Could Taiwan have saved the world from Covid-19? May 6, 2020

Many people in the West – apparently led on by the US government – believe that the Chinese government covered up information regarding the initial extent of the Covid-19 epidemic in China. Some asserted that the death toll in China was actually orders of magnitude higher.

When that could not be proved, some took to the notion that China kept data regarding human-to-human transmission from the world. The supposed evidence? An e-mail Taiwanese authorities sent to the World Health Organization on December 31.
...
The Taiwan Centers for Disease Control has now put up a page indicating the “facts” about that e-mail. As it turns out, Taiwan concedes now that when it sent out the e-mail, it did not have any evidence about what was happening in Wuhan other than “online sources” and “rumors that were circulating.”

Anger as Taiwan’s airline mistaken for China’s April 2020

Taiwanese are asking for the name of their national airline to be changed after a plane sent to Europe loaded with donations of medical gear to help fight Covid-19 was mistaken as being from mainland China.

Taiwan, having largely squashed a spike in new Covid-19 infections since March and with no new cases reported on Tuesday, is now sending medical gear to its unofficial allies across Asia and the West.
...
The issue was raised after photographs of CAL planes delivering pallets of masks led some officials in Europe to thank China, not Taiwan.

________

Japan pledge to donate more coronavirus vaccines to Taiwan October 2021

The foreign minister also said that another batch of AstraZeneca vaccine would be shipped to Taiwan.

Meanwhile, Japan has donated a total of 3.9 million COVID-19 vaccines to Taipei in five separate shipments since June, Taiwan News reported.

Taiwan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) spokeswoman Joanne Ou also expressed gratitude to Japan for its latest offer, saying the move could help improve the country's vaccination coverage and would further strengthen ties between Tokyo and Taipei.

This came after Taiwan reached a first-dose vaccination coverage of 60 per cent on Friday.

Secretary of State Blinken Asks WHO to Invite Taiwan to Participate in Its Decision-Making Body July 2021

His comments were the second time in a week Washington has called on the global health watchdog to allow the island to take part in the meeting, with the State Department indicating last Friday that Taiwan needs to be heard from when it comes to fighting the coronavirus, and praising its "outstanding control of Covid-19 and...donations of [personal protective equipment to other countries]," which Washington suggested "demonstrate its strong contribution to global health."

The WHA is expected to meet in Geneva later this month, with senior health officials from WHO member states to take part in a review of its work, set new goals, tasks and policy.

The Biden administration moved to pay WHO over $200 million in membership dues in February, reversing course on the Trump administration's action of freezing funding and announcing Washington's intention to withdraw from the international organisation last year.

Taiwan death from COVID-19 vaccination exceeds death from COVID-19 for the first time. Oct 10, 2021
(note: Taiwan has a population of 23 million, United States 331 million 741,566 deaths per CDC.)

On October 7th, the death toll after vaccination in Taiwan reached 852, while the death toll after the COVID-19 was diagnosed was 844. The number of deaths after vaccination exceeded the number of confirmed deaths for the first time.

According to a “Notice of Adverse Events after COVID-19 Vaccination” issued by Taiwan’s health department, on March 22 this year, Taiwan began vaccination. From that day to October 6, the death toll after vaccination in Taiwan has reached 849.

________

Taiwan close to rolling out digital COVID-19 vaccine pass Oct 26, 2021

Taiwan has completed the design of its national digital COVID-19 vaccine certificate system, though no date has been set yet for its implementation.

According to a CNA news report, the certificate will be digital proof showing a person's vaccinations status, negative COVID-19 test report and whether they have recovered from the disease.

It is based on the model adopted by the European Union for its EU Digital COVID Certificate that was launched in July.

________

Taiwan to Ease Covid Restrictions From Nov 2 October 28, 2021

Taiwan’s executive authority said on Thursday that restriction measures imposed to prevent the spread of Covid-19 will be relaxed starting from November 2 onwards as the outbreak has been brought under control.

According to the authority, face masks will not be required at karaoke bars, and eating and drinking at cinemas or on trains will be allowed, reports Xinhua news agency. Restrictions on the number of people at gatherings will also be lifted.

Kudos for the Taiwan health authorities to report medical records in a plain way.

@QMS where a decision needs to be made is the cure is worse than the disease. The loss of life in the US has been much higher per 100,000. It will take significant personal losses before collectively as a country we will question at what point the cure is worse than the disease. Then other options have the potential to break through the collective mindset.

China’s latest COVID-19 outbreak is developing rapidly, a health official said, as the authorities demanded high vigilance at ports of entry amid growing infections in a northeastern border city caused by the virus arriving from abroad.

Some 377 domestically transmitted cases with confirmed symptoms were reported from Oct. 17-29, National Health Commission (NHC) data showed. China has tackled a series of outbreaks this year since it largely contained a national spread in early 2020.

The numbers remain tiny compared with clusters outside the country. However, while the rest of the world works out how to co-exist with COVID, China has maintained its zero tolerance, urging vigilance around border areas and ports to prevent infected inbound travelers spreading the virus to locals.

The Chinese have done an amazing job containing outbreaks and i suspect they will control this as well.

The push for mandates doesn't add up to me....

The ‘Covid-19 Vaccine Surveillance Report – Week 43’ was published by the UK Health Security Agency (formerly Public Health England) on Thursday, 28th October 2021 and it shows that the vast majority of Covid-19 hospitalisations between September 27th and October 24th were among the fully vaccinated population.

Table 4 of the report shows the number of people to have died within 28 days of a positive test result for Covid-19 who were not vaccinated was just 487, whilst a further 88 were partly vaccinated, but a shocking 2,185 were fully vaccinated.

Meaning between September 27th and October 24th, 82.4% of those who died with Covid-19 were vaccinated whilst just 17.6% were not vaccinated.

@Dawn's Meta They have spent considerable time and $$ to obtain unique web addresses for the various treatment options. Keep a viewer on their site as one move around the pages. Did not find info on reviewers of funding source.

I like the listing of studies, but had to do an external search to reach original articles. I reviewed one study. COVIDAnalysis overhyped the conclusions and provided a summary slightly different than the authors. Would not use it as a primary launch space for research. If using need to individual take a look at each paper and not rely on website.

vaccines, particularly with regard to waning protection over time, as well as competent evaluations of adverse events. If similar data sets for our COVID vaccines even exist, they most certainly are not getting a lot of public exposure. Drug manufacturers hoard information on their products, routinely sharing any data showing negative safety signals only with regulatory agencies, and even then reluctantly. They are protecting their profits first and foremost. Transparency and open access to all data are anathema to Profit.

Thank you for sharing this link to IVM meta analysis. The fact that regulators are pushing experimental vaccine products with no long term safety study, universally, even to healthy children with a minuscule risk for significant harm from COVID, even as they promote bald faced lies about safety and efficacy of Ivermectin in the treatment of COVID is patently unconscionable.

Think Nuremberg. It IS that bad.

PTB try to squash it. Take a look at the headline and a few choice morsels.

The Pharmacies Giving Ivermectin To People Bamboozled By Right-Wing Misinformation

Ivermectin isn’t approved by federal authorities to treat COVID-19, but that’s not stopping people from seeking it out — or others from making money off of it.

When you visit the “COVID-19 Info” page on Austin Compounding Pharmacy’s website, it tells you in no uncertain terms that “taking Ivermectin once a week will decrease your risk of infection and reduce the severity if you do contract COVID-19.” There is no evidence that is true.

