Portland Area C99 Meetup Announcement.
Submitted by detroitmechworks on Tue, 08/02/2016 - 6:49pm
There have been a bunch of people who have said that the start of this month isn't going to be enough time, so with that in mind, I'd like to announce the 2nd PAC meetup. (The "SuperPAC" to mock a horrid political idea)
It will be on the 20th of August, at the Lucky Lab in Portland, OR at 12 Noon.
915 SE Hawthorne Blvd.
Portland, OR 97214
RSVP not necessary, but appreciated.
We had a great time last time, and Camera will be present, so please make requests to me at the event if you wish to attend but not be documented as having done so. (Which I totally understand)
Last time we had about 10 people, so I plan on meeting in the Back Patio once again, unless the weather is sour, in which case we'll get one of the smaller rooms.

Sounds good to me
I can walk it to Lucky Dog as it's in my neighborhood. Here's my solid RSVP. Even though I an avowed anti-social person (a virtual shut in) I know and love all my cc995'er mates and am looking forward to this meetup. This also gives us sometime to round up some more Portland's or folks in the area to attend. hope this month is better then last for you and yours DMW. Mine was none too good but I'm rallying for August. It's a Saturday and that will make the weekend special. Thank you for organizing this.
wish I could
But Saturday is a workday for me.
Works for me
A Saturday in the Hawthorne District. Been awhile. Always fun. Can't wait.

The good old Lucky Lab
IIRC didn't that used to be one of the hangouts for Drinking Liberally? Or am I hallucinating again? I'll certainly give it my best shot to be there but no promises. Life has a way of pitching curve balls into your plans, ever notice that?

I'm afraid I won't be able to make it
I'll be performing at "Centaurpalooza", a little music festival in the parking lot of Centaur Guitar on NE Sandy. We're scheduled to go on at 1 pm. I'm trying to change that to 4-ish but it might not be possible.
Sorry you can't make it...
But you were a great joy at the last one and you'll be missed. Good luck on the change, and if it doesn't work out we'll just catch you at the NEXT one.
I do not pretend I know what I do not know.
