#BlackLivesMatter activist convicted of attempted felony lynching in California

June 2, 2016 . Jasmine Richards became the first black person in the U.S. to be convicted of lynching. No, she wasn't part of a mob torturing and hanging white men. Jasmine was trying to ‘unarrest’ another black woman she felt was being unlawfully taken by police. Will this be the governments response to protests and mutual aid?