The Texas pharmacy also has a special order form that lists 10 COVID-19 medications, none of which has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration to treat or prevent the disease. Ivermectin is at the top, followed by hydroxychloroquine (which has been proved to be ineffective against COVID), and a list of non-prescription items to create your own “Corona Six Pack.” The choices include zinc, melatonin and a pulse oximeter because, according to the form, “Oxygen saturation is important.”

The medicine has been boosted by big names, including controversial podcaster Joe Rogan and Infowars founder Alex Jones. At least two people have died after taking ivermectin instead of being properly treated for COVID, but some brick-and-mortar pharmacies are risking their reputations and patients’ safety by continuing to dispense it, filling prescriptions generated by sometimes-shady practices.

A HuffPost investigation found dozens of independent community pharmacies dispensing ivermectin, and many are compounding the drug themselves — that is, purchasing ingredients from a wholesale distributor, combining them on their premises and putting the mixture into capsules. Unlike ivermectin straight from the manufacturer, these capsules are not FDA-approved.

By the time the ivermectin craze reached its peak in late summer, “quack telehealth prescribers” (as one pharmacist in Maine put it to Time magazine) were indiscriminately doling out prescriptions to people willing to pay for a consult. The Frontline Covid-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC)

Though one pharmacist was eager to ensure that the powder they use meets regulatory standards, the FDA explicitly states that compounded drugs are not approved by their organization. And a number of the pharmacy sites feature this same warning. But it hasn’t stopped people from seeking it out.

“If you treat it when you get infected, you don’t have to go to the hospital,” he said of ivermectin and COVID. (Major medical associations contradict claims like these.)

The above link gets you this headline:

3 Major Medical Groups To America: Stop Eating Horse Paste

The ending:

Aggressive demand for ivermectin will continue as long as organizations like the AFLDS and the FLCCC keep pushing it, and as long as local news organizations keep publishing stories with headlines like “Woman Says Controversial COVID-19 Treatment Ivermectin Saved Her Life.” With doctors readily available to make a quick buck on a simple phone consultation, vaccine skeptics will continue to seek alternatives — and, in many cases, their local pharmacy will be all too happy to help.

Trying to make money off it. So I guess that big pharma is not making any money off their vaccines and they only made them to be altruistic? The whole world pretty much went to seeing doctors on screens instead of in person, but they weren’t paid for it?

So there you have it folks. Don’t take ivermectin because it doesn’t work, but do get vaccinated even though it’s not working like we were told it would when they were rushed to market. Biden recently said:

14E4B637-41E1-4A20-81BA-DDA519A02BFD.jpeg

One family lost 5 members recently. 2 had co-morbidites and 3 were vaccinated. Guess who got blamed for the deaths?

Ehh?

Jabs do not reduce risk of passing Covid within household, study suggests

Now a study has revealed that while vaccination against Covid is crucial to preventing severe disease and death, even fully jabbed individuals catch the virus – and pass it on.

The analysis further suggests that whether an infected individual is themselves fully vaccinated or unvaccinated makes little or no difference to how infectious they are to their household contacts.

But blame those who…oh never mind.

@snoopydawg to compound medications. The FDA has been pushing hard to stop halt the ancient practice. Independently owned businesses are harder for the government to control with centralized action.

Insurance companies have been encouraging the use of Chain and mail order pharmacies since the late 1980's. Customers habits can be redirected effectively with price differentials and closed networks. Only a small number percentage of the owner operated pharmacies have survived. Physicians are currently experiencing this loss of practice independence.

from drugs being used for off label benefits. Most drugs made at compounding pharmacies are not FDA approved, but it’s never been a big deal before this anti ivermectin nonsense. Pro ivermectin people will see the article as just another way to discredit it. Anti ivermectin people will read it as biblical. That it’s still being described in mainstream media as horse paste tells me that big pharma is pissed that people are taking it instead of getting jabbed. Heh..even congress members have taken it if the whistleblowers are telling the truth.

Read recently that even people who are getting lots of sun and taking vitamin D can still have low amounts in their bodies. Lots of people said they got tested and found it to be true. And zinc should be taken with quercertin (sp) to help it get inside the cells better.

Halloween film suggestion..

The Wicker Man is the best Halloween film.
The true meaning of sacrifice? Listen to what Sir Christopher says about the censorship of Western media.

"Edward Woodward stars as Sergeant Howie, a naive young police officer sent to Summerisle, a secluded island off the coast of Scotland, to investigate the disappearance of a young girl named Rowan. When he arrives there, he finds a very tight-knit community that is mistrustful and hostile to outsiders. Soon, Howie begins to realize that the town might be a strange pagan cult, one given to unbridled sexuality and possible human sacrifice. Seeking an audience with the oddly civilized Lord Summerisle (Christopher Lee), Howie hopes to get to the bottom of the mystery, but instead he finds something more shocking than he could have ever imagined".

[Video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=--yn3Q_93pM]
Christopher Lee mentions how much of the film was removed, when now we realize that the UK media is controlled by fascists, much like the US media today.

One lady had a troponin level over 100,000 when the normal is between 0 and 0.4 ng/mL. Anything above this is considered high and potentially problematic. The higher the level, the more serious the condition is. But we’re being told that it’s rare and not that dangerous. BS! Kids are being denied the normal kid events if they get this rare side effect. It’s criminal what is happening to them because they know how dangerous they are. Medical exemptions are being denied people who have legitimate concerns about the vaccines. That too is criminal.

Dr. McCullough says there is something big going on. From my studies I have to agree with him.

COVID-19 and the Global Predators: We Are the Prey
Dear Friends,
Peter and I began to investigate and research COVID-19, the SARS-CoV-2 virus and the pandemic in February as the disease began its spread through China into Northern Italy, Spain and then consumed the world. The more we dug, the more questions emerged. COVID-19 and the Global Predators: We are the Prey explores this journey and meticulously documents every answer and each new question as they surfaced.

What is this disease? Where did it come from? What is an individual’s risk if they contract COVID-19 and what are the early treatments for the disease? Why is controversy surrounding early COVID-19 treatments and how are patients and their doctors able to obtain at-home early treatment.

Our book goes on to explore who profits from this disastrous pandemic and the never before attempted world-wide lockdowns that continue to this day. From sick and frightened individuals seeking life-saving treatments to the international predators profiting from COVID-19 misery, the authors uncover new revelations and hidden intentions as they unflinchingly seek the truth about COVID-19 and why the world has been brought to a standstill.

SARS-CoV-2 has been a planned and organized event right from it's inception. TPTB had vaccines engineered and formulated in advance before there was even a hint about the coronavirus outbreak in China in 2019.

We have now fully entered The Great Reset. We proles have been messing up the place big time so it's time TPTB take full control. Within one year or less we will be given bio-metric passports in order to prove vaccination in order to engage in society in any meaningful manner. This is now fait accompli in China, India, Canada, Australia and the majority of the European countries. In these places you cannot travel on any public transport - bus, train or plane - nor are you allowed access to any institutes, schools, public spaces or venues w/o a passport. Even Chomsky (asshole) has deemed that the unclean unvaccinated not even be given access to basic necessities such as food.

WHO Releases Global Digital Vaccine Passports Plan – “DDCC”, Funded by Bill Gates, Rockefeller Foundation, Kuwait Govt.
...
“This document lays out an approach for creating a signed digital version of a vaccination record for COVID-19 based on a core data set of key information to be recorded, and an approach for the digital signature. The document leverages existing free and open standards, and is driven by the ethics, use cases and requirements for Digital Documentation of COVID-19 Certificates: Vaccination Status (DDCC:VS).”

