And while I'm here, I think it will be interesting to see how Bush v. Gore, which was supposed to be a non-precedent-setting one-off anonymous decision, playe into this. If LA counts intent of the voter on these ballots, voters in other counties could presumably claim that not counting theirs the same way violated equal protection, but of course we know that if the TV declares a winner, and counting changes that, then the 'winner' can be damaged by counting and the counting must stop. So Hillary could have the SCOTUS terminate the primary election and install her presumptiveness immediately. We know she rocks the regime change Dubya style, this would fit right in, with history repeating itself as farce.
