Off shortly to said restaurant, but here's something to ponder, as I eat Ecuadoran favourites.

It's Friday, and the POT is simmering away at low heat as usual, which is fine for a slow-cooked meal, but a stir-fry once-in-awhile would be a welcome change. Bollox and I feel somewhat depleted of inspiration and energy, and would kindly receive any fresh ideas or offerings.

Evening all. I haven’t looked through a lens in over a week, which is highly unusual for me, but life is quite unusual since my mother fell and fractured her hip only 48 hours after I arrived.