“This document is therefore software-agnostic and provides a starting point for Member States to design, develop and deploy a DDCC:VS solution for national use in whichever format best suits their needs (e.g. a paper card with a one-dimensional [1D] barcode or QR code stickers, or a fully functioning smartphone application developed internationally or locally).”
...

The main global standout has been the US due to it's Constitution. Unfortunately the majority now take pride in their new "passports" to high side to show how much better they are at conforming to the status quo.

EyeRound's picture

@CB But essential logic is neglected. McCullough omits entirely WHY these treatments are/were suppressed. The WHY is corporate profits. As a good Republican, McCullough ignores the corporate payoffs and blames only the government. FLCCC does not do this and they give a much more compelling explanation. They acknowledge government agency capture by big pharma, they detail how necessary the suppression of effective treatments was/is to ensure that vaccines received Emergency Use Authorization, and they don't shrink from stating that (massive) pharma profits lie at the root of this debacle. You can't simply stop thinking when you reach government accountability.

That said, FLCCC promotes IVM treatment as "a bridge" to the vaccine. I believe that FLCCC is going to have to come to terms with the dire dangers of these vaccines that McCullough details.

@CB that has been unfolding and have a few opinions.

It's about money, maybe. But the overwhelming driver seems to be power/control. Once a certain amount of money is reached, the rest is so abstract as to be meaningless. So what other motivators for behavior could there be. Control seems to be the apex driver.

I have moved from being a skeptic on Fort Detrick to a believer. For several reasons. One is Kris Newby's book on the work of Willy Burgdorfer on L. Borreliosis or Lyme Disease. Most of us wouldn't even contemplate the idea that the government labs were working on enhancing the activity of spirochete-infected ticks let alone turning them loose or 'escaping' them into the US public.

The very interesting maps of the early spread of Sars-Cov-2 around the world, with the variants being mostly represented in the US (circumstantially?) rather than originating out of Wuhan. CB I believe brought that information to C99 a couple of months ago.

The Breggin book is now being ordered. It's been on my list, but haven't gotten it ordered until today.

I have been gloomy and somewhat dejected this week, as it seems the wave of world-wide acceptance of the mandates and passports along with unvaccinated=bad, has no good outcome at the moment.

I can't yet see that this incredible force is going to beaten back. I'll take good news where I can get it.

I think they are trying to cover up US complicity in the release of the virus in Wuhan. I think Wuhan was set up in 2018 to take the fall.

China spared no expense in getting control of the epidemic. See my post in latest The Dose https://caucus99percent.com/comment/548354#comment-548354. But the US and UK let it fester so that the outbreak ended up considerably worse and more to denigrate China with.

Cui bono. The US was determined to pull down China from the beginning of Trump's term. China will get much stronger than the US within a decade and the US will loose it's global hegemony. The other culprits are the globalist, Great Reset, people that want to control and decrease world population. China and Russia both want to increase their populations. These two countries actually give women and families a government financial incentive to have more children.

through the US population so as to make blame to throw in China’s direction is difficult for me to come to terms with. Perhaps Fauci and Moderna thought they had the cure in the bag (the vaccine went into production within days of the genome sequencing), and would become very wealthy heroes. Or perhaps they simply didn’t give a shit about us proles, and it was just the money and the power they were after.

Now it is becoming increasingly clear that the mRNA vaccines not only don’t protect very well for very long, but they also cause many of the same long term medical issues that the COVID-19 disease does. And to make matters even worse, there is increasing evidence that the decision to “mass vaccinate into the midst of a pandemic” put enormous pressure on the virus to mutate into multiple variants ever more infectious, and possibly more virulent as well.

The most disturbing question for me at this moment is “Did TPTB ‘shoot themselves in the foot’ by not heeding warnings from experts who anticipated the likely disastrous consequences of a mass vaccination program, OR did they intentionally aim this bio-scourge at their own population?

A young man I used to know used to pen a series of cartoon books which purported to be a newsletter, "Militant Nihilist" This seems to me to sort of be a joke because nihilism is the belief that there is no meaning to anything to be found, especially in life. So its the negation of 'isms'. My friend was also very interested in Mayan glyph-writing and went on to become literally one of the world experts in Mayan writing. He has written really inluential translations of many of the inscriptions that have come down to us. He's the only person I have ever met who could give me a good understanding of concepts in mesoamerican archaeology in a way that has the ring of truth to it. I understand a lot more about the ruins in Central America (the area where the all important mesoamerican ball game was played, which defines the mesoamerican cultural area) and even the southwestern US. I wonder where he is now. Somehow I don't see him becoming an academic. Explorer, maybe. From him I got the impression that we still have a lot to learn about the Maya, Inca, +Olmec (much longer ago, about whom little is known.(pre-Aztec, vanished long before Cortez, Columbus, etc. ) Lots of other cultures may have come from other parts of the world to he Americas (for example Africa) long before the Spanish but were lost in the haze of prehistory. With all the technology we now have, such as DNA analysis of old bones new discoveries are being made rapidly as more ruins and artifacts are found.

There I heard many many tales of commercial entities hiding knowledge that was relevant in a heaolth sense, and learned a lot of tidbits of science that I make use of every day. Its stuff that everybody should know. A whole body of knowledge so universal that they should teach it in high school. Unfortunately, we are literally brainwashed to reject it and indeed, reject any information that doesn't fit peoples previous brainwashing. As far as covid, I know of at least two interventions that I am fairly certain would have helped reduce the death toll which were both obvious, "low hanging fruit" very likely to have helped reduce death tolls. One was originally proposed by a teenage high school student from Arkansas, after winning a Science Fair prize it basically vanished off the map and nobody thought about it a few years later when 2019-nCoV emerged in Wuhan in the fall of 2019. Gradually it merged in research that the reasoning had been sound. Other (older) research, for example, with the common cold and other resarch published in Nature with a virulent Pseudo-rabies virus in piglets when considered together answers a number of previously outstanding questions in a way that shows the idea is valid. For example, oral prophylaxis with RESV can work against CNS invading viruses by means of inhibition of the replication process. In the experiment thats relevant, RESV penetrates the blood brain barrier well enough to arrest CoV's replication at doses low enough to be possible simplybyfeeding the piglets the substance in their food and water. This level it (seems likely) might arrest, most importantly, coronovirus's progress to the PreBottinger Complex, which acts to regulate autonomus respiration (breathing) COVID's infection of this ancient nucleus (it is what enables multicellular, large life forms, so its very old) in the brain stem is responsible for many COVID deaths often when it seems people are recovering. Another big problem is something called the cytokine storm. The Nature article on the PRV virus and piglets shows that RESV also controls the body's overenthusiastic immune response against COVID, which sometimes is so strong it causes more damage than it arrests. The Nature article shows that RESV arrests the cytokine storm effectively in piglets and makes the case graphically. No other intervention that I have seen presents such a favorable profile. If this holds true with COVID it could be a lifesaver. Research on imaging coronaviruses was done many years ago at the University of California Irvine and the same approch could be reproduced to see if RESV slows or arrests the progress of COVID infection into the brain as it gradually progresses from the OSNs in the sinuses it follows nerves up into the brain and eventually the brain stem, where it suddenly stops a patients breathing, often during slep, causing sudden death. Let me point out that the research with piglets and virulent Pseudorabies virus shows that oral feeding of resveratrol can arrest PRV by a similar mechanism and we are not at all being unreasonable to postulate that the chance is better than 50% that itwould also apply to COVID. Please consider that RESV is also mmade from what we think of today as an invasive plant that grows throughout the word, proving itself literally a scouyrge of gardeners, especially in the British Islands. This plant has been used medinally iAsia for over two thousand years. Its also currently being used to reduce the firocity and duration of COVID infections in China. (Source, China CGTN -China Central TV show on COVID treatment with TCM. So at least we know it does not hurt and this presents anoyother strong indication that its helpful. (Its one of the most used plant medicines for COVID) Wy are we all being so stupid? here there may be an effective prophylactic medicine that in a similar setting has also shown itself repeatedly in relevant studies to both strongly inhibiot the replication of COVID and its two closest SARS-causing relatives in human cells. Simply ading it to their foods prevents the infection and even reduced mortality to zero in a low dose trial.

