Last week congress voted against ending the illegal occupation of Syria.
Way to go team! The liars won't admit there is a military presence there,
let alone that we are stealing their oil and agricultural products.
It's like ignoring the 2001 AUMF which grants the executive wing the right
to execute secret wars all over the globe. Way to go team!
Good News!
Here's a couple of good news stories which are 'local' to me, but have gone around the world. One's about a whale, and one's about a guy down a hole in the snow.
Always exciting to learn new words to describe the world around us. Who could forget the "Polar Vortex" introduced to us a couple of years ago to describe a cold front dropping down out of Canada and extending its frigid fingers all the way to Galveston?
This started on April 1. Congress decided to stop the subsidies created for the
pandemic in their $1 trillion budget in December. This will also effect the CHIP
program.
