There is evidence to support a conclusion that any reasonable person in Secretary Clinton’s position, or in the position of those government employees with whom she was corresponding about these matters, should have known that an unclassified system was no place for that conversation.
How much you want to bet that "those government employees" include Obama? Comey's statement is quite condemning of HRC's handling of emails and the possible consequences. I think he is stymied that this whole situation was allowed by Obama who also participated in it. I am not sure I would go up against the President and all that entails either. We will just have to wait for the book.