RESV has also shown usefulness protecting pigs from a hugely destructive virus that also spreads by nasal instillation - where it infects piglets via the same entry point. The PRV virus is arguably more virulent than COVID as PRV kills a third of all piglets infected with it and causes huge economic losses globally. The typical response to the highly contaagious PRV virus showing up in a herd of pigs ais digging huge trnches and forcing thousand of piglets into trenches with bulldozers and burying them alive immediately. That is no joke. That could be human beings next if it is allowe to continue mutating and getting stronger. It wont remain a cash machine for drug companies forever.

So we should explore this option which at the very least seems to work by a mechanism less likely to be susceptible to evasion by rapidly changing CoV strains as so far it has inhibited all CoV strains thrown at it!

This suggests, to me at least, that it seems far more likely that it could work. Resveratrol which works its antiviral magic via an evolutionarily conserved mechanism, the SIRT system, is an effective antiviral against dozens of viruses and it seems to have no adverse side effects, quite the opposite, it has many positive effects on health. Particularly against respiratory illnesses. Significantly it helps restore the integrity of the respiratory epithelium when its challenged with LPS and LPS like substances, a challenge which experimentally simulates the often deadly ARDS. This activity can be enhanced by using common lab techniques to create ananoencapsulated version of RESV. Years ago trying to make a more useful version of it I actuyally did this. Its very easy to do. One doesnt even need a lab, jsyt some materials and knowledge of basic lab skills. And the lstic to use as the nanoencapsulant. This might be a lie saver and hlp arest ARDS in its tracks. The key word is bioavailability. Like many phytochemicals, resveratrol has very low bioavailability which acts to limitlevels attainable in the body and hence its usefulness. But this is not so difficult to work around. There are a number of other methods that likely would work too. Beta-glucans have been used with succes by an italian firm whih sells a product that might be useful in the Eu.

In short, a large body of peer reviewed research shows that RESV might quite possibly reverse a remarkable number of the pathologies common in COVID. We would have to literally be insane to overlook all this. I propose that this isnt only obvious to me its obvious to others and that lust for profit is why its being avoided, One can find the research I am trying to point people to witghin just a few moments with a medical database. Its quite compelling. What is wrong with us.

We all know.

Still we must do this. History wont look kindly on us if we do what I think we may be doing. Long term COVID is already a problem, we must prevent it from becoming a nchronic disease in a lot of people. If it prevents some of the widespread organ death caused by sepsis. That will be very helpful as it can and does cause lifetime health problems that can hugely increase the risk of later health problems.

Wait, there is another no-brainer intervention that might well help.

Let me bring up, AGAIN the likely usefulness of n-acetyl cysteine, an amino acid precursor of glutathione. Much of the destructive aspect of COVID seems to be modulated by the redox status of cells, and increasing glutathione by ingesting more of its precursor is basically almost guaranteed to reduce the likelihood of mortality in patients. (NOt cure, simply reduce the likelihood of serious mortality. lso possibly reduce contagion by reducing the shedding of the virus.

So this is something any doctor should recognize as possibly useful. A conversation I had several months ago with a surgeon working with COVID impressed upon me the terrifying nature of the so called cytokine storm in COVID. The worst kind of cytokine reaction is the sudden blood coagulation caused by the cytokine release caused he said by other cells dying. This flood of blood coagulating chemicals (chemokines) is arrested by both glutathone availability and RESV. Its frustrating doctors because it seems almost impossible to avoid. Here we have a potential weapon against it that also may go a lonng way towards preventing the coagulation that is causing COVID patients, especially it seems young children with COVID to have all sorts of additional problems. RESV has been known for a long time tohelp a great deal in preventing blood clotting. Also NAC should because adequate glutathione does.

As we age our glutathione is used up by the schiff reaction basically cooking our meat. This causes glutathione to be less available to other essential uses like preventing apoptosis causing cell death, of cells that otherwise might become cancerous and also in situations like COVID. So itprevents many cells from dying when - had they had the glutahione they needed might have lived. If lots of cells die at the same time that causes a sudden increase in these chemicals produced by dying cell ad an emergency of coagulation. As with resveratrol a number of peer reviewed papers have been published laying out the case for supplementing with NAC or foods high in cysteine like whey protein, to help reduce COVID mortlity. Older people because of their age have much lower glutathione status because of the Schiff reaction causing cross linking of AGEs in older peoples bodies using up their stores of glutathione.

makes a convincing case that resveratrol, a stilbenid phytoalexin currently popular as a nutritional supplement would be able to act as a PrEP (Pre Exposure Prophylaxis) when taken orally. Protection would begin after a few days of taking a normal daily dose of one gram or less. Not immediately. Neither to the best of my knowledge were ever adequately investigated and not only have people attempting to discover new cures ridiculed and persecuted, the drug industry is milking COVID for huge profits while millions of people die in the poorest parts of the world due to lack of the money to buy a $20 vaccine. This is much less than the $15000 a year it costs to buy HIV antiretroviral drugs that was asked of poor people with HIV, leading to at least a ten year period when a cure wwas available but not affordable to millions of poor people in the developing world. Finally an Indian scientist YUsef Hamied, the CEO of CIPLA, started manufacturing an ARV sandwich by himself at great personal risk and selling it at cost, just a few pennies a day, to the poor countries of the world, while the US and Europea drug firms clamoured for his arrest. They still wanted the approximately $15,000 a year demanded by the drug firms of Americans and other rich people. And the poor alike. Virtually no Africans could afford that and accordingly, people, mostly children were dying by the thousands. This situation continued until shortly after his inauguration, President George W Bush announced a US government program to make these drugs available at very low cost to people in the poorest countries. Something that changed the future outlook for millions. Ending an extended period during which its estimated that 30 million people with HIV ostly poor children, perished, often dying horrible deaths from AIDS. Yusef Hamied's affordable miracle drugs were called the Lazarus drugs because they rescued people showing benefits within a short time, literally saving them from horrible certain deaths and suddenly bringing people back from deaths door. allowing them to lead normal lives for the first time in years, their futures had hope. Now another "historic once in a lifetime business opportunity" (That is sarcasm, I mean epidemic) has occurred and we should see now that almost nothing has changed. It still seems that vested interests and the WTO which enables this profiteering because of a treaty called TRIPS have us by the neck. Someday this era will be recognized, as many already see, as a genocide of the poor. Huge powerful corporations seem to be in control of a huge propaganda machine which likely is deeply involved in disinformation, actively poisoning the well and making a great many issues toxic in order to shut down intelligent conversation in innumerable areas. It seems that the powerful, are actively trying to limit investigations into any cost effective interventions that could have reduced mortality and reduce deaths among poor people in the developing world, many of whom have little or no access to doctors or medicine from the modern world. Why the World Bank hich is demanding countries limit access to clean drinking water by demandingb they install prepay water meters, so that people withoutmoney to feed water metsr or in debt cannot access clean water until their bank balances are positive. The rich countries are also usingb their vast propaganda machine to use COVID to force countries to allow numerous changed that vastly increase the power of the banking industry, for example by switching to digutal payments, enabling the complete cutting off of people who arte in debt and complete control over their lives just as we transition into a work sparse future where jobs will be sparse they are forcing the oplnet into a system where nobody can exist without a digitakl bank account and GPS enabled cell phone that tracks their every movement, allegedly to prevent fraud but actully this theft is itself the largest fraud ever.

