Attention- potential New York voters!

If you are democrat, independent or heck republican, please note the New York democratic is a closed primary. Therefore, if you want to vote in this primary you need to register by Friday, March 25.

I know the primary is scheduled for Tuesday, April 19, but if you want to vote please make sure you are registered.

My understanding during the past few closed or semi-closed primaries some people were not registered; therefore, they were unable to vote.

Do not let the system work against you.

If you know potential New York voters, please tell them of this deadline to ensure they are registered. (I prefer Bernie, but do not care, because the more the merrier- I love a true democracy).

I am at work, just did not have a lot time to capture a good link. Just wanted to send out a reminder because New York will be a critical primary.

You've got to hop through the hoops. Every state is different. Primary voting is so strange. It really isn't about people having a voice, it's about party power and control. Let's work hard to hop through the hoops and make our voices heard!

There is nothing which I dread so much as a division of the republic into two great parties.. This...is to be dreaded as the greatest political evil under our Constitution.--John Adams

Think about it, the Sanders campaign had 10 months to get up to speed and become competitive- started with nothing- that is an incredible feat. Besides fighting for each state now, they need to plan ahead.

They (and we- as sharers of knowledge) need to ensure everyone is aware of upcoming deadlines, criteria, and important dates for the remaining big states. For example California you need to register as a democrat or No party preference by May 23 and Pennsylvania is a closed primary a potential voter must register by March 28!!!

She remains disinterested, but did volunteer that she would vote for Hillary. I practiced voter suppression.
