Contrary to all the tendentious happy-talk pumped out by the corporate media, the U.S. has regressed economically to the level of Britain in the 1850s; i.e., to the functional equivalent of a Third World country. This heavily-suppressed fact smacked me in the face as I was reading a history book written in 1975 - before the elitist looting and government wrecking got started. One thing we can do is try to shake things up, at least let them know we're watching and we know what they're really doing. Subject them to the real truths and see what they say. Make them respond and get on record their lies and obfuscations. Maybe even make them nervous.

I read an article by Peter Koenig last night, "Slavehood 2017". It's a good rant. I'm seeing more of the alternative writers I've discovered and followed over the years, plus new ones, going on good rants, rants AGAINST THE POWER, telling it like it is, not circling the edges with political bullshit.

After the fifth online article I read today claiming how Donald Trump has been "turned (by the deep state), persuaded (by the deep state), has had a change of heart", etc., I decided to go on a rant. Confucius say, "rants are good for the soul".