For the reasons above, I think that the world needs to reject this group of people and everything they have been trying to change. Outright. There are many signs that they have been pklanning a huge global power grab or coup. when asking who is responsible for all the hijinks going on now I think the answer should be obvious. . Enough evidence to call a halt to them and their schemes exist now. .

I think the death toll from covid must be much more thn 5 million, in the poor parts of the world. The real death toll is likely twice that, or more And it will continue killing people, most likely, as I am sure pleases them poor people. indefinitely, our brief chance to prevent this was lost long ago, by the unwillingness of people like our former President to take it seriously. But who put him up to running? But the blame lies with all of those in charge here in the US for clinging with a death grip to lock in a predatory money obsessed for profit health system that's killing many thousands of poor people earlier in their lives than rich people by huge margins. In some areas its as bad or worst than the poorest countries in sub Saharan Africa. The US has goe from one of the best health systems in the world in the 1980s to a mediocre performance despite the huge amounts we spend, we're falling behind the most advanced nations, due to the broken "insurance" system which seems to ensure we get less for our money than others by a wide margin. We pay the highest prices by far in the world and most Americans cannot afford the newer drugs due to the HMOS who act to ensure healthcare in American is stratified by wealth with most Americans segregated into third class healthcare. shunted into low quality healthcare with separate waiting rooms for the inadequately insured. Entire illnesses are left under or untreated in this segregated system. Hidden by so called "garbage diaghnoses" that really mean the healthcare system is unwilling to perform the traditional differential diagnosis because its costly, they have made it so. Tets that cost only a few dollars in the developing world cost hundreds of dollars in the United States dooming many to never having chronic infections treated. To get access to the most modern healthcare wealthier Americans must leave the world of commercial insurance and self pay. Cash out of pocket. Climate change will bring many of the chronic diseases of poverty to the US where vector borne diseases will spread rapidly up our slow meandering river systems. This will be a financial disaster as these vector borne illnesses remain largely uncurable. They will vastly increase the distance between rich and poor just as jobs are rapidly going away.

The US is now one of the worst places to get sick in if you are poor.

This is really an act of murder that has no excuse possible. Its a crime against humanity. Our taking the stance we do that forces privatization and the most extreme ideology on other countries to put modern drugs out of the financial reach of the poor and our campaign to extend patent protections and literally outlaw generic drugs , basically withdrawing bthe public domain by trading the jobs of our own people for them is also truly evil. As we know politicians pay lip service to the preservation of US jobs while actually trading them away behind our peoples back, doing the exact opposite of what they say. Those jobs are being traded for these bad patent policies, in our names. A propaganda campaign is conducted overseas to falsely convince people overseas that this is what we want. Its used to connive them that we are so rich, that the capitalist system has made us so rich that we no longer need welfare programs or the supposedly menial jobs like tech jobs, we all having been made rich by our right wing ideology and investments. This is a shameless lie.

Both parties are alleged to have drank deeply of the neoliberal Kool Aid cocktail.. which like the bew of Circe the sorceress, turns men into pigs..

Which is falsely called the Washington Consensus. Implying that all Americans want this madness. Not at all true because most Americans dont even realize what is being done in our names or how destructive it is. Facing Facts is a good intro to the first phase of their global take-over.

Please read it!

Also please read this free online book which explains many facts about healthcare in the developing world which remain unknown by most Americans, leaving us vulnerable to disinformation disseminated to enable a theft of all of our policy space that will cost us dearly in the coming years.

making choices for your own health and benefit. It is not written into the script
we are being sold. Clear minds know better. Think about it for a moment.
Do you believe for one healthy brain spark that the US health system
exists for anything but profit? If not, then I suggest you re-think the
priorities given us in the US, as far as social well being is concerned.
It's all a scam as far as I can tell.

thats what the law says, I think.

That's why they cant write new laws that adversely impact profits, The WTO, (positive list, however, so didn't freeze all laws, just the financial services ones, but the WTO froze sectors they made commitments in and its general rules impacted a great deal more..and NAFTA-style deals froze the ability to regulate with new laws, anything that did not already exist on the signing date.. Thats what a standstill clause does... so I guess you are right.

WTO has a paper explaining how to write trade deals if you are a regulator, it makes it clear that all you are supposed to do is deregulate more..TISA and other US style "Next Generation trade deals" restrict new regulations in totally new sectors even if they have not been invented yet. This gives a huge head start to big money (which is what they want) preventing democracy from regulating them in advance of even the idea that they might need it. Slick, huh?

So suppose they want to create zillions of new opportunities to get people into debt and say "click here to mortgage your house" They have to allow them to do whatever they want, if it makes them money or government and taxpayer have to compensate them for the value of the lost imaginary profits. This pie in the sky figure is intended to make the instant debt of governments ballon into the stratosphere. This is a way to make sure that any obligations governments have and any wealth represented is sucked up by corporations, and obliterates any obligations they owe to natural people. Like Medicare and Social Security will be sucked up by these fines, you can bet on this. I suspect. You have to think like a politician.

Look at how they are deceiving us on healthcare despite it killing probably more than > 200 people a day. For more than 26 years. at least 85,000- a yer in excess deaths amenable to improved HC. Look at how far behind we are the civilized world. Who have been ulling ahead of us rapidly since the late 80s. Its like we stopped getting better at that time, (or close to it) while everybody else pulled ahead in HC quality. What is wrong with the politicians? Ask South Africa about state capture. They could teach us a bit about countries run by oligarchs making dirty deals with other oligarchs to benefit only oligarchs.

Trevor Noah got it. But he didn't understand GATS was inside the politicians ears.

FDA agrees to use children in deadly experiments instead of dogs

WASHINGTON, DC—Following outrage about Dr. Anthony Fauci’s use of beagles in horrible experiments, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has agreed to use children 5-11 in deadly experiments instead of beagles.

“We agree that it is horrible to subject those poor dogs to the type of experiments that Fauci was conducting. So, we’re going to use human children in our experiments,” FDA advisor Chet Forbranse said.

The move was based on Pfizer’s request to experiment their COVID vaccine on children aged 5-11.

“This is really smart,” Forbranse said. “We need to release the drug to the masses or else we’re never going to see how harmful it really is.”

CNN is reporting that the new experiments will be mostly peaceful.

The vote is a crucial step towards experimenting on younger children, but not the final word. If the FDA decides to formally authorize the experiments, the Centers for Disease Control and Promotion (CDC) must also weigh in with its own recommendations on how and when children should be used in experiments.

Virons inhaled in air in close proximity to Covid infected family members, if encountered on home/facility surfaces are more likely to infect those living or attending school with the sick unless the facilities take very great pains to clean and especially ventilate their facilities extensively. Exhanging stale air for fresh thanks to ahuge mistake made in Washington wholly for ideological reasons, which now cause the biggest disasters in human history. is going to become much more expensive. Soon.

Thats intentional as far as the WTO whose decisions and decrees are intended to be totally insensitive to human "rights" and immune from democracy and voters. And irreversible.

The WTO has the effect of a nullification of democracy for business's benefit. It makes legsilators powerless and largely symbolic only when it comes to matters that impact money.

