Let me paint you a picture.
President Obama decides to back Hillary and also at the same time obstruct the FBI investigation and it then comes out, which it will.
Now the Republican's can begin Impeachment proceedings against him right in the middle of the election. Of course he would not be impeached (not enough time) but they do not care about that, they will destroy his place in history and kill any chance of Hillary winning, two birds with one stone.
HERE IS THE WORST PART, FOR ONCE REPUBLICANS WOULD ACTUALLY BE RIGHT!

Obama chose his legacy when he went full corporate with the ACA and didn't prosecute bankers. Also not closing Gitmo and still allowing clandestine operations. Not to mention adding the ability to unilaterally kill American citizens and no advancement on global warming. He has made his bed. He may not like Hillary - but they are birds of a feather.
