a drive in a snowstorm there and back, cute little circular saw to cut off the purple fiberglass cast, and restuff into a black fiberglass cast that I can walk in (like I haven't been doing, lol) for another three weeks. No getting it wet, no plant settlement in the ground until April's end. The incision is healing, no infection signs, but again hidden by fiberglass. No showers of me since early March.

This is very depressing. There is white stuff on the ground outside. It will zoom off today and tomorrow, when it may be 70. And sunny.

Vomited intermittently all night, gall stone is acting up. Like I said, depressing. At least maybe I can carry vacuums up and down stairs. And try to starting cleaning the messes up.

Hey! my dear friends or soon-to-be's, JtC could use the donations to keep this site functioning for those of us who can still see the life preserver or flotsam in the water.

@riverlover in a full cast, three months in a half cast as a kid when they rebuilt my ankle and three months in a blow up cast as an adult(?) with a spiral double break from snowboarding in my forties. And That was after chunking a shoulder three years earlier from what? Snowboarding. HA! There's a reason we're called slow learners.
Hang in there, some of us have truly felt your pain. And Still do!
; )
Btw, John Lee and Buddy rolled it!

@Tall Bald and Ugly I met up with a cousin after not seeing him for about fifteen years. He was telling me about all the scars he'd gotten since I last saw him including being run over by a dirt bike and knots all over his body persisting for years. And every one of his stories began, "and another time I was paintballing..."

That, in its essence, is fascism--ownership of government by an individual, by a group, or by any other controlling private power. -- Franklin D. Roosevelt --