Thanks to this insane decision to sell of the natural gas reserve - that potentially makes behaving rationally with COVID - ventilating more- So much more expensive. Its going to be difficult for people to ventilate responsibly with gas and electricity costing so much more, especially in colder parts of the US. It will also make going to businesses that dont ventilate much significantly more dangerous. Laws should be passed requiring businesses to keep CO levels low (only ways to do that is by ventilating more) . So we will have a head start on controlling business peoples tendency to ventilate less when heating prices soar!

One way to ventilate more is by using powered dual fans in a heat exchange arrangement. Its just a simple fan and it doesn't do any magic, Nothing does. (Many heat pumps are a sort of deception, a scam)

Two flows of air one going in and one out are set up in an X-shaped heat exchange arrangement. Typically using an aluminum core with lots of thin fins to encourage heat transfer between the two air streams.

We need to get going on this ventilatory initiative so that more people are not infected. Its not smart to get lots of booster shots because that makes the risk of a disaster higher if a strain develops that evades existing resistance particularly well. Which almost certainly will happen if we dont prevent it by eradicating COVID. The window of time to have done that was at the beginning.

RESV is a different kind of antivirus tool. I suspect that the kind of resistance imparted by SIRT based methods of fighting coronavirus may be more effective against all CoV strains that what we're using now.

Laws should be written requiring outside air exchange ventilation in workplaces, based on CO2 levels, which accurately reflect the air exchange rate. CO2 meters could expose the businesses that dont ventilate enough. Their emposes are being endangered by the lackof fresh air exchange with outside.

As the natural gas export ramps up as export terminals go online, the price of natural gas in the US and Canada will rise, because we will be competing with the whole rest of the world for that gas for the first time in 50 years. It will be a shock. I have seen friends go through this electricity gas shock and typically people (or companies) go through a phase of throwing away their electricity guzzling (network?) appliances. People can buy powerful severs now (used) for pennies on the dollar that a few years ago cost thousands of dollars for a fraction of that. Ive even seen them being given away or being recycled in large quantity. (Want a network ready switch that cost $1500 for literally 1% of that? Servers are useful for space heating in winter (or example, in basements) if one uses them. Don't waste electricity!

There are many uses for servers.

Will the price of electricity fall again so they can be used for less? its unlikely it will although I'm sure Ad and PR firms are being paid big bucks to dream up campaigns to make voters think they will so they don't get really angry at politicians for making it too expensive to live a normal life in northern states, behind the country's back. be aware that they are trying to blame this sche on progressives, via the whole "green new deal" scheme which dumps blame on people who quite possibly had no inkling the natural gas was being sold off quite slick setting this up so they are blamed by half the country for this mistake, while the gas and energy companies get off scot free.

The evidence is outthere they st them up. I'm sure. Also AS THEY KNOW, the government may literally be prohibited from enacting many new regulations that would attempt to implement sane limits on the amounts of CO2 (re-breathed air) in indoor workplaces because the ventilation will make the cost or running any business depending on variables like ambient temperatures, number occupying the space, airflow being exchanged in CFM, and do on. Consult ASHRAE for the appropriate levels . People can buy CO2 sensors and using an inexpensive Raspberry Pi or thin client computer continuously monitor the effectiveness of ventilation. State legislators should be written and the points outlined here be explained. Also people should be blunt about the likelihood that the price of heating and energy in all forms will rise possibly a real lot over the next several years and keep rising. Often they qualify the rise by limiting it to two years, a period that ignores large improvements in export capacity that will take several years to begin operation, so the forecasts for three years are likely to be increasing more thn one would think from EIAs predictions of gas and electricity prices doubling in two years. Demand for natural gas at the dock is rising rapidly and this means prices could easily more than double. The climate makes a big difference. If the variability is lso going up as it is, we will also have arctic periods. When the cold winds that in the past never dipped down into low latitudes do and reduce temperatures to subzero levels for days at a time bursting pipes, etc. That will be an emergency and pricing should be flexible enough so that people can afford to heat during those periods even if normally that would be too expensive. Otherwise poor people will die. They must prepare for this. Its urgent they require business to spend any more money on anything than in the past, on principle. ts overpowering the protective effects with the small exposures you get from breathing in others air. Thats why ventilation is so important. Perhaps its better to allow business owners to lock thermostats on low temperatures like say 65 degrees. On the cool side. That will result in people saving more money for the really cold spells when heating is a matter of life and death. .Poor people and businesses will likely be ventilating less and that will mean more of a chance of spreading COVID infections. We grew up with what was among the cheapest natural gas and electricity in the developed world and that is ending because they want to sell it to other countries. Soon, before people wise up.

Important to make it clear that the simplistic understanding people have of vaccination's benefits is wrong in this case. The dose really does matter a lot and when confronted by a parge amount of COVID exposure people may still get full blown COVID, just less frequently when they encounter the usual small dose. Say from living under the same roof, breathing the same air as an infected person. Therefore ventilation indoors is particularly important for families. And schools where some children may have an infected family member or perhaps be asymptomatic carriers of the virus. (this is comon with young people it seems) . Any closed space without constant air exchange is dangerous unless it has fans exchanging the indoor air with outdoors, which demands more heatin energy be used. If you use fans that have heat sinks between them (a heat recovery ventilator- this is simply two identically sized fans one going in and one going out with a means of exchanging heat more readily between the two air flows//) you can save up to around 65% of the heat thats being blown outside and ventilate year round but if you say try to exhaust leds heat that means you must suck in more cold air. To work well these systems must be balanced. 65% savings on the lost heat with the x-shaped fan design. thats around as good as it gets with these high tech dual fan systems. (AND, the amounts (volume) of air going in and out have to be exactly equal to get that much savings) For an average to small size suburban house you really need around 150 CFM to ensure fresh air and eliminate carcinogens that are emitted from composite wood products and plastics in the home. You can go to a twoX system, with another X so XX and that way you may pick up another 5 or 10% more efficiency but its more like 5% typically. As little as 50 cfm may be enough to give a perception of frsh air but a CO2 meter is required to know as it varies a lot by occupancy.. For example, a school needs much more ventilation than a single family home does. Also, important, you have to take care that the two flows are balanced to get anything like efficiency. Otherwise the flow of air coming in will be too cold. (its warmed by the flow of warm outgoing air, which has to be large enough to do so) Its a bit like what your nose does. Otherwise you would be inhaling air so cold and dry that it would cause health problems for you.

