjury investigation--she won't be able to easily squirm out of this one because her Benghazi was made under oath. For all his verbal tap-dancing, Comey specially responded to Rep. Gowdy about each of her lies during the FBI interview.
2. Upcoming interrogatory under oath, courtesy of Judicial Watch (JW). Okay, so no video will be available to record her tics, tremors, speech arrests, partial seizures--which certainly would make for interesting watching. The second difference between deposition and interrogatory is that JW doesn't get to cross-examine the Lying Liar Hilliar Clinton. However, Judge Sullivan will of course review the responses to interrogatory and if unsatisfied, could then demand deposition under oath.

How and who decided what should be provided to the State Department?
The Federal Records Act puts the obligation on the government official to determine what is and is not a federal record. The State Department Foreign Affairs Manual outlines guidance “designed to help employees determine which of their e-mail messages must be preserved as federal records and which may be deleted without further authorization because they are not Federal record materials.” [5 FAM 443.1(c)].
Following conversations with State Department officials and in response to the State Department’s 2014 letter to former Secretaries, Clinton directed her attorneys to assist by identifying and preserving all emails that could potentially be federal records. This entailed a multi-step process to review each email and provide printed copies of Clinton’s emails to the State Department, erring on the side of including anything that might be even potentially work-related.
We all know quite well that the sole arbiter of the "personal" versus the "professional" was one Hillary Clinton. If anyone at state dared to question her actions, they might have suffered a Vince Foster. So the decision-maker in those compartmentalizations was none other than you-know-who. A clear case of the fox guarding the hen house.
3. Mental un-health. Her pathology is becoming more apparent at an accelerating pace. How anybody can not be disturbed with a president with dementia is beyond belief.
One more thing: This is the perfect time for another Wiki-bomb. I'm sure Mr. Assange has even more incentive to pursue Medusa since his personal lawyer mysteriously fell in front of a train yesterday. After Killary's interrogatory would be the perfect timing for release of emails, not already released, which would contradict one or more of Hillary's lies. I don't give a damn about how many lawyers she has, she's told so many lies that it would be impossible to weasel her way out of this.

I try and find graphic ways to say things. In the case above I wanted to point out that I believe Clinton and others running the US government (and other governments of which Israel is prime) are psychopaths who are no different in make up than Chucky, The Diabolical Doll. They have no conscience, and they are mass murderers using modern weapons rather than sneaking around dark alleys with a knife.
When we are asked to support/vote for "the lesser of two evils", we are no longer living in a democracy, we are living in a pathocracy, a system ruled by psychopaths whose evil (murder, genocide, economic and environmental collapse) and power is limitless.
Ponerology. Definition. a branch of theology dealing with the doctrine of evil. "Political Ponerology is a study of the founders and supporters of oppressive political regimes."
Pathocracy. Definition: A system of government created by a small pathological minority that takes control over a society of normal people. A totalitarian form of government in which absolute political power is held by a psychopathic elite, and their effect on the people is such that the entire society is ruled and motivated by purely pathological values.

I know that this error in timing on my part will not dissuade Assange from a hoped-for (by me, at least) Wiki-bomb.
So many,
even here, question why Assange has withheld what they have.
Nobody knows for sure.
I believe that they're waiting for the american public to wake up. The day after labor day would be good timing to throw the political system into chaos if truly damaging information is there.
But, that's just my belief and hope.

Think about it. If Assange does have the goods on Clinton, he could be holding it to keep himself safe. It is easy to script a huge data drop onto a website with a very easy command, text message, and even a code word over the phone. Not to mention, he has a very uncentralized system for data backup. Plus, the main servers are in a country where the US government can not get their hands on it. I am pretty sure Assange has it set up that if anything happens to him (arrested, killed, etc etc) that the data drop will happen within minutes. If he feels threatened enough, he might say Fuck It and release anyways.

To be honest,
I actually thought the guy died two weeks or so ago, so when you said 'yesterday,' I went looking. And I came up with a DIFFERENT article about him than I'd seen previously (obviously, I'd missed the date on the first post I saw - it's a pattern for me as has been seen in some of my essays. I've been trying to be better about that).
So, in finding the article I linked which is NOT from July or August, I thought maybe this wasn't the first of Assange's attorneys to be offed this season. That was a scary 30-45 seconds, there...

Tired of Hillary? Worse thoughts about Trump?
Look into the Green Party, and Jill Stein in particular. Without being tactical in voting, can't we just vote for who we support the most? I am, and I am voting for the Green Party candidate: Jill Stein.
Instantly, I may be bombarded by the proponents of "Lesser Evil Voting", who believe that all of us should set aside our preferred candidates in favor of the sleazy Democratic Party candidate: Hillary Clinton, because Donald Trump is worse. Spare me the outrage about my apostasy, I will not vote for Hillary. I am voting for Jill Stein.
This post is not designed to get into the weaknesses of Hillary, it is about choosing for whom to vote based on who would be best for our Nation and best for us as citizens of the world to lead us as President. Hillary is not that person, nor is Donald Trump, Our best choice is Jill Stein.

This whole idea of trying to game the system by not voting for the person you agree with the most, produces the huge distortions we see in our political landscape today. People say politicians don't represent them - well, the first step would be to vote for the person who represents your views. How can we ever get real representation if people don't start with this first step?
I know, "But Trump!" Next time it will be someone else, and the cycle repeats. Come on, are we really not smarter than that?

Outrage!!! Kidding. I plan to vote for Jill Stein.
The way I see it, Hill may be slightly better than Trump. But she has decided to swing to the right and pick up all those Establishment Repub votes who can't stand Trump. She ignores us, she has made it clear she doesn't need us, this is her strategy, so long may she rightward swing. She has made her bed and she does not want us as her bedfellows.
Fine, terrific! That leaves us free to vote our consciences. May the final tally be Trump 10%, Clinton 30%, Stein 60%.

2 things on my mind
My main gripe is the fixation on the emails in media and by the DNC and others. It's not the emails that are the biggest problem, it's the fact she had her own, private, server(s)! HRC and her defenders make all kinds of allusions to "others doing the same thing", like Powell-but he didn't run his own private server-and neither did anyone else, ever.
Also too, the Clintons have been outrageously corrupt and lying cheating swine for decades, I just can't get over how they keep getting away with this stuff. I've got a few articles about them from the past that just get my blood pressure way up:
