Where there is love there is life.

Tomorrow is our 33rd wedding anniversary! Sweetie and I met the old fashioned way, in a college bar.

The number 21 reminds me of my childhood hero, Roberto Clemente. He had a human quality missing from so many of today's pop culture icons. BTW, politics is pop culture. Because it sure as hell is not about the common good.
Sorry, I got home a bit late tonight so the open thread is, well, late.
Anyway, here's an open thread to share your photographs, etc. Here are a few things that I've shot recently:

That's what bitter people did. Pointed the finger and blamed others. Obfuscation was a way of hiding from their own shortcomings and wounds.

I spend most of my time at home. The days are busy caring for my PALS and maintaining the household. The isolation can be oppressive. Thank goodness for music.

Never go on trips with anyone you do not love.

Thursday night came upon me quickly. I was unplugged for the past week and it felt good. Sweetie and I completed our road trip Tuesday night and I am just now getting my bearings.

Greetings fellow Caucusapiens and other species reading these words. I am off on an adventure this weekend. I driving Sweetie to see her mother, brother and sister. I am full of anxiety, but I know this may be the last time.

People actually live with their id exposed. They're not good at concealing what's going on inside.

I have a mind to crank up some RL Burnside.
