Just some recent thoughts.

I don't fear a Trump presidency. I'm told I should, because he is the reincarnation of every evil humankind has ever birthed upon the land, and to let him become president would bring about an end of world scenario worse than anything we could ever imagine.
Or, from those who aren't Clinton supporters: he's a racist that would set the US back several decades.

Orange Koolaid

No, that's not really a jab at the GOS. It is my little term summing up all that has been going on with the DNC and All Trump All the Time.

I had a very nice lunch with OPOL and nancyjones last Thursday. We met at Pho Dai Loi #2 on Buford Hwy in Atlanta. We talked about the state of things with TOP and with the Primary. They ordered Bun Tom, a vermicelli salad with shrimp; I had pho bo vien. It's very good.

2016 and Beyond (Of human relationships and motivation to action)

There may be several reasons why humans are only capable of having personal, (and not simply casual), stable and interactive relationships with a maximum of about 150 people at any given time. And while Dunbar correlates this to primate physiology (brain size), my own personal belief is that it's a matter of Psychic Survival.

My Bernie Sanders Digest - Abridged

I've been writing about Bernie Sanders and his quest for the presidency all year. I've written a lot about it actually because I think this race is so fundamentally different from others in our recent history, and so critically important for our future. As I type these words the 2016 New York Democratic Presidential Primary is just days away. As a citizen of New York State myself, I will soon be casting my own vote for Senator Sanders, a man I believe in strongly.
