Angry with Hillary Clinton's dramatic loss, supporters damaged vehicles, set fires, and threw rocks and projectiles at police last night, the second night of protest marches, blocking downtown streets, and harassing passers-by.
What began yesterday morning as a peaceful rally turned violent by darkfall. By early evening Portland police declared it a riot, and moved armored officers into place to attempt to contain the hooligans.

Clinton Campaign Hoisted By Its Own Too Clever By Half Petard

Another one from the Picking at the Scab files of what went wrong for the Democrats. Those manipulative lever pullers behind the scenes in Clintonville really outsmarted themselves this time in their efforts to stage manage the Hillary coronation. Little did they know that their elaborately constructed set with its paper mache ogre would topple over at the end of the third act and crush their leading lady just as she was about to take her bows.

Last night, in a fit of irrational stupidity, I went to TOP and saw a Top of the wreck list diary entitled "WTF is Wrong With You People" (link not provided). You can imagine what it was about. To mash up up two hoary cliches, only mad dogs and Steven D wade in where even fools dare to tread. In any event, here is my response, FWIW:
