2016 Presidential elections

A Trojan Horse at the Gates of Chi-raq

The push for party unity makes it crystal clear how the Democratic Party is manipulating us long time progressives into acceptance of establishment objectives. A rash of several articles prompted by bipartisan critics of the Sanders candidacy, have served to lift the veil and expose that what we now have in the US are essentially two parties: Center Right and Far Right.

Attention- potential New York voters!

If you are democrat, independent or heck republican, please note the New York democratic is a closed primary. Therefore, if you want to vote in this primary you need to register by Friday, March 25.

I know the primary is scheduled for Tuesday, April 19, but if you want to vote please make sure you are registered.

My understanding during the past few closed or semi-closed primaries some people were not registered; therefore, they were unable to vote.

If Bernie beats HRC in the primary, Its unrealistic

to think Bernie loses the general election. Comparing Bernie in 2016 to McGovern in 1972, saying Bernie loses like George did is a bit of a stretch. One should remember that the 1972 Democratic primary was a 4 man race, Humphrey [4.1 million], Wallace [3.7] & Muskie [1.8] got 9.6 million votes to McGoverns 4 million. Humphrey would have been the nominee on the basis of the popular primary vote.
