The Revolution is Winning -- Tactics -- Charlotte, NC and Atlanta, GA

Please watch the embedded video from Storm Clouds Gathering.

I spent Thursday and Friday night watching live feed of the protest in Charlotte and the supporting protests in Atlanta, also following twitter, and FB feeds of supporters of the protests and the general flow of "commentary" on twitter, you-tube and so on. I would like to share my observations:

At Its Core, Hillary's Emails Revolve Around One Question

Is the government of the United States "theirs" or "ours" ?

That's it. Pretty simple really. If the government is to truly be "of" the people, "for" the people, and "by" the people, i.e OUR government, run on our behalf and with our consent, then some safeguards have to be put in place to ensure that outcome. Principle among those safeguards are two major guidelines - Transparency and Accountability.

DNC's response to Sanders Donors' Class Action Suit will leave you Gobsmacked

2 Class action lawsuits were filed after the 2016 Democratic Primary alleging the DNC was not impartial. This week, the DNC responded to one of the suits.

**BEVERAGE ALERT** Put down your coffee

Predictably, the DNC is seeking to dismiss the suit as without merit. And their rationale is that all of Bernie Sanders' supporters knew the DNC was biased toward Clinton and they donated anyways! We should have known the revolution was for suckers!

Why The Quislings Lost

The Decline and Fall of the Neoliberal political consensus rests on two rocks, the preening pompous arrogance of the professional political class (including media) is one, and their abject incompetence and failure is another.

Who would you rather elect? A Gilded Class Twit like David Miliband who masquerades as a working people's delegate in Westminster and merely commutes to his constituency or Karen?

a woman born and raised in the area. Karen is a bus driver with a disabled husband, who has lived in a three-bedroom home for years — but the coalition thinks they have too much space and has cut their housing benefit. So when Karen attacks Cameron’s bedroom tax, she draws on personal experience of being forced to downsize.

The choice is more than obvious.

Why Corbyn Will Win

Tomorrow the British Labour Party will announce the results of their second Leadership election in a year. Every expectation is that Jeremy Corbyn will win by a greater margin (60% - 40%) than he did the first time.

I am certainly going to revisit the mendacity and hubris of the Traitors at length, in depth, and repeatedly, because they illustrate so much of the Neoliberal sickness that infests our own politics but today I want to highlight the positive reasons he has won.

A Response - This Election is Irrelevant - by the RantingRooster

Revolutions through out history, while not all the same in nature or cause, do have a common thread that runs through every revolution, the disenchantment of the masses. This isn't to say that just because we don't agree with the prevailing Zeitgeist, we should over turn the apple cart so to speak. I firmly believe that we have to expose the prevailing Zeitgeist for the fraud that it truly is, through a sustained information campaign, ie a propaganda war if you will.
