Content is King/Queen
I have been on this site for almost a month, and the membership list has nearly doubled and the number of active people has almost quadrupled which is a great thing. Moreover, this is a place for positive interaction and the sharing of information and knowledge without judgment or condemnation. Moreover, this is place where there is actual feedback and discussion. Please keep up all this wonderful activity.
However, the point of this short diary is to encourage each of you to please contribute and provide your diaries and essays. There are many of us that were lurkers and causal readers at other sites. However, please stop and share a part of yourself with all of us. Provide your opinions, give us knowledge, and share your wit and humor. So be involved and active, let your voices be heard now and going forward.
In this day and age, content is King/Queen; therefore, enlighten us with your passionate topics and information so we can grow as a community and as people. Besides, have a little fun with it.

Perhaps this is a good place to that mention that monetary donations would be welcome also. Especially given the huge increase in volume here and the associated increase in bandwidth costs.

I like the tone here. I've been trying to contribute a bit. Working on a piece now. It takes me a few days to investigate and write. In the meantime I'll throw in my two cents every now and again.

Positive tone
I agree about the tone as well, that is why I wrote this little piece. There are some great writers here, but they are caring and supporting of others and that has helped me come out my internet passive behavior- some now I read more and even write some items.
Please contribute so we can have a strong, engaged and vibrate community.