When decades ago, during the first so called "energy crisis" the hope was to avoid the high prices we likely have put off so the baby Boom generation escaped them until now. But Europe paid a price, leaving many people there in what they consider to be crippling debt. Like student loan or medical debt here. The US is trying to be a nice chap and sell them more of that gas. There is also a huge unmet demand from Asia whose businesses many of which are vital to US businesses as we invest heavily there now. We have to avoid cargo cult knee jerk mentality not considering the various factors. Simply building new infrastructure (which would be done with foreign not US labor) would not necessarily be money well spent without the industrial needs for it that drove its construction 50-100 years ago during the era when the US was the center of the manufacturing world because the big industrial heartland of Europe had been destroyed by bombing in world war II, also their workforce had been destroyed by the war. Sure, everybody wants nice highways and modern airports but such things are needed when they are being used. Not when they are not. The area that are building infrastructure rapidly usually have unmet needs that such infrastructure is neede to fill. By cargo cult mentality - understanding that phrase requires a knowledge of cargo cults. As people recall during world war II a huge efforton the part of multipl countries against the Japanese Empire and the forces of Japan brought hge numbers of people and military supplies to islands in the South Pacific which until then had been inhabited by Melanesian triumphed who up until then had been living hat is essentially a Stone Age existence. Which is to say they had virtually no understanding of the aspects of modern technology which accompaied modern warfare, particularly logistics.. So they saw the airports and the planes and the troops and they attempted to create a theory of cargo because being intelligent human beings they were attempting to understand this process. They came to associate the riches (cargo) that to them came from the sky, with other events. The result of this was a religion, cargo cults that represented a theory of cargo. A look at wikipedia on Cargo Cult will fill in the rest. Well it turns out that the cargo cult is a natural tendency of human beings. Now I would venture to say that most Americans have little knowledge of the processes that made America rich in the past - proceses that demanded huge efforts in building, which were costly and justified by the business need. It is still like that today with few of us relizing what and why is necessary to get these kinds of advanced engineering projects get done. They get done by the coordination of many different disciplines and technology and it is only then, when all these tools work together to make the "cargo" and transportit and sell it that things can and do happen. It is true that in its most basic form, governments often inhibit rather than facilitate needed changes. The most amazing explosions of economically relevant acivity I have ever seen happene spontaneously with little if any government involvement. I think that many politicians of today as well as the public have a very simplistic "cargo cult mentality" that can only be made relevant by their actual participation in these kinds of projects and the fist hand and technical knowledge that comes from being at the cutting edge. Whenh one is involved in technology in such a way the most important thing one gains an appreciation for is how rapidly technology advances under optimal conditions. So rapidly that what was desirable one month is obsolete a few months later. Also such skills are basically impossible to teach in schools because they move so fast. One has to learn them by doing them. To put it mildly they are a moving target. Anybody who claims to have a degree or certificate in them is more often than not lying because nobody who knows them is teaching them, pretty much and doing them is so exhilarating its inconceivable that doers would abandon doing for teaching except under the most extraordinary conditions, which few institutions of higher learning could or would provide. So they have to be satisfied with non-doers largely as teachers, except the most unusually well endowed institutions)

So lets return to cargo cultism in America. Unfortunately we are fed a great deal of propaganda as t the alleged superiority of the current system which isnt true. at least not to the degree that we are demanded to allow.

For that reason everything done by government is done to support this rigid ideology almostwithout exception. also we are getting so much better at saving labor that most kinds of jobs are being replaced by new technologies fast enough to make many people want action of politicians. But the kinds of action people would like to benefit their own immediate needs would often be counterproductive. Also politicians want people to see them as bringing home "cargo" just like the cargo cult tribes, they tend to attempt to reward "winners" of cargo. Combine this with a fundamental misunderstanding of the technical and engineering disciplines that would be needed and the means by which this must be coordinated and one can virtually guarantee that large amounts of money will be wasted. What needs to hppen is we need to return to the basics, rather than attempt to return to the cargo associated practices of the past. Unless a very specific need is obvious. We should not agree to give those labor contracts to other countries firms because then we will still have to train our own young people, doing these new jobs would be helpful in training people in these skills, but by giving the jobs away we're also giving the training away such that people will now have to go deply into debt to get it. Wouldn't it make more sense to give our own young people hat training, and dump the trade dealsthat funnel it to foreign firms in exchange for IP "rights" a legal fictiuon thtat in the long run hurts our own people more than anybody else. (for example we pay 4 times what other countries people pay for modern drugs made by our own and allies companies, this is an absolute crime.

People without political power will always receive nothing. People are allowing the jobs that in the past gave Americans political power - the jobs to be taken away by dishonest deals and the politicians who enable them. Leaving we the people with no leverage whatsoever and no incomes without which people have nothing, no voice in particular.

They will lose homes so will lose votes too.

The result will be mass impoverishment. The infrastructure we will be driven into debt for will not benefit us at all because we will be pushed out and many will be homeless. The Social Security benefits, etc that people paid into will be sucked up by unexpected "emergencies" we can bet on this happening becaue those in charge would feel they had failed in their goals if it went to fuind any social cause whatsoever. They are against that. Meaning they are phonies and not at all what they claim to be. People are being stripped of their futures and all their assets by a vast con game. The con artists are lying to us with their empty promises. Its a racket. The people should emand that their tax money go to things like free public education. Our schools are vastly under funded. Their buildings are falling apart. They lack the reference materials their teachers need. Th basics. Instead of tempting to spend money wisely its funneled to the insiders. As the real jobs dry up the crooks and con artists flood into politics, looking for easy money. This has to stop. We should encourage American young people to enter the basic sciences by making tuition and textbooks free for those who are making progress and accomplishing the kinds of progress in them that cannot be made by people lacking the willingness to try hard and accomplish them. Anybody who is doing original research which shows promise in solving the problems of today should be funded

Right now the various factors are working to frustrate participation by anybody but the rich in the kinds of higher education that is needed. And millions of bright frequently self taught individuals who deserve funding are under employed. Often they ae the real problem solvers in companies but they lack the credentials which are being overemphasized by the system today. A disturbing numer of those sporting such credentials apparently lack the basic knowledge that all of such people should have. They obviously do not have the skills they are supposed to have. This presents a serious problem for our country. We cant trust the credentialed and we cant (are prohibited) from adequately funding the promising. Because subsidies are forbidden except in the most extreme cases.

This cripples any intelligent response to meeting our needs with so many ridiculous rules, its inconceivable that we could return to the kinds of productive states which we accomplished easily in the past.

Throwing money at this problem is not the answer, especially when it leads to debt traps that must be repaid. Since it cant be saved for US jobs or US workers..

This is not the kind of expenditure we are looking for.

Notice how the politicians are still trying to deceive people that the jobs will go to their fellow Americans. It cant. A recent WTO case by the US against an Indian green jobs program ensures it cant. Does that sound fishy or not? Journalists take notice.

And we cant even use it to train our own young people. Its a big scam. Funneling the scarce entry level jobs to the rich. Not the exceptionally gifted.

Eliminating costs that we would be wise to incur makes no sense either. We should recognize that some manufacturing needs that would drive construction should be incurred and they should revive the New Deal programs that funneled jobs to American young people not foreign corporations. They have now been made illegal. So no Green New Dealk could occur due to Byzantine WTO rules giving entitlements to the lowest bidding firms, often from th lowest income Third World countries, giving them an incentive to keep their wages very low. Look up the LDC Services Waiver to see what I mean.

American firms are too obsessed by cheap labor and should re-calibrate their goals to a future where quality work is a national priority. We are becoming a has been nation because were depriving our young people of the opportunities they need. Many are going elsewhere because there their talents are recognized and appreciated, but they aren't here. In particular we are insane to keep higher education out of the reach of our young people. In the sciences, four year degrees are what a grammer school or high school diploma was in the past. People would receive their undergrad degree free and should not be asked to assume great crippling debt for a high school degree, as its not until they have at least four more years (typically doing something more specialized they have decided is a good match) that they can get a good job with a science education. Its useless to pretend that a four year degree in one of the sciences is gong to get somebody a job as a scientist and make them start repaying a loan. We should seek out the promising American students and fund them completely through grad school. Doing anything less is going to lead us into a real disaster. That is what many other countries do. We should not be seeking wit trade rules to prevent that as we are. Its unfair to all young Americans, few of whom can afford a real higher education. Living in the US should not put them at a competitive disadvantage to the rich of the world who come here, are adequately funded by heir families and do well. Then they are given jobs in programs that give them a head start to employment. Why don't our own students get such help? Our rigid ideology which demands we get the worst deals of all in everything, to show how we mean business.

Its the broken mentality the Wall street firms are encouraging, one which always seeks to exploit people instead of partnering with them. The mentality that wants to invest overseas only because of lower wages elsewhere. They anticipate an AMerica without most jobs in the near future. Causing a disaster for most families. These "decision makers" may even be claiming that it makes no sense to invest here until automation is much further along than today.

