Congressmen Demand Info on Pagliano, Cooper & Platte River Networks

GOP chairmen want Justice to turn over Clinton email notes

FINALLY! Someone taking up the issue about whether those who were working with these emails had the appropriate clearance:

Two Republican chairmen are demanding that Attorney General Loretta Lynch turn over Department of Justice records for its interview with the team that helped oversee Hillary Clinton's contentious private email server. Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), who is in a tough reelection race, and Rep. Lamar Smith (R-Texas) sent a letter to Lynch Friday requesting that Justice turn over notes and related materials for interviews conducted with Bryan Pagliano, Justin Cooper and any other employee of Platte River Networks.

“These individuals tasked by Secretary Clinton and her senior advisors to manage her servers did not have security clearances, and, in some cases, did not have a particular expertise in cybersecurity,” the two lawmakers wrote.

The two GOP members added that “it is important for the American public to have a thorough understanding of how Secretary Clinton's aides handled sensitive national security information.”

I'm sure there are many to whom this is all still nothingburger (although they'd be outraged it it were Republicans who hired people to work around national secrets without clearance.

So it would appear that the Clinton campaign is part of the slow-walking, to me anyway.

apparently Bill C took notice of his past work when he was president. I wonder who is paying the lawyer bills and where the $$$ come from?

Kenneth F. Eichner has handled every type of criminal case from traffic offenses to felony assaults to complex federal cases. As a prosecutor and defense attorney he has tried a number of high-profile cases, including a trial that drew the attention of President Clinton. 5280 Magazine named him as one of Colorado's SuperLawyers in the criminal law category.

As a prosecutor, Eichner successfully prosecuted Warren E. Graham, a 17-year-old boy that shot a high school teacher[8] in a trial that drew the attention of Bill Clinton on the issue of school violence. Eichner was the recipient of the Maryland Governor's Citation, Senate and House of Delegates Resolutions for Outstanding Achievement as a Prosecutor.[9]

the law firm. Tough to think that a firm that operated out of the guys apartment a year ago (according to a recent post) is now financially able to hire a top tier law firm.

But Hellery wants it all to come out to clear her 'good name'. So...

Her timeline is a helpful framework for a Clinton device shuffle that confuses the hell out of me.

Better minds than mine are needed to make sense out of all the bits and pieces.
