"Warmongers not welcome"
It was only a couple of heavily outnumbered protesters, but at least it was something.

FORMER US SECRETARY of State and First Lady Hillary Clinton has been conferred with an honorary doctorate from Trinity College Dublin.Clinton was one of five people recognised for what the college calls “their contribution to society”. However, the procession into the conferring hall was marked by a small number of protesters chanting “warmongers not welcome”.
Those chants were quickly drowned out by the assembled crowds, who began applauding Clinton.
Maybe it has something to do with the executions, torture and slave markets in Libya.
Speaking of warmongers, President Trump got nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize AGAIN!
Maybe he earned it by bombing the sh*t out of Afghanistan, with no "timeline or an end date” to an endless war.
Bizarrely, Trump isn't enough of a warmonger, which I guess makes him a peacenik.
An implicit coalition of corporate media, Democratic partisans and others loyal to the national security state are actively hostile to any agreement that would endanger the continuation of the 70-year-old Cold War between the United States and North Korea.
Meanwhile, in the mess that was once Syria, our forces are being attacked by...who the f*ck knows!?
The U.S.-led coalition and its Syrian rebel allies were targeted late Thursday by a yet unidentified foe who reportedly entered the coalition's roughly 34-mile "deconfliction zone," opposed by the local government and its Russian and Iranian allies. While the U.S.-led coalition's stated goal in Syria is to defeat the Islamic State militant group (ISIS), Washington's continued unauthorized military presence there, as well as its continued support for insurgents trying to overthrow Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, have created tensions with a parallel pro-Syrian government campaign to defeat the jihadis. No group has claimed responsibility for the latest flare-up, which apparently targeted the U.S.-backed Maghawir al-Thawra rebel group, but the coalition mentioned it remained in contact with Russian officials to avoid conflict spillover.
Maybe it has something to do with the fact that we're bombing the Syrian government again.

Unbelievable!
“their (her) contribution to society”
I'm sure that all of the dead people and refugees would beg to differ that she contributed anything to them. Irony is as dead as some of her victims.
Was Humpty Dumpty pushed?
Would you deny that
Hillary contributed to their disasters and deaths? And that those profiting from these then contributed to Hillary? So it all worked out for The Right People, exactly as planned.
And wouldn't you agree that those Right People ought to get exactly what they deserve with the utmost promptitude? Of course, our perceptions of that might differ from those of The Right People, and an independent international Court would be required...
Psychopathy is not a political position, whether labeled 'conservatism', 'centrism' or 'left'.
A tin labeled 'coffee' may be a can of worms or pathology identified by a lack of empathy/willingness to harm others to achieve personal desires.
gj thanks for this.
Zombie Hilz rising again.
Also, idealistic me used to love reading about the NPP until Obama. Trump nominated again well.....
A truth of the nuclear age/climate change: we can no longer have endless war and survive on this planet. Oh sh*t.
Hypocrite Hillary talking about tRump & children in cages
https://www.thecanary.co/us/us-analysis/2018/06/23/hillary-clinton-hits-...
"...Hillary Clinton spoke about the scandal during a recent visit to Dublin. But she hit peak hypocrisy when she placed herself firmly on the side of those “standing up for the most vulnerable among us”.
Clinton’s past
Clinton’s past actions show she has not always stood up for the most vulnerable. She served as secretary of state under Obama from 2009 until 2013. And while Obama may have kept families together, he deported more than 2.5 million people between 2009 and 2015. This earned him the title “deporter in chief”.
Clinton supported Obama’s policies. In 2014, she said in a CNN interview that children from violent countries should be sent back:
to send a clear message, just because your child gets across the border, that doesn’t mean the child gets to stay.
Clinton also earned a reputation for herself as a “hawk” and “secretary of war” after supporting war in Afghanistan and the use of drones in Pakistan and Yemen, among other things. Many children died in those operations.
Sending a message
During the 2016 Democratic presidential primaries, Bernie Sanders called Clinton out on her record. He questioned how she could advocate sending children back to countries where they had fled drug and cartel violence. Sanders said these children should have been welcomed into the country.
But while Clinton said she wanted these children to be sent back to their families, she reaffirmed her belief that returning the children was an opportunity to “send a clear message” on immigration.
Putin is thee xenophobic leader?
Interesting...
Ireland ‘almost a laughing stock’ in dealing with migrants
State ‘miles behind’ with only ‘pathetic’ 311 of 4,000 refugees committed to taken in
https://www.irishtimes.com/news/politics/ireland-almost-a-laughing-stock...
But Hillary and the Dems care about migrant children!
Never mind Madeleine Albright, Secretary of State speaking for the first Clinton administration, saying U.S. policy causing the death of 500,000 Iraqi children was “worth it” . . .
