Election Fraud Lies: Affidavits - The Spyder's Web

An affidavit is a statement signed by a person who swears a certain thing or things are true. The identity of the person but not the truth of their beliefs is verified by a Notary Public.

A similar statement called a declaration does not require notarization. Instead, it relies on a statement like this: "I declare under penalty of perjury that the forgoing is true and correct to the best of my knowledge."

The Lie

The declarant (person who signs a declaration) name was redacted in Exhibit 15 of Sidney Powell's Lake Michigan Kraken lawsuit. He was nicknamed Spider (also spelled Spyder) by alternative-fact media. Spider is considered one of the two most powerful Powell witnesses, the other being Venezuela Guy.

Spider declared the following under penalty of perjury:

¶2: I was an electronic intelligence analyst under 305th Military Intelligence with experience gathering SAM missile system electronic intelligence. ...

¶10: Dominionvoting is also dominionvotingsystems.com, of which there are also many more examples, including access of the network from China. The records of China accessing the server are reliable.

[EdG Note: Spider in ¶10 also offers evidence that Dominion is Chinese because a GoDaddy domain registration record says Hunan, China.]

¶16: Dominion Voting Systems Corporation in 2019 sold a number of their patents to China (via HSBC Bank in Canada).

¶21: In my professional opinion, this affidavit presents unambiguous evidence that Dominion Voter Systems [was] accessible and [was] certainly compromised by rogue actors, such as Iran and China. ...

The Rebuttal

Spiderman Outed by Sidney Powell

Sidney Powell hit another snag with the disclosure of the identity of a code-named witness claiming to be a former military intelligence official. The problem, as Reuters reporter Brad Heath pointed out on Twitter, is that the metadata in previous filings indicate the name behind the redaction is Josh Merritt.

No 305th Spidey Tingle

¶2. Spider was never an electronic intelligence analyst under 305th Military Intelligence. He was actually a truck mechanic.

Spyder, it turns out, is Joshua Merritt, a 43-year-old information technology consultant in the Dallas area. Merritt confirmed his role as Powell's secret witness in phone interviews this week with The Washington Post.

Records show that Merritt is an Army veteran and that he enrolled in a training program at the 305th Military Intelligence Battalion, the unit he cites in his declaration. But he never completed the entry-level training course, according to Meredith Mingledorff, a spokeswoman for the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence, which includes the battalion.

"He kept washing out of courses," said Mingledorff, citing his education records. "He's not an intelligence analyst."

Breaking News! Spider Throws Lawyer Under Bus

Merritt acknowledged that the declaration's description of his work as an "electronic intelligence analyst under 305th Military Intelligence" is misleading. He said it should have made clear that his time in the 305th was as a student, not as a working intelligence expert.

He blamed "clerks" for Powell's legal team, who he said wrote the sentence. Merritt said he had not read it carefully before he signed his name swearing it was true.

Ibid.

Who among us wouldn't sign a document under penalty of perjury without reading it first? Figuratively anyone could fall for the ol' switcheroo by a shyster.

Dominion Desinophiled

¶10. Spider asserted Dominion Voting Systems is secretly owned by the evil Chinese. As proof, he offers a Who Is record showing dominionvotingsystems.com was registered by someone in Hunan, China. Here's the smoking gun:

Domain Name: dominionvotingsystems.com
Registrar: GoDaddy.com, LLC
Creation Date: 2020-05-26T15:48:57Z
Registrant Name:
Registrant State/Province: Hunan
Registrant Country: CN

Damn that looks bad. String 'em up.

But wait. What's that you say? The Dominion we all know and love is at dominionvoting.com, not dominionvotingsystems.com? Say it ain't so, EdG!!

Sadly, the real Dominion domain name was registered by an Internet company in Scottsdale, AZ on November 21, 2005. Dominion's website address for the past 15 years has been www.dominionvoting.com.

Now check out the registration date on the smoking gun — May 26, 2020. Somebody in China conveniently registered THAT domain 7 months ago, just a few weeks after Bernie Sanders dropped out of the Democratic race and 10 days before Biden was declared winner.

Then check out the Registrant Name. Notice that it's blank? Legitimate domain records have a company or person's name in this spot.

¶16. Dominion did NOT sell a number of their patents to China via HSBC bank.

First, a bit about HSBC.

HSBC Bank Canada is the Canadian subsidiary of British multinational banking and financial services company HSBC.

The history of HSBC is closely related to the interests of British foreign policy and ruling classes in Asia. [Including the opium trade.] After 1949 and the victory of Mao’s revolution in China, HSBC retreated to Honk Kong, which remained a British colony. It moved its headquarters to London in 1993 in anticipation of the transfer of Hong Kong back to China in 1997.

As for selling patents to China, that is totally false. In September, 2019, Dominion's owner, Staple Street Capital, was arranging a $400 million line of credit with which to buy more companies. Part of the collateral for the loan was Dominion patents. Household names such as Alcatel-Lucent, General Motors and Dell are among borrowers that previously deployed this strategy.

Even more damning for Spider is that the $400 million deal never materialized. The patents were never collateralized. They are not owned by China and never would have been.

Why did the deal fall through? Most likely it was due to the bad publicity created by the December 6, 2019 letter authored by Democratic Senators Warren, Klobuchar, Wyden, and Pocan in which they cite voting machine errors and question whether private equity firms should own voting machine companies.

Dominion Unhacked by China & Iran

¶21. The certainty of compromise by rogue actors such as Iran and China is built on prior lies and faulty assumptions.

Spider said his affidavit [suddenly it's not a declaration] presents unambiguous evidence that Dominion Voter Systems was accessible and was certainly compromised by rogue actors. Rogue actors from Iran and China, no less. US Enemies #1 and #2.

As this is getting rather long, I'm going to wrap up with a summary set of rebuttal arguments:

  • Spider is not a proud 305th alumni and intelligence expert
  • China does not own Dominion's Internet domain
  • Spider did not successfully hack Dominion's software repository
  • Dominion did not sell its patents to China
  • Spider is, at best, a former truck mechanic turned network admin
  • Dominion is not linked to either Iran or China
  • Spider's "technical analysis" is fraudulent gibberish
  • Spider knowingly committed perjury with his declaration

when first we practice to deceive.

It is not from Shakespeare. It comes from an early nineteenth century Scottish author, Sir Walter Scott, best selling writer of novels, plays, and poems.

Thanks for all the research and reporting!

@Lookout

If I believed in conspiracy theories, I'd wonder why an anonymous person purchased the domininonvotingsystems.com website from China just as Biden was cinching the nomination. It's almost like someone planned to use Dominion as a weapon against Biden if he won.

they had access + they had motive is not tantamount to they penetrated the system and fiddled shit. If one knew for certain that some shit had been fiddled, then that could be reason to consider them as potential perps, along with every US intel agency and rogue teenagers simply testing to see if they could do it, but absence evidence of the deed, means + motive cannot create one.
