FSM knows we all could use a chuckle before the upcoming shit show, aka The Democratic Convention.

Hmmm, I wonder what would be a good comic strip to do some Hillary ones to? Any suggestions?

Actually, the more I think about it the more I realize that this source would work equally well with both of them.... Calvin and Hobbes has to be neck and neck with Farside in the race for greatest comic strip of all time IMO.

that the 80's cynicism of Watterson hasn't changed in 30 years is a sad commentary of our country with little hope for its future. now with Trump as the Republican nominee you could almost view Bill W. as being prescient.

i really, really miss C&H. now i have to go through my C&H collections on the bookshelf.

I REALLY hesitate to suggest this (don't want enraged fans coming after me), but Peanuts Lucy Van Pelt seems to fit the bill.

There may well be a better choice, but I stopped regularly reading comics shortly after Charles Schultz died.

there doesn't seem to be a lot to work with in that strip for Lucy.

There are a TON of the Calvin and Hobbes ones that could be used for Hillary OR Trump, how messed up is that? Biggrin

I have been thinking about it for hours and feel like I know the right one but I just can't recall it, kinda like it's on the tip of my tongue.

I guess there is always Lobo from DC, or Evil Ernie from Chaosium lol!
