Today, upon searching my email, I discovered that the anti-gun violence organization EveryTown has just supported Hillary Goddam Clinton for the presidency! Like many of other progressives, I am stunned.

Last week, Donald Trump spoke at the NRA's annual convention and received their official endorsement for president. In return, he promised to never let them down.
Meanwhile, another presidential candidate met with parents whose children have been taken from them by gun violence. That candidate offered real solutions to gun violence in America, which claims 91 lives every day. Time and time again, that candidate has put the safety of our families ahead of the gun lobby's big checks.
That candidate is Hillary Clinton -- and today, I'm proud to announce that Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America and Everytown for Gun Safety Action Fund are endorsing Hillary Clinton for president of the United States.
Last week, the NRA named Hillary Clinton as their biggest threat. And we couldn't agree more. Hillary Clinton wears her "F" rating from the NRA as a badge of honor, and has shown that she is the only candidate who has the conviction to take on the NRA's extremist worldview of guns everywhere, for anyone, no questions asked.
The most important thing you can do is vote for Hillary Clinton in California's primary on Tuesday.
