The persona who styles himself as “Guccifer 2.0” (G2.0) has been identified by our intelligence agencies as a Russian operative who hacked the DNC server and provided to Wikileaks the DNC emails which that organization released. The January 6th Intelligence Community Assessment stated: “We assess with high confidence that Russian military intelligence … used the Guccifer 2.0 persona and DCLeaks.com to release US victim data obtained in cyber operations publicly and in exclusives to media outlets and relayed material to WikiLeaks.”

So here’s your scoop: independent cyberdetectives, by carefully examining the meta-data of documents released by G2.0, have determined that G2.0 was operating on the US East Coast, that he employed a computer whose Microsoft Office had been registered to Warren Flood, Technical Director to Joe Biden during the first term of the Obama administration (likely implying that the computer had once belonged to Joe Biden’s staff), that — in light of calculated data transfer speeds — he had likely downloaded files from the DNC server using a thumbdrive, and that he had purposely altered the meta-data of some of his releases by adding “Russian fingerprints”. G2.0 also announced publicly that he was the hacker who provided the DNC emails to Wikileaks.

Furthermore, analysis of the times of G2.0’s tweets and blog publications points to someone in the U.S. rather than Russia — unless he was bizarrely nocturnal.

All of this is well documented and has been vetted by leading experts, including Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity. And much more evidence amassed by cyberdetective Adam Carter points to G2.0 as a hoaxer who is not the least bit Russian. See:

The most reasonable interpretation of these findings is that G2.0 was an affiliate of the DNC who attempted to mislead our intelligence agencies into viewing him as a Russian agent who hacked the DNC and provided his booty to Wikileaks — precisely what our intelligence agencies concluded. And a realistic motive for this is that he wanted to distract attention from the incriminating content of the Wikileaks releases by smearing Assange as a co-conspirator with Russian government-sponsored hackers attempting to influence our election.

The evident implication of all this is that our intelligence agencies, who have assured us “with high confidence” that G2.0 is a Russian operative and the Wikileaks source, ARE TOTALLY FULL OF SHIT.

And, after what happened in Iraq, I hope you would agree that it’s important to inform the public when our intelligence agencies have misled them.

So I would like to know when you plan to report this to the American people. If you fail to do so, we can only conclude that YOU are conspiring with our intelligence agencies to deceive the American public, in the service of smearing and fomenting hatred of Russia. THAT’S WHAT I WOULD CONSIDER A WAR CRIME.