They see the skills possessed by most Americans as not being up to the task of producing income that justifies what US workers expect in wages. Its because they want to avoid facing their own failure to assukme the responsibility they demand of us.

The key to changing this equation is math. the math skills of Americans nees to improve a lot. Because thats wher the good jobs will be the key to those jobs is in math. Not i chairwarming desk job s which the trade dels have been giving away to Indians anyway. The vast number of middle class jobs that require the most generic basic language and telephone and computer skills have been traded away and are soon to be traded away by our erstwhile leadership who claim we dont want them now. (we want decent wages for these jobs which is too much they say) get ready for that. the jobs that still need our expensive thy claim services require more abstract thinking skills and better understandings of statistics, various kinds of symbolic logic and algebra. Otherwise the jobs go to Asia which will drive other jobs also going there. the demand for energy will also go there as the manufacturing jobs will go there first, and so will the gas to heat homes as well as build things. Due to manufacturing Asia has a huge unmet demand for LNG it seems. Here in the US starting around 50 yrs ago they began a moratorium on natural gas export which kept energy both gas and electricity prices down here for decades.. But the US has recently been strongly against government subsidized services of any kind, our position on them and subsidies of all kinds, like education and healthcare and Social Security, Medicare has changed, we now see them as distorting trade, and devaluing the investments of corporations by limiting their customer profitability. And distorting trade is forbidden now. In the WTO governments are not supposed to provide (subsidize) anything essential if its sold by even just one commercial entity in a country. These rules are inflexible. Our position is that they are a theft from corporations of the business and profits they are entitled to, so we are going full ahead with export. As they put it we are now the Saudi Arabia of natural gas. However experts say that's not true, thats a Shale Bubble thats largely made up. And that its quite possible that natural gas reserves are being wildly overstated as either part of an investment scam or in order to take advantage of the trade deals which demand compensation for changing ones mind in "lost expected profits" in other words, a control fraud. Look hat term up. Also read the Looting paper. A very good paper on looting which explains how various schemes have been used to take advantage of misplaced trust to loot economies.

Trade deals and #ISDS are invitations to commit control fraud.. to steal from taxpayers..The taxpayers should receive just compensation for resources like natural gas, which are vanishing . They are owned by all of us, we need that money. With jobs as we know them rapidly going away.

Right now essential resources, its claimed because they are "mined" (a well being a mine they say) , should be given to corporations to sell for their own profit, even essentials like water and heating fuel. the result of this will be emergencies when they run out but corporations then will and are now given a new right to demand the highest possible price. This is what they are setting up. Now. "mined" from public lands, lakes rivers etc. These resources may be essential but in the new atmosphere of the new gold rush/land grab that means that corporations must be able to charge whatever the market demands for them. This logic doesn't apply to labor however, because many corporations have been given rights to import their own labor forces, and pay them quite possibly what they pay them at home. This issue is hotly disputed. However its clear we cannot change the rules so that companies must pay more, or give more benefits. I suspect this is why Biden and the unions don't see eye to eye. One side has promised the rest of the world that regulations and wages they must pay their workers not only wont go up they cant go up, and another side thinks its different. As it was until various dates in the 1990s. The WTO changed everything and put the corporations on a collision path with humanity and its needs.

I see trouble brewing there. Do you? Read Saran Josephs book on the WTO and its clash with human rights. Oxford Free Open Access Book Titles Lots of interesting looking books to download there, if you look for them.
Energy companies aren't the most honest companies in-the world. But They are afraid the government confronted by crises of various kinds, might try to back out of these deals when housing starts being impacted by high energy costs, etc. Many may not be able to afford the move. They fear that voters might (not knowing about the WTO rules that are supposed to force them to sell off energy as cheaply to foreign companies as they do to Americans, which in the past was limited to what was in the country's interest but now different rules like "Most Favored Nation" (MFN) and "National Treatment" apply. We have to treat foreign companies exactly as we do our own, with some exceptions.. In their favor which will likely be controversial. For example, wages, are they unfair to demand US legal wages of foreign companies for reasons they will lay out to you. You can read the arguments on the ILO web site. Under "wage parity" Its a big contrversy, should foreign companies have to pay their possibly millions of US workers wages that meet the minimum wage laws of US cities that they operate it, or not?

They claim no.. US wages to their workers when the right to import workers is the repayment of a debt that miraculously appeared in 1995 when low wages - that is their main natural advantage, dirt low wages.. Thats their business model and they claim they should have a right to use their main advantage. They say they should not have to pay nine dollars an hour, ten times ad much as they pay at home. Expect this issue to explode into the American consciousness at sme point, officially too late to change already as it dates back to 1998. Is there a right to preferential usage of our own gas. Who owns it, etc, etc,. What if people are literally freezing to death? Its also going to matter a lot what the weather does. If it gets very cold electricity at high prices is not going to go very far. Also the smoke and mirrors over heat pumps etc. that they have been doing in Europe, wont work here. We Americans I think are smarter that they think. But only time will tell, its clear they think we're pretty dumb and their control of the media is complete. They claim they need to sell off the natural gas for national security reasons. They claim to have promised it away to countries like India to keep them from going Maoist. etc. Its the same old same old. seems like a good time to move to someplace warmer.

Can they make them save some for Americans as we did until a (very) few years ago during the recent 50 year long moratorium on natural gas exports? , which we grew up under, a fact that it seems few are aware of or that it has changed. Do you see a pattern here. a pattern of deceit? just curious? when they ended this subsidy to families that let them heat more, live in larger houses, etc. The effect wont be immediate, it will happen over a few years. the facilities to export it are being built and repurposed now (from import terminals to export terminals) the export has barely begun. When it begins the price should rise possibly a lot. Export the affordable natural gas - and that is going to mean that heating and electricity will cost more. Perhaps a lot more. That is going to make people close their windows more. More people breathing others air means more COVID and more mutations of it. That is, unless the change also comes with laws and funding for same's enforcement that makes crowded businesses ventilate more which means they will need to spend a lot more on heating. Businesses often are incredibly cheap and even under good conditions dont keep the inse premises warm enough. The more expensive energy costs the less they will ventilate and the more dangerous being in them will become with COVID around. (where poor people have no choice but to be) So many will get COVID and if they get sick for an extended period of time they will also lose health insurance because they wont be able to work (at least not as much as much as healthy people). This will give business a "legal" excuse to lay off older people, who also cost more to insure, another reason they cite when laying off older workers, and they get away with it. That was a gift Obamacare gave corporations. A very expensive gift to people as it makes it easier for TNCS to strip costly health insurance from workers "because older workers cost more" The gap between Americans due to health disparities is already huge and growing larger fast. For men its now more than a decade, on the average. Civilized countries would not allow this. But Obamacare made sure to toss it in and make it unambiguous. Additionally the "improvements" they added which superficially protect the people who without it would be un-insurable, are just for show. In the real world, our WTO commitments protect insurance companies from the restrictive changes made in the ACA because long before 2010, the kinds of additional regulation it claims to enact was forbidden. Existing public services are supposed to be "eliminated or reduced in scope' in a progressive manner. I this context that means eliminated or reduced in scope" No new "non conforming monopoly services" would be permitted to exist and the existing ones can be taken away if they are not eliminated or reduced in scope by us. And a standstill freezes new regulations after that date. See below. This is from the WTOs web site in Geneva, Switzerland. One day a year they are open to the public for an architectural tour. Not public participation in their activities. So its totally undemocratic. This is not negotiable and its in my opinion, an illegitimate forum. Make sure to book up long in advance. Other than that, we the people don't exist.
